I have two apps that share data through an App Group. However, I’ve noticed that when one of the apps is uninstalled, the shared Core Data model is also uninstalled. If I don't create a shared model in one of the apps, I cannot access the data. What should I do to resolve this issue?

Hey everyone! Everything was working fine when I was using NFS to mount a remote drive on macOS 14. But today, after upgrading to the macOS 15 RC version, I started getting a 100093 error when transferring files via NFS. I've looked up quite a few solutions online and tried the following on my Mac (NFS mount point is /tmp/mmm/). I found that transferring files only works when they're placed inside a folder, or when using the cp command in the terminal to copy files. Here's the detailed situation: Dragging and dropping or copying any file to the NFS mount directory via Finder only creates the file, but it's empty and shows a 100093 error. Using the cp command to copy the same file to the NFS mount directory works fine in terms of writing the file content, but still shows an error about failing to write extended attributes. (just renamed the 33.png to 2.png) However, if I put the files into a folder and then copy that folder via Finder or terminal to the NFS mount directory, everything works normally. Any ideas on how to solve this? Could it be a bug related to the macOS 15 RC system upgrade, or is it something to do with the NFS itself? Thanks in advance for any help!

Ii have faced two bugs in ios 18. Location indoors is incorrect. It usually shows an old location where I was a month ago. Outdoors location is correct. When I manual switch off location and enable it correct location is shown. Vpn symbol does not go away after disconnecting from vpn.

I recently upgraded my iPhone 13 to iOS 18, and I'm facing two issues. I didn't get the call recording feature. When I make a call and the person picks up, the call recording icon is not showing. The option to take notes during a call has disappeared. Earlier, the notes option used to be available on the call screen itself. I'd love to hear more from the people working on CreateML. It's a great tool but I've been having trouble finding good resources online talking about this tool. Talking about Object Detection models and selecting an appropriate grid size based on goals, design guidelines for product intended to be supported by CreateML object detection, or just generally what's going on with this product? It seems like this is a main focus for Apple in the future .... but I'm not seeing much on Twitter / X, google, the forum here does not seem to be active either ... where are you CreateML people?

The title pretty much explains it. The system process wallpaperd seems to restart randomly. If you kill the process wallpaperd, you will experience the same effect. The desktop turns grey for a splitseckond. Icons are still visible it just seems to be the desktop background.

It appears this process also controls the blue caps-lock indicator, which stops working when the process is unresponsive. This issue seems to cause the lag, and currently, it is using about 170MB of RAM. Additionally, the "com.apple.hiservices-xpcservice" process also becomes unresponsive , though it usually doesn't exceed 3.5MB of RAM. Actually, this process becomes 'not responding' much more frequently compared to the CursorUIViewService process. The possibility that it might be related to CursorUIViewService pushed me to research this issue as well. I can see that there have been complaints about this process for years, but it seems no solution is being produced. By the way, I've tried everything. I did a clean install, ran diagnostics, performed first aid, and still encountered the problem. Has anyone else experienced this issue or found a solution? As an update, I would like to inform you that the "com.apple.hiservices-xpcservice" process is still experiencing not responding issues with macOS Sequoia (15.0). However, because "cursoruiviewservice" was causing problems less often on Sonoma, I can't say the issue is completely resolved just yet; I need to monitor the situation. Thank you!
