Appeal Submitted Over 30 Days Ago – No Response Yet (Pending Termination Notice)
Hello, I’m posting here to ask for guidance and to see if anyone has experienced a similar situation. More than 30 days ago, I submitted an appeal to the App Review Board after receiving a Pending Termination Notice for my Apple Developer Program account. However, I have not received any response or update since submitting the appeal. In the notice, Apple mentioned that my account was associated with “dishonest or fraudulent activity” related to app submissions. I want to clarify that I did not intentionally attempt to bypass the App Review process. The only change I made around that time was editing some app metadata (subtitle keywords) while trying to optimize my Apple Search Ads campaign. Looking back, I now understand that some of those keywords may have been interpreted as referencing content that Apple considers inappropriate for the App Store. After realizing this might have caused an issue, I immediately: Canceled the latest app submission that contained those metadata changes Explai

Enrollement issues
Hello everyone, I wanted to know if any of you are experiencing difficulties creating an Apple Developer account and accessing the Apple Store. As for me, I still can’t manage to complete my registration; it always shows the same message: “Your enrollment could not be completed at this time.” Of course, I am over 18 and I have fully completed my Apple ID profile. It has already been a week. can anyone advise ? TIA

Crypto App constantly rejected
Hi guys, I’ve built a crypto app and trying to get it to the App Store but it’s been consisten rejected and I’m not sure reason. Rejection reason is app completness but the app so totally complete. I provided an account to test with and I see that they login but I notice the rejection comes seconds after they login. The app submitted is connected to my prod env so they have to do an actual transaction. is that the jssue?

Reply to Apps stuck on 'Waiting for Review' for over 14 days
@App Review It has been 72 hours since you promised to contact me in App Store Connect regarding Case ID: 102828235824. I have received zero communication and my apps (6759218500, 6758253704) remain stuck in Waiting for Review. As others noted, the standard contact forms are currently broken. Please provide an actual status update as developers are currently paralyzed by these locked queues. Thank you.

Subject: Technical Report: Float32 Precision Ceiling & Memory Fragmentation in JAX/Metal Workloads on M3
Subject: Technical Report: Float32 Precision Ceiling & Memory Fragmentation in JAX/Metal Workloads on M3 To: Metal Developer Relations Hello, I am reporting a repeatable numerical saturation point encountered during sustained recursive high-order differential workloads on the Apple M3 (16 GB unified memory) using the JAX Metal backend. Workload Characteristics: Large-scale vector projections across multi-dimensional industrial datasets Repeated high-order finite-difference calculations Heavy use of jax.grad and lax.cond inside long-running loops Observation: Under these conditions, the Metal/MPS backend consistently enters a terminal quantization lock where outputs saturate at a fixed scalar value (2.0000), followed by system-wide NaN propagation. This appears to be a precision-limited boundary in the JAX-Metal bridge when handling high-order operations with cubic time-scale denominators. have identified the specific threshold where recursive high-order tensor derivatives exceed the numerical res

App still waiting for review after 2+ weeks
One app submitted Feb 21st. The app is currently showing Waiting for Review. It hasn’t been rejected and there hasn’t been any action taken yet. This is my first submission with this developer account, so I just want to confirm everything was submitted correctly and that I’m simply waiting on Apple’s review process. For anyone from Apple who might be able to look into it, the app details are: App name: Coop Keeper: Chore Cards SKU: com.lukaambros.coopkeeperchorecards Apple ID: 6759481708

Missing demo project
Hi forum! I’m currently following a series of videos about SwiftData. In the WWDC23 Build an app with SwiftData video, it mentions that you can follow up with a demo project. However, I’m encountering an issue (at least in my case) where there’s no link on the entire page to download the project. I can download the video and other resources (even using the Developer’s App), but there’s no link for the project. Does anyone else face this issue? Is it possible that the project has been removed? I’m using my developer (single user) account, by the way. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Reply to Escalation to Apple Developer Leadership
My app has been stuck on In Review for an unusually long time. Typically, it takes 2–3 days to move from Waiting for Review to In Review, and only about 3 hours from In Review to a decision. However, this time it's been sitting in review well beyond that window. I can also confirm from my database that no reviewer has logged in or created a test account yet, so it doesn't appear the review has actively started. I'm not sure what's causing the delay. I'd prefer not to request an expedited review at this point, but I may need to - I have a time sensitive pre-order launch I'm trying to get live as soon as possible. WTF is going on Apple. I am paying $100 per year and this process shouldn't be this painful.

Reply to Where can I check Non-Renewing Subscription purchase history in Sandbox?
Hello Jayko, The App Store Server API, specifically the Get Transaction History endpoint, allows you to review the history of one-time purchases, consumables, and non-renewable subscriptions in the sandbox (and production). You can retrieve the sandbox account’s transaction history using any transactionId, originalTransactionId, or appTransactionId. Additionally, you can use the optional productType filter with the value set to NON_RENEWABLE to narrow down the transactions to only those of non-renewable products. Here's the link to the Get Transaction History endpoint: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appstoreserverapi/get-transaction-history

Apple developer enrollment
I’ve been waiting for over a month after payment for Apple to activate my Developer account. I’ve sent countless emails and spoke to the Support on the phone and no one is able to assist me. I’m shocked how this has been dealt with.

I agree. Many topics are now either the review process is taking longer than the usual time frame. there's no response after I applied for a developer account. I don't even go to Stack Overflow any more, either. Hopefully, they will cease to exist within a few years.
