ITMS-90683: Missing purpose string in Info.plist - NSLocationAlwaysAndWhenInUseUsageDescription
In our latest two pushes to AppStore Connect, we've been getting the following message, where we hadn't previously: Dear Developer, We identified one or more issues with a recent delivery for your app, XYZ 1.2.3 (123). Your delivery was successful, but you may wish to correct the following issues in your next delivery: ITMS-90683: Missing purpose string in Info.plist - Your app’s code references one or more APIs that access sensitive user data, or the app has one or more entitlements that permit such access. The Info.plist file for the “xyz.app” bundle should contain a NSLocationAlwaysAndWhenInUseUsageDescription key with a user-facing purpose string explaining clearly and completely why your app needs the data. If you’re using external libraries or SDKs, they may reference APIs that require a purpose string. While your app might not use these APIs, a purpose string is still required. Oddly though, we've not really made any changes to our codebase that should trigger this. Just wondering if others ar

ITMS-90562: Invalid Bundle - Bitcode failed to compile for your watchOS binary
Hello, My team is currently having an issue uploading our app to the AppStore because of the following issues: ITMS-90562: Invalid Bundle - Bitcode failed to compile for your watchOS binary because it includes assembly source code or inline assembly. To resolve this issue, rewrite the corresponding code in a higher-level language such as Objective-C or Swift and redeliver your app. ITMS-90562: Invalid Bundle - There's an issue with the app's bitcode compilation. Rebuild the app using the current public (GM) version of Xcode and upload it again. Firstly, we do not have a watchOS app at all. Our last release was successful when built on Xcode 11.6 and we're currently using Xcode 11.7. According to Apple, Xcode 12 isn't required until April of 2021, so I'm not sure what it's complaining about. Here's what we've tried. We created an AppStore build and ran it through the validator and that succeeded. It even uploads fine, but doesn't successfully process once uploaded. We created an Enterprise ve

ITMS-90885 “${executable}” in bundle “${bundle}” is missing a provisioning profile
I'm struggling to get past the following error from Transporter. I've tried everything I can think of and I'm not sure what else to do. Its impossible for us to remove the library and we are unable to push any updates for the app.

What can trigger "App uses the itms-services URL scheme to install an app" rejection?
I'm an indie developer. My latest minor update for my game which has been on the Mac App Store for 13 years and which has spent time at #1 on the download charts just started getting rejected for the following reason: Guideline 2.5.2 - Performance - Software Requirements The app installed or launched executable code. Specifically, the app uses the itms-services URL scheme to install an app. However my app is certainly not installing any apps and to the best of my knowlege it is not using any itms/itunes/etc. type URLs in any way, so I can't figure out what would be triggering this claim. Inquiries as to what app I am supposedly installing or what URL I am supposedly using have yielded 'no further information can be provided'. Has anyone run into something similar? Any ideas on obscure scenarios that could trigger this particular rejection? Or any advice on what one should do in my situation? I feel a bit stuck. Has anyone had luck with the appeal process for this sort of thing (to at least g
