sandbox purchase completes but app review gets stuck
Hi all, currently using auto renewable subscriptions (monthly + yearly) using RevenueCat. App Review on iPhone 17 Pro Max and iPad Air 11 (M3) running iOS/iPadOS 26.3.1 reports that after attempting to purchase a subscription in sandbox, the subscription screen loads indefinitely / they can’t proceed (Guideline 2.1(b)). I can reproduce successful purchases on physical devices via TestFlight using fresh sandbox tester accounts (along with 3 other internal users), and I’ve implemented post-purchase syncPurchases() + CustomerInfo refresh/backoff, restore fallback, and a dedicated “confirming purchase” screen to avoid the paywall blocking. Has anyone seen review-environment sandbox sessions where purchase succeeds but entitlement/receipt validation never completes on certain devices/OS versions, and is there any recommended approach for making review more reliable? Currently have another review pending and I attached a screen recording of everything working with a fresh sandbox account + physica

“Desktop & Documents Folders” feature in iCloud Drive.
Dear Apple Support, I would like to raise a concern regarding the behavior of the “Desktop & Documents Folders” feature in iCloud Drive. From a business and development standpoint, the fact that folders may be automatically moved or created without clear and explicit user awareness is quite concerning. File system behavior is something users generally expect to remain predictable and fully under their control. In particular, when working in development environments, even small and unintended changes to folder structures can lead to issues such as broken file paths, build errors, or inconsistencies in project setups. The possibility that such changes may occur automatically introduces an element of uncertainty that is difficult to manage in professional workflows. Additionally, there are security considerations. For example, if sensitive files such as configuration data or API keys are temporarily stored on the Desktop, the possibility that they could be unintentionally synced to the cloud raises

Back gesture not disabled with navigationBarBackButtonHidden(true) when using .zoom transition
[Submitted as FB22226720] For a NavigationStack destination, applying .navigationBarBackButtonHidden(true) hides the back button and also disables the interactive left-edge back gesture when using the standard push navigation transition. However, when the destination uses .navigationTransition(.zoom), the back button is hidden but the left-edge back gesture is still available—it can still be dismissed even though back is intentionally suppressed. This creates inconsistent behavior between navigation transition styles. navigationBarBackButtonHidden(_:) works with a standard push transition, but not with .navigationTransition(.zoom). In the code below, .interactiveDismissDisabled(true) is also applied as another attempt to suppress the back-swipe gesture, but it has no effect. As a result, there’s currently no clean way to prevent back navigation when using the zoom transition. REPRO STEPS Create an iOS project then replace ContentView with code below, build and run. Leave nav type set to List Push. Open an ite

Enrollment and Payment completed but Web still shows “Complete Your Purchase” and Pending
Hello, Apple Developer Support Team, I registered for the Apple Developer Program using the Developer app on my iPhone. Payment and identity verification were completed successfully. Nevertheless, the phrase Complete Your Purchase still appears when I check in online, and my registration status is listed as Pending. Even though I've already finished the enrollment procedure on my iPhone, the system seems to be requesting me to do it again. I already have opened a case with Case ID: 102844593298 but had no response. Would you kindly check my account and let me know how my registration is going right now? I appreciate your help. Warm regards.

Unlock with Touch ID suggested despite system.login.screensaver being configured with authenticate-session-owner rule
Hello, I’m working on a security agent plugin for Mac. The plugin provides a mechanism with custom UI via SFAuthorizationPluginView and a privileged mechanism with the business logic. The plugin needs to support unlocking the device, so I changed the authorize right to invoke my agent: class evaluate-mechanisms created 731355374.33196402 mechanisms FooBar:loginUI builtin:reset-password,privileged FooBar:authenticate, privileged builtin:authenticate, privileged modified 795624943.31730103 shared tries 10000 version 1 I also changed the system.login.screensaver right to use authorize-session-owner: class rule comment The owner or any administrator can unlock the screensaver, set rule to authenticate-session-owner-or-admin to enable SecurityAgent. created 731355374.33196402 modified 795624943.32567298 rule authenticate-session-owner version 1 I also set screenUnlockMode to 2, as was suggested in this thread: macOS Sonoma Lock Screen with SFAutorizationPluginView is not hiding the macOS desktop. Reply to CXCallUpdate not working for outgoing calls
I’m facing the same issue and haven’t been able to update the remote handle for outgoing calls. Initially, I start the call by setting the callee’s phone number as the value of the CXHandle. However, during the call, the caller can add more participants. At that point, I need to update the remote handle to store a call ID instead, so I can later retrieve it and initiate a group call from the device’s recent call logs. The problem is that updating the remote handle doesn’t seem to work, it keeps the initial value and does not reflect any changes. This issue only occurs for outgoing calls, incoming calls behave as expected. Is there any solution for this?

