Notice of Termination
Hello Guys, I am not sure what happen with my apple developer account. I got suddenly mail from apple for termination notice. I paid in last month i.e. Dec'2020. I did't get any refund as well. What should I do to make account active again? Thanks & Regards...Harsh Shah ============================================== Please check following mail from apple: ============================================== Hello,  This letter serves as notice of termination of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement (the “ADP Agreement”) and the Apple Developer Agreement (the “Developer Agreement”) between you and Apple effective immediately. Pursuant to Section 3.2(f) of the ADP Agreement, you agreed that you would not “commit any act intended to interfere with the Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple’s business practices including, but not limited to, taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, Custom App Distribution, or the Program.” Apple has good reason to believe that you violated this Section due to documented indications of fraudulent conduct associated with your account.  Apple is exercising its right to terminate your status as an Apple developer pursuant to the Apple Developer Agreement and is terminating you under the ADP Agreement for dishonest and fraudulent acts relating to that agreement. We would like to remind you of your obligations with regard to all software and other confidential information that you obtained from Apple as an Apple developer and under the ADP Agreement. You must promptly cease all use of and destroy such materials and comply with all the other termination obligations set forth in Section 11.3 of the ADP Agreement and Section 10 of the Apple Developer Agreement.  This letter is not intended to be a complete statement of the facts regarding this matter, and nothing in this letter should be construed as a waiver of any rights or remedies Apple may have, all of which are hereby reserved. Finally, please note that we will deny your reapplication to the Apple Developer Program for at least a year considering the nature of your acts. If you are a developer established in the European Union (EU) offering an app on the App Store in the EU and want to file an official complaint pursuant to the EU Platform-to-Business Regulation you may contact us.  Sincerely,  Apple Inc.

Enrollment Stuck on "Pending" for 3 Days After Payment
I’m looking for some insight regarding the Apple Developer Program enrollment. I completed my payment (649 TL) 3 days ago, and my account status is still showing as "Pending." I have already ensured that my Apple ID name (Ulaş Cem Budak) matches my legal ID perfectly. However, I haven't received any activation email or requests for further documentation yet. Is a 3-day (or longer) wait normal for the initial activation in 2026? Should I continue to wait, or is it better to contact support via phone at this stage? Any advice from those who recently enrolled would be greatly appreciated.

Renew Membership Button Missing on Website and Apple Developer App
I recently received a notification that my Apple Developer Program membership will expire on July 24, 2026. I want to renew my membership before it expires, but I cannot find the renewal option anywhere. The “Renew Membership” button does not appear on the Apple Developer website. It also does not appear in the Apple Developer app. I then remembered that the membership was originally purchased through the Apple Developer app on another iPhone using a different Apple Account for Media & Purchases. The Apple Developer Program subscription is still visible under Subscriptions on that Apple Account. However, even when the Apple Developer app is opened on that device and I sign in with my Developer Account Holder account, there is still no Renew button or renewal option. My main concern is renewing the existing Developer Program membership before it expires, without creating a new membership or a new development team. Has anyone experienced this issue? How can I renew the existing membership before the expiration date when the renewal option is not available on either the website or the Apple Developer app? After the membership is renewed, I would also like to know whether it is possible to change the Apple Account used for future membership payments to my own Apple Account. Thank you.

Issue with Apple Developer Enrollment – Stuck in Pending State
Hello, I've noticed that many people on the forum are experiencing issues enrolling in the Apple Developer Program. I’m facing the same problem—I can't complete my enrollment using my MacBook Pro. When I try to enroll through the Apple Developer app, I get an error saying, "Enrollment through the Apple Developer app is not available for this Apple ID." So, I tried using Safari instead. I submitted all my personal information and credit card details and initiated the order. However, no transaction was processed from my bank account, and I received an email stating that I would be notified when my order and items are ready. When I check the Apple Developer portal, my enrollment status is Pending, and I see a message prompting me to complete the purchase, as if I need to make a new payment. I don’t understand why Apple makes it so complicated just to subscribe to the Developer Program. Why can’t I use my MacBook Pro for enrollment? Why does the Developer portal ask me to complete the purchase even though I already submitted my payment details? Why is the process so confusing? Any help or clarification would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Organization enrollment stuck in a loop - please withdraw my pending enrollment so I can re-submit
Two weeks in a loop and hoping a staff member can step in. I'm enrolling my company, Zawaya GCC Advertising & Marketing (Kuwait), as an organization. My D‑U‑N‑S Number is active and correct, and the legal entity details match. The problem: when I first submitted, the applicant name and verification contact on the enrollment form were entered incorrectly. Both are locked on the submitted application.. there's no field for me to edit them, and my Apple Account name itself is already correct, so this isn't something I can fix on my side. Instead I'm stuck in an automated loop: I get an email asking me to upload documents, I upload them, and the response comes back that the applicant name and verification contact are wrong and must be changed.. the exact thing I can't change. Upload → rejected for the locked fields → asked to upload again. Two weeks, no progress. What I've already tried: Requested the correction through support multiple times (no action taken) Re-uploaded the requested documents several times Requested a phone callback three times.. held 2+ hours each with no answer My ask is a single, simple one: please withdraw/cancel this pending enrollment so I can start a fresh one with the correct applicant name and verification contact. I'm the company owner and haven't been charged, so re-submitting is no problem on my end. Case Number: 102912899650 Enrollment ID: PXJF4634XK I'll update this thread the moment anything moves. Thank you to anyone at Apple who can take a look.

