Urgent: Locked Account Holder – Need Help
Hello Apple Developer Community, I need some assistance with my account. I created a new developer account for a new project I am working on, and paid the apple developer fee. Everything was working fine for a few weeks, I was able to get my app on TestFlight and invite testers to it, as well as push updates and get feedback. The testers were family/business partners. As of a few days ago, I was locked out of my account. I first tried resetting my password, and was then met with an email claiming my account was locked with no additional information. I am trying to understand how I can either unlock my account, or transfer my existing app to a new account, so that I do not have to bother my users with downloading a new app. Additionally, I would like some help in understanding how I can safeguard myself from this issue in the future, especially given this would not be fun if my app were published. Our organization's Apple Developer Program account has been effectively locked because our Account Holder's Apple ID is inaccessible. I need to unlock that Apple ID so we can manage our apps. Account gets locked after signing app
Hello, I was wondering if anyone else was having this issue with xcode. Whenever I try to sign an app, I get error code -36607, followed by a prompt on my phone saying that my account is locked for security reasons and my password needs to be reset. This has been happening every time I sign and install and app, and I have changed my password 3 times this month, is there any way to disable this security feature? Has anyone else been having this issue?

Locked Company Developer Account – Immediate Assistance Required
I am the sole administrator of a paid company Apple Developer account, and as of today I’m completely locked out everywhere: I cannot sign in to App Store Connect, developer.apple.com, or even account.apple.com. Every login attempt returns either “Please verify your account information and try again” or “This account is locked and can’t be used.” I have never changed my password, Two-Factor Authentication is enabled and delivering codes, there are no pending agreements or banking/tax forms, and I see no unrecognized devices in my account. I’ve tried multiple networks, browsers, and devices, and I’ve already contacted Apple Support—yet no explanation or resolution has been provided. This total lockout is preventing our app submissions from moving forward and putting our entire release schedule at risk. Individual Developer Account and Enterprise Developer Account are locked by Apple?
Hello, I am an employee of EVN Corporation, the largest energy corporation in Vietnam. Our corporation has been developing mobile applications on the iOS platform since 2017 and has purchased several development accounts, including these two accounts: (developer) and (Enterprise Developer). However, both accounts are experiencing issues and cannot log in to developer.apple.com to continue development. Upon investigation, our accounts may have been flagged for violating certain Apple terms, however, we did not receive any notification via email. We sincerely hope that you can identify our specific issues and help us resolve them to restore these accounts. Thank you very much! We have been locked out of our developer account. Help.
When we try to login, the 2FA tells us to enter the code sent to our device. No one in our organisation knows what device this is going to. The back up requires us to receive a message or call to a phone number ending with 01. No one in our organisation has a number ending in 01 that it will accept.Apple must have some other method for us to get back into our developer account. Can anyone advise what we can do?Thanks

Reply to iCloud lock
Acitvation lock can only be removed by somebody that has access to the iCloud account the device is bound to. This can either be done from the iCloud.com website (by logging into the account that it's locked to) or from the device by deleting the iCloud account (which in this case of being locked to the account will require the password for the account). If you're purchasing it from the person who owns that iCloud account it's locked to, then they would need to remove the activation lock and I would make them do that before purchasing it. If you're not purchasing it from a person that owns that iCloud account, when then that sound shady to me.

My Apple account got "locked" and access "denied" - and I have production apps on there
Yesterday I went to log into my Apple account for business, which is connected to my developer profile and my live production apps on the App Store right now. It said I had the wrong password - which was weird, because I definitely didn't. I went to Forget Password, and it said my account was locked and I had to request access to it. I did, and I just got an email from Apple that my request was denied. I have no idea what's going on. I didn't do anything unusual recently, and my apps haven't even been updated in about a week. I desperately need to get access to my apps again. Does anyone know what I should do here? I'm really quite panicked as again my whole business is on that account.
