I have the problem that Apple has withdrawn the money for my Apple Developer membership, but still tells me I have to pay it back.
I have already contacted Apple Support but after more than a week I still haven't received a response.
Could it be because I paid with Paypal?
I have the invoice with me.

“Guideline 4.2 - Design - Minimum Functionality: The usefulness of the app is still limited by the minimal functionality it currently provides. Specifically, the app primarily offers content for users to view or use, with limited interactive features. Apps should provide valuable utility or entertainment, draw people in by offering compelling capabilities or content, or enable people to do something they couldn't do before or in a way they couldn't do it before.”

”Guideline 5.1.1(v) - Data Collection and Storage: The app supports account creation but does not include an option to initiate account deletion. Apps that support account creation must also offer account deletion to give users more control of the data they've shared while using an app. Follow these requirements when updating an app to support account deletion:
Only offering to temporarily deactivate or disable an account is insufficient.
If users need to visit a website to finish deleting their account, include a link directly to the website page where they can complete the process.
Apps may include confirmation steps to prevent users from accidentally deleting their account. However, only apps in highly-regulated industries may require users to use customer service resources, such as making a phone call or sending an email, to complete account deletion.”

I have accepted the Paid App Agreements on App Store Connect, but my apps are still unable to process subscriptions. As a result, my users cannot subscribe, and I am losing revenue.

I'm trying to use Transporter to upload my .ipa file to the Apple Store and make it available on TestFlight. I'm generating the .ipa with the command eas build -p ios --profile production. However, I'm receiving the "ITMS-90426" error in my email.
I've seen many suggested solutions for this issue, but most of them involve using Xcode. The problem is, I don't use Xcode. I only use Transporter on my Mac to upload the app, and I develop on a Windows environment.
Could you please guide me on how to generate the required files using Expo/EAS to avoid this issue?
I'm trying a release a new version to one of my Apps. Last success was January 25, but now I'm keep getting "Invalid binary" error no matter what I'm doing, with no further info about the source of the problem.
I clarified all settings are correct and tried different ways (direct upload from xCode, using Transporter). I even rollback my project to the same version I used when I was able to release a new version (Jan 25), and with the same project content - same code, same settings, only changed version - I also got the same error response.
Any idea?

I am experiencing an issue with submitting an update for my app BTC-X PRO (Bundle ID: PRO.BTCX).
Currently, in App Store Connect:
Version 1.2.5 is published and available to users.
Version 1.3.0 is in the "Prepare for Submission" status, but it is no longer relevant, and I cannot delete it.
Version 1.3.1 has also been uploaded, but it is outdated and was never submitted for review.
Version 1.4.0 has been uploaded and is ready for submission, but I am unable to submit it for review because App Store Connect only allows me to submit 1.3.0.
Since versions 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 are no longer relevant, I kindly request that you either:
Remove versions 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 so I can submit 1.4.0 for review.
Or manually enable the ability to submit 1.4.0 for review.
I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible, as version 1.4.0 includes important updates for users.

I am in Apple Connect and in order to sell my Subsricptions in my mobile app i need to agree to the DSA and fill in my contact information.
i do so, but only my email gets a verification code meanwhile my phone does not get one! I tried sms and call but both did not work.
because i cant verify i cant agree and because of that i cant sell my subsription?!!

I get the following error when creating a new version of my iOS app in App Store Connect: "An error has occurred. Try again later."
The monthly subscription is clearly listed in the Monthly/Yearly subscription group.
I structured it similar to the first 2 items in Apple's Ocean Journal Multiple subscription and durations. The only difference is the order in which I put them. I didn't think that matters, does it?
The Developer action flag does not allow me to rearrange or edit the Yearly group. I'm stuck. What should I do?

Our developer account was locked more than a week ago, while we still have an active Apple store app, which requires a new deploy with some bug fixes.
We tried contacting Apple support in redeeming the access back and on the phone we have achieved nothing.
Does anybody encountered a similar issue and how did you solved it ?
There is an option that allows New users to cannot find and install your app. Existing users can still find it and will receive updates in configration App Store Connect.

Our company needs to track the performance of app downloads promoted by many different groups, which may require a large number of different Campaign links. How many different Campaign links can I track in the App Store Connect backend? What is the maximum number?

I have a bunch of apps that I want to transfer, but they have Sandboxed Group Containers and MacOS versions.
Due to this restriction they can not be transferred:
"The app is a macOS app that shares a sandbox container."
But the MacOS builds never use the Group Container feature.
Is there a path for the transfers to go ahead or could Apple make it so that apps that did not use Group Containers in their MacOS versions to be transferred.
I already have an opinion ( I should never release to a platform without testing on a physical platform device ) on this but wanted to learn from experience and expertise and see if there were any viable options.
My hybrid casual puzzle game is released on the App Store for iOS. (Whew!) Apparently it is compatible to both Mac OS and VisionOS
I would love to make it available everywhere however, I am not sure it is best to do so without testing on these physical devices. Which could also mean making the design adjustments for those devices, having test devices ready etc. and I would have to update my Laptop to silicon.
Has anyone tried this without testing on physical devices? What are your thoughts/best suggestions? Thanks in advance!
Steps:
I created a bundle ID.
Created an app and used the above created bundle ID
Remove the app
Tried to create a new app with the same bundle ID as it is still available and I did not delete it
Issue: This Bundle ID is not shown in the dropdown when creating the new app
Hey, we've recently realised that our Account Holder access was restricted to the App Store Connect, however all other accounts (Admin, Marketing, Developers) can access it. Restricting Account Holder access means that we can't push updates on App Store and limits our functionality.
We've submitted multiple requests to Apple Support, but no answer for a month, no hotline phone number for developer services, only general hotline which can't fix the issue due to recent Apple Security changes and it redirects us to the general request submission form.
Does anyone has the same problem? How do you fix that? Are you also experiencing delays in reply from Apple?

In my company, we are keeping a log of the monthly session numbers of our app which is hosted in the AppStore. We have noticed a sharp decline in the numbers over a certain range of numbers and want to find out which users are not returning and cater to their needs to better our app. From where can we get those numbers?
AppStoreConnect does not provide this data. Is there any API for this?

Are there specific guidelines for submitting MDM (Mobile Device Management) apps to the App Store? 🥺

I am a developer operating an MDM (Mobile Device Management) app.
My app has only the functionality to disable/enable the camera, and the profile download is done through Safari.
There have been no changes in the guidelines in all the years that I have undergone review, and the app has passed the review process until now.
However, this time the app was rejected for installing a configuration profile that disables the camera. (guideline 2.5.9)
Could you please let me know if it is possible to request a re-review, or if MDM apps are no longer allowed on the App Store?
