Until it’s complete, the updated Program License Agreement may not go into effect. Why and what is going on is not clear, nothing has changed really. All accountdetails are applied and approved. Any idea what is going on and how to speed this "process" up?

Hello, When I recently distributed my app, I received the following warning message: "Starting April 2026, all visionOS apps must be built with the visionOS 26 SDK or later, included in Xcode 26 or later, in order to be uploaded to App Store Connect or submitted for distribution." However, the Apple Developer News page dated February 3 (https://developer.apple.com/news/?id=ueeok6yw) states that apps submitted to the App Store must meet the version 26 requirement starting April 28, 2026. I need to clarify whether the mandatory enforcement begins on April 1, 2026, or April 28, 2026. Hello everyone, I’m facing a confusing issue in App Store Connect and hoping someone here has encountered this before. Context: • Company developer account (UK-based) • App is free to download • Only optional In-App Purchases (Apple IAP) • No external payments • Using standard App Store distribution • Paid Apps agreement is active • US tax forms (W-8BEN-E) are active Issue: Under Agreements → Tax Forms, I see: United Kingdom Tax Info – Alternative Terms Addendum – Missing Tax Info However: • There is no Alternative Terms Addendum visible under Agreements • I have not intentionally opted into EU DMA Alternative Terms • I do not have a UK VAT number (Apple should be Merchant of Record under standard IAP) Finance Support says they do not support Alternative Terms. Agreements support has not responded yet. Questions: 1. Can the Alternative Terms flag exist only under Tax Forms without a visible agreement? 2. How can a developer revert back to standard App Store terms if this happens? 3. Has anyone had Apple remove this EU DMA backend flag manually? Or, can we consider the response completes once the prompt disappears? I will write down the sequence of events in order. A prompt appeared on our app's page asking us to respond to the survey. However, likely because the app hadn't been updated for many years, the “Edit” option for age restrictions was not displayed; instead, “View” was shown. After creating a page for the new app version, “Edit” appeared. We hadn't planned to release the new version to the App Store at this time, but we only created the new page to respond to this survey. After entering “edit” and answering the age restriction survey, the prompt disappeared. I contacted Apple Support to find out if just answering would suffice, but they told me to submit the app for review. However, as mentioned above, we have no plans to modify and release this app. Since it's an old app, I updated the environment, built it, and submitted it, but issues were pointed out. (I think it's because it's an old app.) When I asked the Apple Review team the same question as at the beginning, they suggested I post it here. Many thanks!

My app is already in production, and there are purchases. But people from Europe cannot download it because I need to pass DSA compliance. The DSA regulation status has been “in review” for about a month already. What do I need to do?

when I share the App Store link for my app FlexPath on say iMessages; the screenshot generated with the shared link is that of the Apple Watch’s screenshot and not the iPhone’s screenshots i have reloaded the images with new builds to fix the issue. Every time a new purchase is initiated, the observer triggers an immediate update with the previous transaction's ID (Transaction ID). The system then displays a system alert stating: "You've already purchased this In-App Purchase. It will be restored for free." Even after explicitly calling finishTransaction, the same transaction reappears in the updatedTransactions array upon the next app launch or purchase attempt. Steps to Reproduce Add a transaction observer in didFinishLaunchingWithOptions. Initiate an In-App Purchase in TestFlight. Upon success (.purchased), call SKPaymentQueue.default().finishTransaction(transaction). Attempt to buy the same non-consumable item (or any item) again. Result: The previous transaction is pushed again, and the queue never clears. What I’ve Tried Ensured finishTransaction is called on the main thread. Verified that the observer is added at app launch. Manually iterating through SKPaymentQueue.default().transactions and finishing all entries. Signed out of the Sandbox account and used a completely new test account. Deleted and reinstalled the App via TestFlight.