Apple Developer Program enrollment stuck – "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred."
Hi everyone, I've been trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program for the past 5 days and keep hitting the same error at the final step: "We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred." I've already contacted Apple Developer Support but have not received any response after 5 days. I've also tried: Different browsers and clearing cache/cookies Different network connections My Apple ID is in good standing and my payment method is valid. The error gives no further details, which makes it hard to troubleshoot. Has anyone experienced this and found a solution? Any help or guidance from Apple staff would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

Apple Developer Program Enrollment Stuck – ID Verification Rejected and No Response from Support
Hello, I am posting here as a last resort because I have been unable to get any assistance through Apple Developer Support. Case ID: 102888399005 Timeline: I started the Apple Developer Program enrollment process using the Apple Developer app on my iPhone. I successfully uploaded my ID document. After that, I received a message stating that my identity could not be verified. I submitted a support request to Apple Developer Support. I received a reply from Developer Support, but the response did not address my issue or provide any guidance on how to continue the enrollment process. The status in the Apple Developer app on my iPhone later changed to "ID Verification Rejected". I replied to the existing support case and, after receiving no response for two weeks, submitted a new support request. Several weeks have now passed without any response to either request. The enrollment page on the web now displays the message: "Your enrollment could not be completed." The Apple Developer app for iOS still shows "ID Verification Rejected" In the Apple Developer app for macOS, I am able to start the enrollment process. However, after scanning my ID document, the app either displays a completely black image or crashes immediately. At this point, I have multiple open support requests and an unresolved case, but I have not received any guidance on why my identity verification was rejected or how I can proceed with enrollment. I would greatly appreciate any assistance, guidance, or help in getting this case reviewed by the appropriate team. Thank you for your time. Best regards, Jan Bula

Enrollment stuck for weeks despite payment — Case 102924068161, Enrollment ID C4F9MQY752
I’m posting here because I’ve read that the support team is more responsive on these forums, and I’m hoping someone from Apple can take a look at my case. Enrollment ID: C4F9MQY752 Support Case: 102924068161 Current valid order: W1616353197 Timeline: • I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program (Individual) and made a clean, single payment using my primary Apple Account, after being advised to do so by Developer Support following an earlier duplicate-charge issue. • It has now been several weeks since that payment. My developer account still shows “Hobbyist” and prompts me to “Enroll today,” as if no payment or enrollment exists. • I have sent multiple follow-up emails to the case above and called Developer Support, but have not received any update on the actual activation. My priority is activation, not the refund. I understand a refund for an earlier duplicate charge is also in progress, but that is not urgent for me — what I need most is for my membership to be activated so I can access App Store Connect and TestFlight. My app is fully built and ready; this enrollment delay is the only thing blocking me from launching. If anyone from the Apple Developer Support or Enrollment team could look into this case and help move it forward, I would be extremely grateful. I’m also glad to provide any additional documentation needed to complete the review. Thank you very much for your time.

Apple developer enrollment stuck in "Processing" since May 7
Hello Apple Developer Support and moderators, I'm concerned about my organization enrollment, which has been stuck in "Processing" since May 7, 2026 after I submitted the documents you requested. It's now nearly 8 weeks with no update. Enrollment ID: MYHC9JTJ47 I have stakeholders waiting on this and need to publish our app as soon as possible, and this delay is blocking that. I'd really appreciate a manual review by the Enrollment team, or at least an ETA. Happy to provide any additional verification needed. Thank you.

