In-App Purchases and Subscriptions section missing from version page — first-time submission, all configurations complete
My app Comic Locker - Track & Value (Bundle ID: com.kevinmillerxi.thecomiclocker.app) is a first-time submission with two auto-renewable subscriptions. Version 1.0 is in 'Prepare for Submission' with build 21 attached. Both subscriptions (Pro Monthly and Pro Annual) are configured under the 'Comic Locker Pro' subscription group with full localization, pricing, review screenshots, and availability set to all countries. Paid Apps Agreement is active. ITA Part XX compliance is active. However, the 'In-App Purchases and Subscriptions' section does not appear in the main content area of the version page. The Monetization section (In-App Purchases, Subscriptions) shows in the left sidebar, but there is no way to attach subscriptions to the build on the version page itself. I've tried multiple browsers (Chrome and Safari), uploaded a new build, and updated the version number. I also confirmed via sandbox testing on a physical device that Product.products(for:) returns empty for both product IDs. I've seen similar reports in threads 804327 and 820936. Any help is appreciated.

Stuck submitting subscription for review
We are stuck in AppStoreConnect limbo. We have a new subscription group + two Subscriptions in Ready To Review state in appstoreconnect, but Apple Review rejected our latest app version because they weren't included with the version. Our app version has been rejected for a few issues before this which maybe broke something. When I go to edit the version, there is no Subscriptions & Purchases section to add them for review. I tried editing the subscriptions and subscription group localization to see if that got it out of Waiting For Review state or showed the version section but no luck. So we can't add the Subscriptions for review and we are rejected from App Review if we don't. I submitted an Apple support email 8 days ago and haven't received any response. Does anyone know of a way to get this unblocked?

App visible in India App Store but not appearing in USA Search (Direct link works)
Hello, I am facing a search indexing issue specifically within the United States App Store. While my application is fully discoverable and ranking in the India App Store, it does not appear in search results in the USA, even when searching for the exact app name. Current Status: Availability: "All Countries or Regions" is selected (including USA). Direct Link: The App Store URL works perfectly in the USA; users can download it via the link. Primary Language: English (Canada). Metadata: All policies are accepted, and all required information is filled out. Troubleshooting Performed: Verified that the app has been live for more than 72 hours. Confirmed that there are no "Pending Contract" or "Tax/Banking" flags in App Store Connect. Tested search using a unique brand name to rule out high competition. My Question: Since the direct link works, I understand the app is "Available," but why is it not being indexed by the US Search Engine? Do I need to explicitly add an English (U.S.) localization to trigger the index, or is there a specific regional propagation delay I should be aware of? App Details: App ID: 6754450841 Platform: iOS Primary Locale: English (Canada) Thank you for your assistance.

App Bundle ID
My team created an initial app bundle ID called Sendi from the front end of the app store connect account, and created a test app which hasn't been published to App store. Then we also created a second app programmatically using expo go which generated a new app bundle ID. What we need is to link the second configuration generated programmatically to the first Apple Bundle ID as that is the original name of the product, so we can maintain the same name for our App when we eventually go live. Any ideas on how we can achieve that?

Updating Apps on the AppStore no longer working for me.
I have been using Swift Playground to build and submit my apps to the appstore for around three years now. Recently I uploaded two of my apps but now when I submit them for approval an error is issued… “Unable to Add for Review”… (see pic attached). I don’t understand it because Playground does not use Xcode as far as I am aware? Can someone advise me what I can do to resolve this? Is it something I have to wait to be fixed by an Apple update?

Part XX of the ITA blocking submission
All my business documents are in an active state, including the Part XX of the Income Tax Act (necessary for Canadians), but app.store connect won't let me bundle subcriptions or in-store payements with my app or let me submit it b/c is says I'm not in compliance. It's incredibly frustrating b/c it must be an internal error. anyone else having this issue?

App Store Connect Business page silently fails on submit + stuck on loading screen
I've been experiencing two critical issues with App Store Connect for several weeks and have contacted Developer Support multiple times by email with no response. Environment: macOS (Sequoia), tested on Chrome and Safari, multiple devices and networks. US-based organization account. ISSUE 1 — BUSINESS PAGE NOT FUNCTIONING (ongoing for weeks) The Business > Agreements/Tax/Banking page does not work correctly. After filling in all required information and clicking Submit, the page silently refreshes back to the unfilled state. No success message, no error message. This happens consistently across all browsers and devices. The browser console shows the following error on page load: [maison] No route found https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/business/atb/[entity-id] This suggests the SPA router fails to initialize the page, which would explain why submit has no effect. Both my Free App and Paid App agreements are stuck in pending status ("Waiting for Tax/Bank Info"), and I cannot complete the required identity verification through the UI. WHAT I'VE TRIED Multiple browsers (Chrome, Safari) Multiple devices and networks Cleared all cookies and cache Disabled all browser extensions Contacted Developer Support by email — no response after 7+ days IMPACT I cannot launch my paid app because the Paid App Agreement cannot be completed. Has anyone encountered the [maison] routing error on the Business page? Any workarounds would be greatly appreciated.