CXCallUpdate not working for outgoing calls
I try to update remoteHandle using CXCallUpdate for outgoing call, but this works only on iOS 15 but not on 17 or 18 (16 didn't test). This problem actual only for outgoing calls, but for incoming calls update works fine. func startOutgoingCall(with callID: UUID, userID: String) { let handle = CXHandle(type: .generic, value: userID) let action = CXStartCallAction(call: callID, handle: handle) callController.requestTransaction(with: action) { [weak self] error in // ... } } func updateOutgoingCall(with callID: UUID, groupID: String) { let update = CXCallUpdate() update.remoteHandle = CXHandle(type: .generic, value: groupID) provider.reportCall(with: callID, updated: update) } I also tried phoneNumber type but it seems initial handle that I set to CXStartCallAction not possible to change (value or even type). I use this handle value to implement recall by tap on call in Recents tab of system address book. But since my calls can transform from p2p to group call, I need to update handle value or find som

Instruments Malfunction
I’m reporting a severe reproducible issue in Instruments, specifically when using the SwiftUI instrument and opening Show Cause & Effect Graph. What happens: • Instruments becomes extremely laggy/unresponsive • The graph/detail area can turn solid magenta/pink • Memory usage rapidly increases (I observed around 18 GB, 25 GB, and up to 34 GB) • My Mac has crashed/restarted during this, or in other terms, had a kernel panic, where my Mac froze, and everything unresponsive. The Trackpad wouldn't even click. Important detail: • I could not find a generated kernel panic log after the crash/restart. Repro context: • SwiftUI iOS app profiled from Xcode • Trigger is specifically entering Show Cause & Effect Graph • Recordings can be short and still trigger it • Issue is much less severe or absent if I avoid that view What I already tried: • Rebooting • Short captures / fewer instruments • Clearing Xcode/Instruments caches/preferences • Retesting after cleanup • Reinstalling Xcode Is this a known Instruments r

HealthKit on macOS
HealthKit is currently not supported on macOS nor tvOS, despite being supported by visionOS. Support for macOS was last asked about[1] here in 2018. My goal is to display interactive data visualisations over workouts collected in HealthKit on macOS. Will this be possible to do in the near future using HealthKit directly? If not, can I somehow read the information from an iPhone and display it on the mac? Cheers, Rodrigo [1] https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/94937

Reply to The iOS CallKit end my call without user action.
By analysis the log, seems the following 3 calls has been ended by system callkit (Not mainly trigger the end call): I'm not sure I follow the meaning of your log data. How do you know no user action was involved? Both calls are ending ~1s after the report which is with the range of human action, particularly if some kind of hardware action like pushing the side button of the phone or blocking through a headset's physical button is involved. @apple Do you have similar report that the iOS CallKit End the call withtour user action? No, not that I'm aware of. __ Kevin Elliott DTS Engineer, CoreOS/Hardware

Dev Acct membership enrollment limbo
I signed up for membership on Monday March 16th. It took my credit card info and put me in ‘Pending’ state. My cc was charges $99 but when I go back to my account it has a box for me to continue to signup for membership where it asks to charge my account again. I tried using the account support where it asks to with provider a phone number to call me or to send an email. I chose phone. It called me almost immediately but it was already in the middle of explaining options to select. And before I could get to my keypad it said that my time had expired. ‘Good Bye’. I went back to try again and saw a case id assigned. But it would not let me do another callback or email. Instead I got “Error processing your request”. I’ve tried for 3 hours trying to find another channel to get help. They have my money and I dont have membership. can anyone suggest where I go from here?

Broken autocomplete in Xcode 26
Xcode 16 and 26 changes in painful way how the Tab key works during autocomplete. Previously, pressing Tab would extend the typed text up to the word match. For example, we have two classes: NSViewController and NSViewCoordinator BEFORE, typing: NSV + Tab used to complete to NSViewCo Now, in Xcode 26, pressing Tab just use the first suggestion. Stupidly. Especially when you want DispatchQueue and it gaves you DispatchSemaphore… That is very inconvenient because very often I want just see all possible cases with some prefix...without need of typing all prefix manually. How to restore the previous behavior? How to do autocomplete word-by-word?

DriverKit Entitlement Model Has No Viable Path for Open Source and Community-Maintained Drivers
While I welcome the arrival of a userspace implementation of drivers, DriverKit as it stands has some notable flaws. My main concern is the ability of open-source projects like HoRNDIS being able to access paid developer accounts and the limited entitlement scope (plus the waiting period) for what is essentially a hobbyist free project. Even if the developer is a professional company, some legacy hardware will go unsupported because of a lack of support from the vendor. Providing a way for users who need access to older hardware would be needed. Three concrete requests: A class-level or wildcard VID/PID entitlement for open source projects with a verifiable public repository A free or reduced-cost entitlement path for non-commercial volunteer-maintained drivers Published approval criteria and timelines so projects can plan accordingly Depreciating kexts without providing an accessible successor for community projects isn't security, it is gatekeeping access to hardware that is critically needed.
