“Account Locked”

I recently purchased the Apple Developer Program — 1 Year Membership, and the payment has been successfully processed. However, even after the purchase, I am still being prompted to renew my membership and cannot access any of the developer services that should be available with an active membership. It is very frustrating to pay for a membership and then be told to renew it again without being able to use the services I paid for. The membership status does not seem to reflect the completed purchase at all. Has anyone else experienced this issue? Why does Apple charge for a membership and then continue to block access while asking for renewal? I would appreciate any guidance on how to resolve this, or if an Apple representative could look into my account. Thank you.

Hi everyone, I am writing this out of pure desperation because I honestly don't know what else to do or where to turn. My app has been stuck in the review process since February 9th (almost 3 weeks now), and I feel like I am completely trapped in a black box. I have tried every official channel available to get at least some information: I submitted requests for an expedited review. I opened 3 separate tickets with Developer Support, but received absolutely zero response. Just complete, deafening silence. I finally called the developer hotline. The representative was polite but completely unhelpful. I was basically told that everything is fine, this timeline is normal, we can't do anything to help you, just keep waiting. After exerting a custom model with nms=True. In Xcode, the outputs show as: confidence: MultiArray (0 × 5) coordinates: MultiArray (0 × 4) I want to set fixed shapes (e.g., 100 × 5, 100 × 4), but Xcode does not allow editing—the shape fields are locked. The model graph shows both outputs come directly from a NonMaximumSuppression layer. Is it possible to set fixed output dimensions for NMS outputs in CoreML?

I’m looking for advice from anyone who has gone through the process of converting an Apple Developer account to an Organization / Company account. I’ve been trying to convert my account for organization and the process has been taking much longer than expected. Apple initially requested documentation to verify both the business and my authority to act on behalf of the company. So far, I have already provided or prepared everything they ask for. Am I the only one wasting my time having preview videos processed? I've been waiting for hours. I wasted an hour just trying to sign out of an iCloud account yesterday.
