iPhone X with same problem as everyone else! Also, my phone will no longer charge on my wireless charging pad. This is ridiculous! Not too much of a coincidence that it’s happening right before Christmas and after the release of the new iPhone 12. Is Apple up to it’s tricks again?

Background Refresh Stalls After Charging on watchOS 26
Hello everyone, I’m a new developer still learning as I go. I’m building a simple watchOS app that tracks Apple Watch battery consumption, records hourly usage data, and uses that information to predict battery life in hours. I’ve run into an issue where background refresh completely stalls after charging and never recovers, regardless of what I do. The only way to restore normal behavior is to restart the watch. Background refresh can work fine for days, but if the watch is charging and a scheduled background refresh tries to run during that period, it appears to be deferred—and then remains in that deferred state indefinitely. Even reopening the app or scheduling new refreshes doesn’t recover it. Has anyone else encountered this behavior? Is there a reliable workaround? I’ve seen a few reports suggesting that there may be a regression in scheduleBackgroundRefresh() on watchOS 26, where tasks are never delivered after certain states. Any insights or confirmations would be greatly a

Reply to IOS 16 UI Lag and Ghost Touch
Same thing happening with me. Since like December 14th (apparently with the release of iPadOS 16.2 I think) my iPad 8th generation (2 years old) literally went nuts. The upper part of the screen (if it's vertical) won’t respond to touch or if it does it does it after many attempts. I thought for a long time that it was my fault but then reading online I noticed that many have this issue. I did all of the things that they suggest online, so restarting it, rebooting it, turning off all of the AssistiveTouch settings (btw I think that AT is a part of this problem, too cause I was using it to turn up the volume since the button is broken), I even brought it to the nearest Apple Center and they asked me €300 to fix it, what???? That’s like more than half of the price that I bought it. Now it’s updated to iPadOS 16.3.1 but the problem is still here. Luckily I have my keyboard to type, otherwise I couldn’t even do that, since even the typing is broken. If I type on-screen for example the letter A, it will a

Inquiry about Successful Subscription Without Payment Charge
Hi, I'm a server developer working on an iOS app, and I've encountered an interesting case that I'd like to understand better. We received a user report indicating that they were able to successfully start a subscription without any charge being processed on their payment method. The subscription appears to be active in our system and we can verify the receipt with Apple's server, but the user claims no payment was deducted from their account. I'm curious to know: Are there any known scenarios where a subscription might activate without an immediate payment charge? What would be the recommended way to handle such cases from the developer's perspective? Could this be related to any specific subscription states or edge cases in the IAP system? Any insights or documentation references would be greatly appreciated. I want to ensure we're handling our subscription logic correctly and providing the best experience for our users. Thank you in advance for your help!

Reply to Battery drain in ios 14.2
Not sure if this a ploy by Apple to get folks to upgrade their older phones, but I have the exact symptoms. Phone starts out at 100% charged. Works fine and around the 40 ~ 70 % charge range it will drop to < 10% in a couple of minutes. It will charge back up to over 50% in several minutes when plugged back in. Started a v 14.3 and is exactly the same at 14.4 Phone is an 7 plus model. Never had a issue with iPhones until now.

Hi there,I love QuickTime feature, iPhone screen recording, but I can't figure out why on some phones I see just full white battery (http://take.ms/sPhvm), and on other phones there is a green battery with charging symbol (http://take.ms/pmztG). Both batteries are charging.I want it always to be just white battery, is there any way to do this?

Reply to iOS 14 Beta Battery drain on iPhone 6s
It is clear that 14.0.1 drain the battery (much) faster than IOS13. I have an Iphone 8 plus, with battery health 88% and after upgrading to 14.0.1 I have to charge my iphone everyday (sometimes twice). With the previous IOS versions I used to charge it every two days. I wish Apple releases a new IOS version fixing this issue soon. I love Apple, but these things are very dissapointing.

Charging Business users differently than Personal users
My app can be used by individuals, however companies could use my app too and distribute it to their staff.Any advice on how I should handle this?Would I charge businesses more per seat, even though it's the exact same app?How does this generally work when dealing with small and mid size businesses?

Excuse me if the APP accesses the payment function charging policy
Our APP pre-connects the payment function. What is your payment method and the third-party payment method charging policy?