This version has an additional integration of the iOS Ayla SDK and Public-9.0.7 SDK compared to the previous version. If there is indeed a call in a third-party SDK, how can I determine where the call exists? Thank you

Despite the fact that the subscriptions were accepted and banking & agreements were set up, I still can't figure out how to include them in the binary build. Thanks for the advice.

Hello, I've just been unfortunate enough to discover a critical issue. I have two apps using Asset Packs, and I believe both apps had an Asset Pack with the same identifier. In App Store Connect for App B, I archived this Asset Pack. However, the Asset Pack has been archived for both Apps. This shouldn't happen.

Hello, My app has been approved on the App Store, but the in-app purchases are still under review. This is the first time I'm publishing an app with in-app purchases. During sandbox testing, everything worked correctly. Is it normal for there to be a validation delay for in-app purchases after the app approval? Or is there a specific action I need to take, given that this is my first experience with in-app purchases? Thank you in advance.

When I update my app name, the App Store URL also changes, and since the app URL contributes to ASO performance, this is a concern for me. I would like to know whether it is possible to change the app name without affecting the URL, or if the previous URL automatically redirects to the new one.

Hi everyone, We’re experiencing an issue with App Store Connect → Sales & Trends (Sales) → Last 24 Hours (hourly) reporting, specifically for In-App Purchase (IAP) sales. On January 30–31, 2026, when checking Last 24 Hours sales data, we consistently see IAP sales drop to 0 starting around 18:00 UTC, as if no purchases happened after that time. However, we can confirm that IAP transactions did occur during the same time window using other validation sources (e.g., server-side logs / analytics). In App Store Connect, those hours still show 0. I did a quick search and found reports of similar behavior affecting downloads/units for some teams, but in our case downloads/units look normal in Last 24 Hours. The problem appears to be only in the IAP sales portion. Questions: Is anyone else seeing hourly gaps / 0 values for IAP around Jan 30–31, 2026 (or today)? Is this a known Sales & Trends reporting delay that eventually backfills, or an ongoing issue? If you’ve seen this before, how long did it take to normalize/backfill, and did any specific check/filter help?

In App Store Connect metadata I added keywords expecting App Store and Apple Watch searches to surface my app using those terms. However searching those keywords does not show my app and it only appears when I search by the app name so I am unsure what is incorrect.

I’m stuck in a loop where my in-app purchase (IAP) product cannot be reviewed because my app version is in “Rejected” status. In order to submit the IAP for review, I need to submit a new app version and select the IAP product. But since the current version is rejected, I can't select the IAP during submission. As a result, RevenueCat can't fetch the IAP products, and the app appears to not use in-app purchases, which leads to another rejection. I’d like to know the correct steps to break this cycle and properly submit both the app and the IAP for review. Any guidance is appreciated!

Hello everyone, I'm currently waiting for my Apple Developer Program enrollment to be approved and wondering if my timeline is normal. My situation: Payment of $99 USD: ✅ Completed (have invoice and order number) Government-issued photo ID: ✅ Submitted Confirmation email received: ✅ Yes - "Thank you for providing the documents we requested. We will review them and follow up with you within two business days" Days since confirmation email: 3+ business days The email stated they would follow up within two business days, but it's now been more than three business days with no update. My questions: Is it normal for the review to take longer than the stated "two business days"? For those who were approved, did you receive multiple emails throughout the process, or just a final approval email? Has anyone experienced similar delays? What was the outcome? Just want to make sure nothing is stuck or requires additional action from my side. Thanks for any insights!

I am getting this issue, whenever I am trying to reconnect XcodeCloud in App Store as the XcodeCloud builds are blocked. Steps we followed Go to App Store Connect -> select app -> select Xcode Cloud -> select build 2 we are able to see error message with connect button Xcode Cloud is unable to connect to the repository “**********”. Reconnect the repository to resume builds. 3. Tapping on connect -> shows a popup with option to authorize in bitbucket -> taping on it, takes us to another window which redirects continuously and nothing happens Can anyone help me with this
