When I request channel list for bundle id "com.apnspush.LiveActivityPushDemo", the request returns "TopicMismatch".
Then when I request channel list for bundle id "com.apnspush.liveactivitypush", the request return is normal.
I have tried all my bundle ids that include capital letters, they all failed with "TopicMismatch".
Does anyone know the reason?

I've noticed delays with the Live Caller ID Lookup feature, taking around 3 to 6 seconds to complete, even on repeated lookups. This seems odd since there's no server activity during these repeats, suggesting the information might be coming from a cache. Most of the time, it’s fast, but there are cases when it's unexpectedly slow, and I haven’t quite figured out the pattern yet. Is anyone else seeing this issue?
FB number FB15372765 - with sysdiagnose and video demonstrating the delay.
In my app, I need a one-time location update, which I do with CLLocationManager’s requestLocation().
On iOS, it works fine, but on macOS Sequoia, the CLLocationManagerDelegate’s didUpdateLocations function is called indefinitely in the loop, until I call stopUpdatingLocation() on a manager. This should not be necessary unless I was calling startUpdatingLocation (which I am not), and seems like a newly introduced bug in Sequoia (or Xcode 16).
So, just a heads-up to everyone, it's necessary to call stopUpdatingLocation() after obtaining the location (or on error).
I am working on the integration of subscriptions in my OSX application. The subscription flow works perfectly but after the purchase it is not creating _MASReceipt folder in Contents folder of application so I cannot send the receipt to apple to verify this purchase. when I checked the logs it showing below error. Anyone who is familiar to this issue please help.

I am trying to parse CMSensorDataList in watchOS. The maximum batch of data is comprised of 30 minutes. The sampling rate is 50Hz, which makes it 90,000 records for 30 minutes. We iterate over each item and finally write the data to a CSV file. As this is a slow processing keeping in view the execution limits of watchOS, the process suspends when app goes to the background. This way, it takes too much time to parse a significant time data. My question is, is there a way we can serialize this CMSensorDataList as a whole and transfer it to the phone using WCSession? Or is there another effective way to achieve this?
From last 10 days, apns suddenly stopped working. We have raised the firewall request from our servers to apple servers. Even then it's not working. Could you please advise if there is anything changed in this api. Please take it as high priority. Thank you.
Ive wrestled with this for days now. My first version of the app that included the app clip worked just fine, and then after using my new domains it says "Cannot Reach AASA File" I have refreshed many times, tried re-making the file and nothing works.
When checking my domain, it has the right file and i validated it with branch and json validation.
When clicking the app links for the app or the clip, they all work? This is frustrating because i cant create advanced app clips because it says it can't see my file
Please Help, something is off here

When opening our App Clip from a Live Activity, the iOS system Handoff alert blocks our app on open. It is reproducible 100% of the time. The description in the system alert is: Waiting for Handoff to {My App}. We never had this issue before and believe it is related to iOS 18. I don't have Handoff enabled anywhere in my app.
All uses of NSUserActivity explicitly block handoff
userActivity.isEligibleForHandoff = false
We have been able to locate this same issue in other iOS apps that use Live Activities and App Clips. Is this an iOS 18 system-level bug?
What is the maximum power-per-hour can an iPhone provide for an accessory connected to the iPhone to its Lightning port?
Hi,
We have an IPv6 only server setup, where we have put AASA file as required:
https://qa-jen.noknoktest.com/.well-known/apple-app-site-association
But Apple CDN does not found it:
https://app-site-association.cdn-apple.com/a/v1/qa-jen.noknoktest.com
Is there any restriction on IPv6 only servers?
Everything works with our other IPv4 servers.
Note: With alternate mode configuration in application, the AASA is accessible to devices.
There is no any geo restriction or IP filtering for server.
What is missing to force CDN cache the file fro mentioned server?
Building an app, which worked fine until I updated to XCode 16.
The app parses data and saves it to SwiftData, and later that store is used for filtering in data.
If I create the store on iOS 18, the store created has issues with relationships, so filtering is not working (I hope that will be fixed in iOS 18.1), so I need to create the store on iOS 17.5.
But before saving the parsed objects to the SwiftData (store), I do the checking for dupes. And after Xcode 16 update that is not working anymore on iOS 17.5, (but this part is working fine under iOS 18):
Here is my object:
import Foundation
import SwiftData
@Model
class CaliberData: Identifiable {
var id: UUID = UUID()
var sizeHeights: [SizeObject]
var featuresABCDIds: [Int]
init(
id: UUID,
sizeHeights: [SizeObject],
featuresABCDIds: [Int],
) {
self.id = id
self.sizeHeights = sizeHeights
self.featuresABCDIds = featuresABCDIds
}
extension CaliberData: Equatable {
static func == (lhs: CaliberData, rhs: CaliberData) -> Bool {
lhs.featuresABCDIds == rhs.featuresABCDIds
&& lhs.sizeHeights == rhs.sizeHeights
}
}
SizeObject if needed:
@Model
class SizeObject: Identifiable, Equatable {
@Attribute(.unique)
var id: Float
@Relationship(inverse: \CaliberData.sizeHeights)
private(set) var caliberDataSizesX: [CaliberData]?
init(_ size: Float) {
self.id = size
}
}
When I am doing the caliberData1 == CaliberData2 comparison to remove dupes before inserting to the SwifData modelContext I am getting exception, and Xcode shows it inside getter part of this expanded section under sizeHeights definition:
@storageRestrictions(accesses: _$backingData, initializes: _sizeHeights)
init(initialValue) {
_$backingData.setValue(forKey: \.sizeHeights, to: initialValue)
_sizeHeights = _SwiftDataNoType()
}
get {
_$observationRegistrar.access(self, keyPath: \.sizeHeights)
return self.getValue(forKey: \.sizeHeights)
}
set {
_$observationRegistrar.withMutation(of: self, keyPath: \.sizeHeights) {
self.setValue(forKey: \.sizeHeights, to: newValue)
}
}
}

