App Update Pending for Two Weeks
Hi App Review Team, I would like to raise a concern regarding the review process for our app update (Version 2.0.0), which has now been pending for over two weeks. We completely understand the importance of the review process, but the extended delay is starting to impact our business. This update is not a major change—the app already exists on the App Store, and Version 2.0.0 mainly includes UI improvements. The core functionality remains the same as the currently approved version. Additionally, the app has been rejected multiple times with the status “Information Needed.” We have been promptly providing all the requested information each time, but the repeated cycle is significantly extending the overall review timeline. We kindly request guidance on how to move forward more efficiently, or if there is anything specific we can provide upfront to avoid further delays. If possible, we would also appreciate support in expediting the review. Any help or clarification would be

Unable to complete Apple Developer Program enrollment – payment not reaching bank, enrollment blocked
Hello, We have been trying to enroll our company in the Apple Developer Program for about 1.5 months, but we are completely blocked. • D-U-N-S verified • Initial enrollment was accepted • Multiple payment attempts made (Swedbank, Revolut) • No 3-D Secure, no pending transactions • Bank confirmed that no payment requests from Apple were ever received For comparison, we successfully completed Google Play Developer registration using the same company and already published an app, so this does not seem to be an issue with company data or payment methods. Current state: • Enrollment was reset by Apple Support • Apple Developer app shows Enroll button disabled • Web shows: “Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time” • We cannot reach the payment step anymore We contacted Apple Developer Support, but responses come about once a week and only suggest contacting the bank, which does not apply in our case. It seems there might be an internal restriction on the Apple ID.

Filing a Wi-Fi Bug Report
Every now and again I end up helping a developer with a Wi-Fi issue. These fall into two groups: User-level Wi-Fi issues Development Wi-Fi issues A user-level Wi-Fi issue is one where the developer hasn’t created any of the products involved. An example of this is when you’re developing an app for an accessory and iOS is having problems connecting to that accessory but you don’t control the accessory’s firmware. In general, I recommend that you escalate such issues to the accessory vendor. They can then run their own investigation and, if necessary, file their own bug report. A development Wi-Fi issue is one that directly affects one of your products. For example, you’re developing a Wi-Fi accessory and iOS is having problems connecting to it. In that case, the onus is on you [1] to investigate why things are failing. If your conclusion is that iOS is behaving incorrectly, file a bug about that. IMPORTANT If you do file a bug in the context of some forums thread, please post your bug number to the thread, jus

iOS AirPrint sends print-quality=high when file-type is photo even if user selects “normal”
Hi everyone, I observed a behavior with AirPrint from an iPhone and wanted to confirm if this is expected behavior from iOS. Scenario tested: File type: Photo Print-quality selected by the user: Normal Observation (from packet capture): When checking the PCAP for the request sent from the iPhone, the print-quality attribute is always sent as high, even though the user selected Normal in the UI. Question: Is this an expected behavior in iOS/AirPrint where photos are always sent with print-quality=high regardless of the user-selected print quality? Or could this be a bug?

Developer ID / Notarization / Account Access Issue – No Support Response for 2+ Months
I’m looking for guidance from anyone who has experienced a similar situation. I’m a new Apple Developer Program organization member, and this was my first attempt to notarize a macOS app distributed outside the Mac App Store. What happened: My notarization submissions started failing with statusCode 7000 and the message: “Team is not yet configured for notarization.”. I created a support ticket and received the following reply: “We have escalated this issue to our internal team for further investigation and review.” This was more than 2 months ago, and I have not received any further updates since. About 3 weeks later macOS began rejecting my signed app: codesign --verify --deep --strict --verbose=4 succeeds (reports valid signing identity) spctl -a -vv --type exec returns CSSMERR_TP_CERT_REVOKED Around the same time, I also lost access to the Apple Developer portal. When signing in at developer.apple.com/account, I am redirected to the account access support form instead of the dashboard. My app has not been

Reply to Clarification on attestKey API in Platform SSO
Thanks for the reply. I’m currently working on threat modeling for my PSSO extension and trying to understand the different attack scenarios. For example, what if an attacker creates a separate SSO extension to generate a valid attestation, and then somehow replaces or injects a malformed payload from their own device into the registration request of another device, potentially updating the keys? In such cases, what protections does the attestation mechanism provide? Also, is it sufficient to send the attestation payload directly in the request body, or should I add an extra layer of security—such as wrapping the payload in a JWT and signing it using Secure Enclave–backed keys generated during registration—to ensure the payload hasn’t been tampered with? At the same time, I want to avoid overengineering the solution. I’m trying to determine whether these additional measures are necessary or just redundant.