App targeting iOS 12 crashes on launch when installed via TestFlight but works via Ad Hoc and Xcode direct install
My app targets iOS 12.0 and crashes immediately on launch when installed via TestFlight on an iPad running iOS 12.x. The same archive works perfectly when installed via Ad Hoc distribution or directly from Xcode. This is a regression — the exact same source code, compiled with the same Xcode version, was successfully distributed via TestFlight and the App Store last month (March 2026) without issues. No changes were made to the code, Xcode version, or signing configuration. Steps to reproduce: Archive an app with IPHONEOS_DEPLOYMENT_TARGET = 12.0 using Xcode 16.4 Upload to App Store Connect Install via TestFlight on an iPad running iOS 12.x App crashes immediately on launch (pre-main, no crash log generated) Expected: App launches normally (as it did last month) Actual: App is killed immediately, process exits with reason: (none) Console.app shows the process never transitions from xpcproxy to the actual binary — it dies within ~260ms of bootstrap, indicating a dyld or app thinning issue. Environment: Xcode: 16.4 Deployment target: iOS 12.0 ENABLE_BITCODE: NO Device: iOS 12.x Ad Hoc install: WORKS Xcode direct install: WORKS TestFlight install: CRASHES App Store install: CRASHES Anyone else seeing this?

First auto-renewable subscription does not appear on app version page in App Store Connect
Hello, I am blocked on the first auto-renewable subscription submission for my iOS app and I would like to know if anyone has seen this exact App Store Connect behavior. App: SEKA Money Subscription product ID: seka_premium_yearly_ Subscription Apple ID: 6760082026 Current issue: the auto-renewable subscription exists in App Store Connect I am on the correct iOS app version page the “In-App Purchases and Subscriptions” section is visible but my auto-renewable subscription does not appear in the selector only a consumable IAP appears there Important detail: the issue happens directly inside App Store Connect on the app version page this is why I do not think the missing subscription in that selector is caused by the runtime StoreKit code in the app itself I understand app code can affect UI price display, but it should not control whether a subscription appears in the App Store Connect submission selector Other details: this is my first subscription the subscription has already gone through “Waiting for Review” and is now “Developer Action Needed” metadata, screenshot, and localizations have been filled Apple Support already confirmed that I do not need a consumable for this case sandbox / TestFlight purchase behavior has been partially reproducible, but the submission workflow remains blocked because the subscription is not selectable on the app version page My question: Has anyone seen a case where the first auto-renewable subscription exists but does not appear in the app version selector, while another IAP type does appear? If yes, what was the real cause and how did you resolve it? Thank you.

Unable to change build attached to version in App Store Connect
I have an app version (1.2.1) in App Store Connect that is showing "Ready for Review" status. It has an old build (1.2.0, build 4) attached to it. I uploaded a new build today (1.2.1, build 5) and need to swap it in, but there is no "+" or "-" button in the Build section of the version page, and clicking the current build number just navigates to its metadata page. I have tried: Creating a new version (1.2.1) — it auto-populated with the old build Uploading a new build with the correct version string — still no option to swap Looking for a "Remove from Review" button — it does not exist on my page Is there a way to detach the current build and attach the new one, or do I need to delete the version and start fresh? If so, will that affect my existing review thread with Apple? Any help appreciated.

App Update Visible on App Store but Not Auto-Updating on User Devices
Hi everyone, I recently released a new version of my app on the App Store and the update is visible to users, but it is not auto-updating on their devices even when they have automatic updates enabled in their App Store app settings. What I have verified so far: The update is live and visible on the App Store The version number and build number are correctly incremented The app has been fully approved and released Tested on multiple devices with auto-update turned ON Waited more than 48 hours after release Users can only get the new version by manually going to the App Store and tapping Update. This includes important bug fixes so I want to ensure users are on the latest version. Has anyone else faced this recently? Could this be a server-side propagation delay or something I may have missed? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Why doesnt the Media Manager tell which devices have the required proportions?
When launching an app, AppStore Connect has some very specific requirements to the media (screenshots) used for the store listing. Right now the primary screenshots requires a 6.5 inch size. This is fine, of course, but why doesnt it list which iphones has this size, so I dont have to google my way to this answer? Its such a small thing, but would help so much