Need help understanding Pending Account Termination Notice for ADP 3.2(f)
Hello, I recently received a Pending Account Termination Notice for my Apple Developer Program account. The notice refers to section 3.2(f) of the Apple Developer Program License Agreement and says the account may have been involved in dishonest or fraudulent activity, including possible concept or feature switching after review. I have already submitted an appeal to the App Review Board. The difficult part is that the notice does not mention a specific app, bundle ID, version, or behavior. I have multiple apps under the account, so I am trying to identify what may have caused the issue. During my review, I found one possible area: one app uses different API server endpoints depending on the user’s IP region or network location. This was only done to improve connection speed and reliability. For example, overseas users may connect to an overseas server because access to Mainland China servers can be slow or unstable. The app is not intended to show different features, menus, content, or user flows across those servers. The server routing only changes the API endpoint for performance reasons. It is not used to detect App Review users or hide any functionality. I also have several other apps under the same developer account. These apps were previously reviewed and approved through the normal App Review process, and I did not intentionally implement any mechanism to mislead App Review, hide features, or change the app concept after approval. Because the notice applies at the account level but does not identify a specific app, bundle ID, version, or behavior, I am having difficulty understanding what exactly triggered this enforcement action. I am willing to review and correct any issue, but I need to understand whether the concern is related to regional server routing, a specific app implementation, App Store metadata, server-side configuration, or something else. My questions are: Can regional API routing based on IP or network location be misunderstood as dynamic content or feature switching after review? What kind of documentation or evidence is most helpful to provide in an appeal to show that different server endpoints provide the same app experience? Should I provide side-by-side API responses, backend configuration screenshots, and screen recordings from different regions? If the termination notice does not identify a specific app, is there any way to request clarification about the app, bundle ID, version, or behavior that caused the concern? Is there any recommended way to document multiple apps in an appeal when the notice is account-level rather than app-specific? I understand that nobody here can make a decision on my account. I am only looking for general advice on how to clearly explain this type of server routing, how to review multiple apps under the account, and what evidence is usually useful. Thank you.

Could I get duplicate charges for Apple Developer Program after multiple enrollment attempts?
Hello everyone, I recently enrolled in the Apple Developer Program. At first, my credit card payment could not go through because my card was blocked by the bank/security check. After the card issue was resolved and the card was enabled again, one Apple Developer Program payment finally went through successfully. However, because I had clicked “Enroll” / “Complete purchase” a few times while the card was blocked, I now seem to have duplicate payment attempts. Currently, one Apple Developer Program payment is already successfully paid, but another Apple.com/US USD 99 payment is still showing as “Pending” on my bank card. My Apple Developer account is also still showing “Pending”. I only want to keep one active Apple Developer Program membership and one successful payment. I do not want to be charged twice. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support through the official contact page and I am waiting for their reply. Has anyone experienced this before? Will the pending payment disappear automatically? Could it become a duplicate charge? If it becomes a duplicate charge, will Apple cancel or refund it? Thank you.

Got no news after submit my id to Apple since 1 month NOW
After paying the fee to join the Apple Developer Program, I received a message asking me to submit photos of my ID through Apple to complete the activation of my Developer Program account, but it’s been a month since I submitted my documents, and I haven’t heard back. I’ve written to support, but I haven’t received a reply. I should mention that this is the first time I’ve signed up for this service. I’ve never done this before.

Charged twice for Developer Program enrollment, account still pending
Hello everyone, I’m running into an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and hoping someone here or an Apple staff member can point me in the right direction. I tried to pay the annual fee, but my account status wasn't updating. Thinking the transaction had failed, I tried to make the payment a second time a few days later. Because of this, my credit card was actually charged twice. The charges appear on my bank statement as: February 19 (R$ 543.16 BRL) February 23 (R$ 536.70 BRL) Despite both payments clearing on my end, it is now March 16 and my account still shows as pending. My enrollment has not been approved yet. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? What is the best way to get Apple to activate the account using one of these payments and issue a refund for the duplicate charge? I have all the bank statements ready to show support, but the process has been completely stuck. Thank you in advance for any advice.

[URGENT] Organization Enrollment - Payment Auth Loops, iTunes Support Useless (4x 72hr waits)
Entity Type: Organization (NOT Individual). Apple ID Region: India. Payment Method tried: Visa. D-U-N-S Status: Verified and active. The Issue: I complete the enrollment, payment authorization is taken, but it never fully clears. iTunes support just tells me to wait 72 hours. I have done this 4 times. The money is authorized, drops off, and the account stays in "Pending" or "Action Required." What I've tried: Different cards, checked billing address with bank, updated Apple ID region. Question: Has anyone with an Organization account successfully gotten past a recurring payment authorization loop? How did you reach the backend Program Activation team without going through iTunes?

Thank you.

Hi, I'm filling out the Legal Binding Authority confirmation form, and I've entered the 10 digit enrollment ID and the 6 digit OTP sent via email, but both fields are giving me errors saying that they're not the correct numbers of digits. This seems like a bug and it's blocking distribution.