App Store and TestFlight External Review Stuck in "Waiting for Review" since Feb 9 (5+ Weeks)
Hello everyone, I’m reaching out to see if others are experiencing an extreme delay with the App Store review process. My app has been stuck in the Waiting for Review status since February 9th, 2026. What’s concerning is that this isn't just affecting the production build for the App Store, but also a separate TestFlight External Testing submission for another project. Both have seen zero movement for over 5 weeks. Details of the situation: Submission Date: February 9, 2026. Status: Stuck at Waiting for Review (never transitioned to In Review). Communication: No messages in the Resolution Center, no metadata rejections, and no requests for additional info. Attempted Fixes: I have contacted Developer Support via the Contact Us form twice. I received a generic we are looking into it response 10 days ago, but no actual progress. Account Status: All agreements (Paid Applications, etc.) are active and signed. I’ve noticed a few other threads mentioned this specific February 9th date. It feels lik

App review stuck under “waiting for review” for over a month
Our app's status has been completely frozen for both App Store Distribution and TestFlight. No status changes are occurring, which is preventing us from releasing updates to conduct beta testing. Or upload the app to App Store. App Details: App Name: Memento - where you’ve been Apple ID of the app: 6758897827 Issue since: February 8, 2026 Current stuck status: Waiting for Review for both distribution and TestFlight Steps already taken: submitted more then 3 tickets to Apple support (No response) App review expedite ticket . we addressed some issues that could have been causing the delay in distribution (bugs and fixes) and uploaded the app for review again. We made sure any app information were clear in the review draft ( our data usage, features of the app, our privacy policy, support URL ) Given the duration and business impact of this issue, I am requesting that this be escalated to the appropriate review team for investigation. any help would be greatly appreciated

Reply to Bug: Wi-Fi Aware (NAN) Subscriber Mode: nwPath.availableInterfaces Does Not Include nan0 Interface After Successful Peer Connection
Sorry for the typo earlier. To clarify: after connecting via Wi‑Fi Aware, we need to establish multiple additional NWConnection instances and send URLSession requests over the Wi‑Fi Aware network. However, we’re encountering a system Nexus assignment error when attempting to create NWConnections using the nan0 interface. Could you please demonstrate how to properly establish these extra NWConnections and send URLSession data through them?

Family Controls extensions stuck in "Submitted"
Hi, I’m requesting the Family Controls distribution capability for my app and its extensions. The main app bundle ID was approved within 1 day. However, I later realized the associated extensions (Shield Configuration, Device Activity Monitor, Device Activity Report) also require separate approval. I submitted those extension requests 4 days ago, and they are still in Submitted with no updates. This is currently blocking me from proceeding with TestFlight/App Store submission, since the extensions require the approved capability. Is this delay expected for extension bundle IDs? Thanks for your help.

Reply to Random global network outage triggered by NEFilterDataProvider extension – only reboot helps, reinstall doesn't
@DTS Engineer When I enable and disable it, I do receive the startFilter and stopFilter messages, but I no longer receive the handleNewFlow message. As soon as I receive the stopFilter message, the network returns to normal. By the way, let loNetworkRules4 = NENetworkRule( remoteNetwork: NWHostEndpoint(hostname: 127.0.0.1, port: 0), remotePrefix: 0, localNetwork: NWHostEndpoint(hostname: 127.0.0.1, port: 0), localPrefix: 0, protocol: .any, direction: .any ) A rule like this has also caused complete network outages on many versions of the system. Speaking of which, I urgently need to find a solution. So, I have two requests: When this issue occurs, how can I collect system logs to help us pinpoint the specific problem (it could be a system issue or an issue with our extension)? Is there a way to quickly reset the network? You mentioned earlier that there is a process similar to launchd responsible for the entire lifecycle of the system extension. Can I kill this process to achieve a

Hello, I am reaching out here because I have two iOS apps that have been stuck in Waiting for Review status with no communication from the App Review team.
