Hello,I dunno if this is the right place to ask this, but i have tried to enroll for almost two weeks now, and there is no reply at all with next step in the enrollment process, the message says it will be processed within 48 hrs.for reference i am outside the united states. and enrolling as personal developer not an ORG.

Are my App Store ratings/reviews being rejected?
Hi, My iOS app hasn't received any reviews that I can see since 05/09/2020, ten weeks ago. Are my app ratings/reviews being moderated and rejected? I believe there must be some sort of moderation going on, because the Android version of the app has received 20+ user reviews in the same time period, and our users are 70%+ iOS users. In this period I would have forecasted at least a few positive reviews, and no doubt a couple negative ones due to standard onboarding issues. We've never run any sort of shady review collection activity. Is there any way to view pending ratings/reviews? Any suggestions on how to resolve this much appreciated, as this is obviously affecting our download rate! Cheers

Face ID not working in App Store after upgrade from beta iOS 15
I was using the iOS 15 beta on my iPhone 12 Pro Max, long story short after upgrading to the full release of iOS 15, my iPhone will not prompt to use faceid for App Store or iTunes Store purchases. I’ve tried signing in and out of iCloud, disabling and renabling Face ID but no luck. I see others have had this issue since the general release of iOS 15 but no comment has been made by apple support. Any advice on a solution?

Problem loading our login attempt indefinitely
Hi, I have an application published in the Marketplace. I made certain updates to the app. I did my tests.No problem. I did my tests via Testflight. There is no problem I encountered. But my app update request was returned by app review. The answer i got from them ;  "Specifically, our login attempt displayed loading indefinitely; we were unable to access the app features and functionality." Here are the ways that I tried and the app worked successfully. Connect from America using VPN.No problem, it works. I connected from using IPV6.No problem, it works. I tried with simulator.No problem, it works. I tried real device.No problem , it works. I tried testflight.No problem, it works. I tired version 15.2 and earlier.No problem , it works. I have no idea why apple staff are getting this error. Has anyone encountered such a problem before? What solutions would you suggest? I'm waiting for your help.

Can I remove iPad support from my app on a new release?
Hi, I have a completely new release of my app coming out with a new tech stack. I noticed that only 1% of my users were on iPad so the new app was not created to be 'compatible' with iPad including how it looks on iPad. Can I release this new version of the app only for iPhone? Or because it was previously available for iPad I have to release for iPad as well? Really appreciate any support/guidance on this. Thank you!

Accessibility permission in sandboxed app
Is it possible to create a sandboxed app that uses accessibility permission? And if so, how do I ask the user for that permission in a way that is allowed by the App Store? Im creating a small menubar app and my current (rejected) solution is to create a pop-up, with link to Security & Privacy > Accessibility and the pop-up asks the user to manually add the app to the list and check the checkbox. This works in sandbox. Reason for rejection: "Specifically, your app requires to grant accessibility access, but once we opened the accessibility settings, your app was not listed." I know it's not listed there and it has to be added manually. But its the only solution I've found to this issue. Is there perhaps any way to add the app there programmatically? Im a bit confused since I've seen other apps in App Store that work the same way, where you have to add the app to the list manually. Eg. Flycut. :man-shrugging: I know about this alternative solution, and it's not allowed in sandboxed apps. It also adds the app to the accessibility list automagically: func getPermission() { AXIsProcessTrustedWithOptions([kAXTrustedCheckOptionPrompt.takeUnretainedValue():true] as CFDictionary). } Does anyone have a solution for this? App Store not offering previous version of app on old device
Dear Experts, If a user with an older device tries to download an app, and the current version of the app requires an iOS version which their device does not support, the App Store will offer them an older most-recent-compatible version instead. I've just had an enquiry from a user of my app for whom this has not worked. Specifically he has an iPad 2. He foolishly deleted my app from the device, and now the App Store will not let him re-install it. Does anyone know why this may be? Is it simply that this App Store feature does not work for devices as old as the iPad 2? Thanks.