My assumption is that "it" thinks that object is already inside the modelContext, when it's actually not yet inserted there and should act like regular class (by regular, I mean - like not marked with @Model macro).
How can I do objects comparison on iOS 17.5 with Xcode 16 (before they are inserted in modelContext)? Any other options?
We are currently experiencing the following weird issue with our iPhone app. As the title says, NSUserDefaults is losing our custom keys and values when phone is rebooted but not unlocked, and this is happening on a very specific scenario with ActivityKit.
Context:
We are using the NSUserDefaults in the app to store user data (e.g. username).
Issue: An error occurred with no permission to access cached messages after a restart.
Scenario: When receiving a Dynamic Island notification, if the phone is restarted, after unlocking the phone and tapping on the Dynamic Island to open the App, all cached information results in an error.
Reasons for the error:
After restarting the APP, the files are in a locked state. The Dynamic Island proactively invokes the App method. When executing the startup method and retrieving cached messages, an error occurs due to lack of permission.
All storage, including files, NSUserDefaults, Keychain, and Plist retrieval, results in errors.
The error message is as follows:
{
"errorCode": "-25308",
"errorDesc": "Error Domain=com.samsoffes.sskeychain Code=-25308 "(null)"",
"serviceName": "com.qunar.qunarclient8",
"account": "iid"
}
The data returned at this time is in a protected state, [UIApplication sharedApplication].isProtectedDataAvailable.
Any help or idea will be truly appreciated :)
When I am trying Write Virtual NFC from my iOS app the wallet app is open everytime. I just want to write the NFC tag data to RFID reader please help me with that.
In my app, I worked with ios18 by default and I had no issue, everything was working fine. However, when I wanted to test it with an iOS 17.5 simulator or real device, it is unusable because it crash when object with a relationship are created.
on the first line you can see my relationship, and under it it is the extended relationship macro unmodifiable.
has someone already encountered this? any clue of a hide modification of relationship working behavior in ios18?
this is really annoying cause it make me unable to reduce the minimum deployment target of my app to ios17
We removed the APP Clip feature in the latest version, and our server-side synchronous update the "apple-app-site-association" file, remove "appclips" content.
now, i use Camera app scan the QR code(regardless of whether the app is installed), the following error occurs:"This app clip is not currently available in your country or region".
I checked some information and it might be due to Apple CDN cache, or is there something else I need to do?
It is no longer displayed as a target for shortcut app actions.
It was displayed until iOS 17.7.
Tried with iOS 18.0 and 18.0.1 but it does not appear.
Shortcuts created when under iOS 18 work fine.
Only INPlayMediaIntent is supported and is targeted at iOS 15 and above, so no Extension is used and is handled directly in the app.
Is anyone else suffering from the same problem?
I have some user of my App reporting that they are not able to store thread network credentials in keychain, the error they get is "Can not store frozen credentials".
I couldn't find documentation around this error message, can anyone help me with it's meaning? Why this specific credential can't be stored in keychain?
Hello,
I am facing with misunderstanding how to read usb device properties correctly.
The notification 'kIOTerminatedNotification' is delivered after an IOService has been terminated. Can I use IORegistryEntryCreateCFProperties() to get properties of terminated device?
I am asking because I/O Registry is a dynamic database that captures the connections of all driver and nub objects currently active. Howerver, can we say that terminated device is still active?
If IORegistryEntryCreateCFProperties() can not be used, are there any other way? (e.g. using Device Interface)
Thank you in advance!
