Hello, I am having an issue setting up a Developer account for our K-12 School System, which we apparently need to grant access to our vendor that handles our school website/app on the appstore. I keep getting the error message We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. I also cannot access the contact us link from the developer site for the same reason. Any suggestions? An email or phone number to call would be great. Thanks in advance.

when I am trying to register as Apple Developer it brings me Agrement page and then I can see We are unable to process your request. page. 😟can't contact to Apple Developer support page because it requires to be logged in. but I can't do that because of same issue.