How to get tvOS app store app version using contentMetadataLookup url service?
Issue Description: Apps that support both iOS and tvOS can have different versions in App Store for each type(iOS and tvOS) but same Bundle Identifier and iTunesStoreID/trackID. Cannot Sell App in Apple Store connect distribution
I am distributing my project as Apple Business Manager, but App Availability gives a Cannot Sell warning in my distribution country and I cannot show my application. My country is Türkiye. Why am I having such a distribution problem? Please I would like detailed information on this subject. Is this a software issue or an issue with my application? My application is currently in 1.0.1 Ready for Sale status and I am trying to distribute my application as Private — Available as a custom app on Apple Business Manager.

Email from app_notification@apple.com (“DPLA”) violation
Hello everyone, I recently received an email from Apple titled "Notification of Apple Developer Program License Agreement (“DPLA”) violation:" stating that I may have violated Section 11.2 (Termination) of the agreement. The specific clause mentioned relates to engaging in or encouraging misleading, fraudulent, improper, or dishonest acts, such as manipulating App Store rankings or reviews. I’m unsure what triggered this notification as I have always adhered to Apple’s guidelines. Recently, I ran a promotional campaign for my app, where it was made temporarily free, leading to a significant spike in downloads. I suspect this may have raised a flag, but everything was done transparently and without intent to violate any rules. I’ve reached out to Apple Support for clarification, but I wanted to ask here if anyone has experienced something similar or could provide insights into resolving this. I value my membership in the Apple Developer Program and want to ensure everything is compliant. Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

Price Increase Notifications Not Present
Context: Back on March 4th, we scheduled a price increase for April 16th on one of our monthly subscription plans with several hundred active subscribers, to change the price from $18.99/mo to $19.99/mo and it has sat unedited in App Store Connect since. Expected: Based on this documentation (Increase the price of an auto-renewable subscription), I would expect that 27 days prior to the price increase (which would be 4 days ago, on March 20th), that users would start receiving notifications about the price increase in the form of emails to their Apple IDs and push notifications when they open up the app. We also have App Store Server Notifications V2 set up. Therefore, I expected to start receiving PRICE_INCREASE notifications as users either got emails and/or push notifications. Actual: We have yet to see any PRICE_INCREASE events come through. Additionally, we have one employee subscribed to this plan on production with a subscription that would renew on April 17th, which would mean that the 21st (3 days ago) was 27 days prior to his subscription renewing. He has checked his email and the app and has still not been notified in any way about the price increase and his subscription manager shows he will renew April 17th at the same price. Questions: Is there some other step that needs to happen for the price increase to take place? Are my expectations wrong about what we should see by this point, or else why might we not have had any indication of customer notifications of the price increase occuring yet?

Mac App Store purchase confirmation dialog; Purchase button is missing
Since some time now, when users try to buy my App on the Mac App Store or want to start the trial, the system dialog to confirm the purchase is not working correctly. The dialog is sticking to the upper border of the screen behind the menubar and can‘t be moved. And - this is the real problem - users can not confirm the purchase, because the button (or Touch ID field) is not shown. Only the cancel button is there and clickable. Usually (where the arrow points) there is the Touch ID symbol, the password field or purchase button. Any ideas?

Hello, I'm trying to identify the legitimacy of an app in the AppStore. The app is called Social.HCLTech.com (https://apps.apple.com/jp/app/social-hcltech-com/id1330892586). We received intel from our brand intelligence vendor that the app is not one of ours (HCL Tech). I'm trying to get in touch with the submitter to see verify where the app came from, who owns it, etc. it's using our company name in an app which we have no record of. Thank you.

How to identify free trial subscription transaction
In the verifyReceipt API response, there is a "is_trial_period" field. As detailed in WWDC 2023 the verifyReceipt is deprecated, how to fetch the fact that the subscription is during the free trial period via recommended App Store server APIs?

Stuck in 'Ready for distribution'
I'm trying to release my first app (so may be missing something obvious), but it passed review 4 days ago and has been 'Ready for distribution' since then without going live. Is this normal, or am I missing some step I have to take? I saw another thread that mentioned setting pricing, but I've done that. TIA

iTunes search api returns blank screenshotUrls
