Charged twice for Developer Program enrollment, account still pending
Hello everyone, I’m running into an issue with my Apple Developer Program enrollment and hoping someone here or an Apple staff member can point me in the right direction. I tried to pay the annual fee, but my account status wasn't updating. Thinking the transaction had failed, I tried to make the payment a second time a few days later. Because of this, my credit card was actually charged twice. The charges appear on my bank statement as: February 19 (R$ 543.16 BRL) February 23 (R$ 536.70 BRL) Despite both payments clearing on my end, it is now March 16 and my account still shows as pending. My enrollment has not been approved yet. Has anyone else experienced this kind of delay? What is the best way to get Apple to activate the account using one of these payments and issue a refund for the duplicate charge? I have all the bank statements ready to show support, but the process has been completely stuck. Thank you in advance for any advice.

If so, that Apple Account isn’t associated with any paid developer teams. If it’s some other Apple Account then you have a couple of options: You can either post here with that account so that I can check things based on that. StoreKit: No products returned in Sandbox + "This item is not available" in "initiate transaction"
Hi, my app was rejected because IAP were not present in the app. I followed guidelines more carefully and filled all buisness detail since then. And now I have: StoreKit Configuration in XCode is set to None, Products (subscription + consumable product) are already approved (from the previous review) Paid Apps Agreement - active Bank account - active Tax forms - active Compliance - active Problems: When trying to test it with TestFlight + sandbox account, StoreKit is returning zero products. When trying to check my products by initiate transaction from Sandbox App Store manage dashboard I am getting an error This item is not available I am totally stuck and don't know what to process next. Unfortunately API.

Do you work in a managed environment? I sometimes see reports like by folks who work in high-security industries, like health or finance. Their network, Mac, or device is locked down in some way that breaks this tooling. It’s hard to offer specific advice in that case, because these setups are very site specific, but I do have a few general hints: If you have a Mac laptop, you can relocate it to a different network. For example, you might run this test at home. Rather than running the proxy on your main work Mac, run it on a ‘victim’ Mac. For example, I often have great success using Mac-on-Mac virtualisation. Test with a victim ‘device’ that’s unmanaged. Or if you test device is managed, try a different device, like your own personal iPhone. Incoming calls thrue Jisti Meet and locked screen
Problem: When the screen is locked, an incoming call does not initiate the launch of the Flutter application required for audio and video communication through Jitsi Meet. In the unlocked state, the application functions correctly. The current implementation does not have a mechanism for activating the Flutter engine when receiving a call via CallKit while the screen is locked. Although CallKit UI displays the call acceptance interface and the audio session is configured, the Flutter application remains in a suspended state, making it impossible to connect to the media server. Audio session activated using didActivateAudioSession method.

How can I provide free test accounts for mobile games reviewers?
I want to provide free test accounts so that mobile games reviewers can play my iOS game for free. They should be able to make in-app purchases(consumables) without any charges. I don´t know how to create the free test accounts. Is it necessary that my iOS game is already published in the Apple App Store before I can provide test accounts for mobile games reviewers? Or is it necessary to let the reviewers play my game while it is still in TestFlight? If yes, should I ask them to give me there email address so that I can add it to my Sandbox accounts? My game was not yet released in the App Apple Store. It´s only available on TestFlight.

Unfortunately I don’t have any good answers for you here. The correct escalation path — as described here and in the error itself — is DevPrograms, so you’ll have to continue pushing via that channel. statusCode 7000 "Team is not yet configured for notarization" - no response from support for days
My Team (ID: 3TMU292P34) has been unable to notarize any macOS software. Every submission is immediately rejected with statusCode 7000: Team is not yet configured for notarization. This is not a code-signing or technical issue: Developer ID Application certificate is valid (expires 2027-02-02) Code signing and hardened runtime are correctly configured Uploads succeed, but Apple's backend rejects them instantly Both Apple ID auth and App Store Connect API Key auth produce identical results A minimal hello world test app also fails — confirming this is account-level, not app-level Submission IDs: 71753924-276a-4b77-be77-4355ff21ab72, 53a990af-45e1-4164-bfa4-2b60e09a3a1d I have contacted Developer Programs Support multiple times with no resolution. Could someone help escalate this?

Reply to Enrollment Failure – Unable to Complete Apple Developer Program Registration
Hi, I’m currently facing a somewhat similar issue while trying to enroll in the Apple Developer Program. I have been attempting to complete my enrollment since February 24th. In my case, the enrollment process goes through, but the purchase fails when confirming the payment. I contacted both the Apple Developer Support team and the iTunes/Media Services support team and raised multiple support tickets. Each time I was advised to wait 72 hours before trying again, and I followed those instructions. So far, I have waited through four separate 72-hour waiting periods, but the issue still persists. The iTunes support team asks me to contact the Apple Developer team, while the Developer team asks me to contact the iTunes team. Because of this, I seem to be stuck in a loop between both teams. Since your issue occurs before reaching the payment stage, it could be related to Apple’s internal verification or account checks. In that case, the Developer Support team usually needs to review or escalate the issue

Hi, I also faced a similar issue. I used a different email ID to purchase the Apple Developer account, but on my iPhone I was logged in with my personal Apple ID. Even though I used the different account in the Apple Developer app, the money got added to the Apple wallet of the personal Apple ID that was logged into the phone. The amount gets parked in the Apple ID balance, and unfortunately it cannot be withdrawn or used to purchase the Apple Developer account. It can only be used for Apple services or subscriptions. You may want to check your Apple ID wallet balance by going to: Settings → Tap on your Apple ID name → Payment & Delivery → Here you will see the Apple ID Balance.
