Urgent: Account Scheduled for Termination Tomorrow – No Response to Appeal
Dear Apple Review Team, I am writing to urgently follow up regarding our pending account termination and appeal, as we have not received any response despite multiple attempts to contact your team. For reference, our timeline is as follows: January 31, 2026: Received Pending Termination Notice January 31, 2026: Submitted appeal and corrective update February 7, 2026: Responded to DPLA compliance notice February 12, 2026: Submitted follow-up via Review Board February 23, 2026: Submitted additional summary follow-up via Review Board and Contact Us February 23, 2026: Contacted Apple Support by phone for status inquiry We have fully addressed all identified compliance issues and submitted all requested verification documentation, including government-issued identification, proof of address, and relevant licensing documentation. As of today, our corrective update remains marked as “In Review,” and we have not received any acknowledgment or update from your team. With the February 28 deadline imminent, the lack of communication is extremely concerning. We respectfully request: Confirmation that our appeal and corrective submission are actively under review Clarification on whether any additional information is required from us An estimated timeframe for a decision We are fully committed to complying with Apple’s policies and guidelines and have made every effort to respond promptly and thoroughly. We would greatly appreciate your urgent attention to this matter. Thank you for your time and assistance. We look forward to your prompt response. Sincerely, Tien Nguyen

App Stuck in “Waiting for Review” Since February 4, 2026 – No Status Update
Hello everyone, My app has been in “Waiting for Review” status since February 4, 2026, and there has been no progress or update since then. Normally, my previous submissions were reviewed within a few days, but this time it has been significantly delayed. There are no messages in the Resolution Center, and I have not received any communication from the App Review team. Has anyone else experienced similar delays recently? Is there anything I can do to follow up or escalate this review? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Rejected under Guideline 3.1.1 for Partner Codes (B2B/Enterprise Content) – Seeking advice on Appeal
Hi everyone, I’m seeking some advice on a recurring rejection for our app, tassie., regarding Guideline 3.1.1 (In-App Purchase). The Situation: Our app offers walking tours. While we sell public tours via In-App Purchases (which works perfectly), we also create bespoke, private tours for corporate clients (e.g., a specific company teambuilding event or a private anniversary tour). These tours contain company-specific info and are not available for sale to the general public. The Issue: We use "Partner Codes" (Access Codes) to allow employees of these companies to unlock their private tours. Apple keeps rejecting us under 3.1.1, claiming we are bypassing the IAP system. Our Argument: We believe this falls under Guideline 3.1.3(c) (Enterprise Users). The content is bespoke and created for a specific organization. The end-user (the employee) does not pay for this content; it is a B2B transaction between us and the corporation. The content is not relevant to the general public and therefore not suitable for the public IAP storefront. The Question: Has anyone successfully navigated this? We’ve tried explaining the B2B nature in the App Review notes, but the reviewers seem to hit a wall as soon as they see an "input field" for a code. Should we move the "Partner Code" field deeper into the Profile/Settings to distance it from the Shop? Is there a specific way to document the "Bespoke" nature of the content to satisfy the reviewers? Would an Appeal be the best route, or should we request a phone call (which we are currently scheduled for)? Any insights or experiences with Guideline 3.1.3(c) would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance, Danique | tassie.

Your first subscription must be submitted with a new app version
I have been submitting the app multiple times, and I keep getting rejected on Guideline 2.1 - Performance. Specifically, the in-app purchase is not available and the app is unresponsive when we tap the Upgrade button. I have tested the wiring and it works, the issue is that the subscriptions are not approved because: "Your first subscription must be submitted with a new app version. Create your subscription, then select it from the app’s In-App Purchases and Subscriptions section on the version page before submitting the version to App Review." So I can't get the subscriptions approved without the app approved, but I can't get the app approved without the update option to work. I seem to be stuck in a loop. Please assist.

App Stuck in "Waiting for Review" Since February 10, 2026 & No Response from Support
Hello everyone, I’m facing an unusually long app review delay and would appreciate any insight from the community. My app has been stuck in the "Waiting for Review" status since February 10, 2026, with no updates or feedback. App details: App ID: 6756574744 Case Number: 102824473424 During this time, I have: Submitted several support requests Filed multiple expedited review requests Tried contacting through email and the support section Attempted to follow up on the case status Despite all of these efforts, I have not received any response, acknowledgment, or update regarding its review progress. I understand that review times can vary, and delays sometimes happen. What concerns me more is the complete lack of communication. At this point, it feels like the app might be stuck in the queue. Has anyone else experienced long "Waiting for Review" times recently? Is there anything else I can do to get clarification or make sure the submission is not blocked for some reason? Thanks in advance for any insight!

Which tools and concepts are essential to learn first in iOS development?
I’m beginning my journey in iOS app development with a strong Java background and an app idea in mind, and I want to learn the best practices, tools, and workflows to build it the right way from the start. I’d appreciate guidance on useful AI tools for coding and learning Swift or SwiftUI, how developers approach app design, and recommended sources for UI inspiration, graphics, and overall development tips.

App Review Delay - Desperate and need help
We've been stuck without an approval of our app since Feb 3. and we are desperate for any help. We need our build approved. The history: Submitted build on 2/3 Sat in 'Waiting for Review' for 6 day Cancelled and resubmitted on 2/9 Sat in 'Waiting for Review' for 15 day (called multiple times and was told that there wasn't anything they could do) Cancelled and resubmitted on 2/25 App rejected about 6 hours later with a note that said basically "You have this small issue on iPad. You can fix it in your next build just let us know.' We responded immediately that we would fx it in our build and to please approve the build. No response since we responded more than 3 days ago We are absolutely desperate to get this build approved. It has been nearly a month and this is destroying our company. It is impossible to understate how hard this been for us. Does anyone know any way of trying to resolve?

Apps stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 23 days due to pending agreements. What happens now?
Hello everyone, I’m currently experiencing a very long review time and wanted to ask for your advice or hear about your experiences. I submitted my two apps for their initial release 23 days ago. Ever since then, they have been stuck in the "Waiting for Review" status. Yesterday, I realized that my "Paid Apps Agreement" and Tax Forms (W-8BEN, etc.) were incomplete in App Store Connect. I immediately filled them out, and now all my banking, tax, and agreement statuses are successfully marked as "Active". My questions to the community are: Since the agreements are now active, will my apps automatically fall into the review queue, or do I need to trigger something? I submitted an "App Review Status" contact form to Apple Support today. Should I just wait for their response, or is it better to "Remove from Review" and resubmit them? (I am afraid of losing my place in the queue). Any insights or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! Best, Berkay

Awaiting verification
Hello, Our application (application ID: 6759598338), submitted on March 1, 2026 at 17:24, is awaiting verification without status change in the App Store Connect. Could someone from the application review team check if this application is stuck in the review queue, or let us know if any action is required on our part? We are in urgent need of an urgent review of the application (the request for an expedited review has also already been made). We also have to warn you that previously there were similar applications with a similar code and name, but they were deleted and are also our development (their identifier: 6757390034, 6758405199, 6756528976, 6757389750). These versions of the application did not meet the required quality, so they were deleted. Thank you for your time and help.

Trapped in a "Black Box": Almost 3 weeks of App Review silence and ignored support tickets. Is this normal?
Hi everyone, I am writing this out of pure desperation because I honestly don't know what else to do or where to turn. My app has been stuck in the review process since February 9th (almost 3 weeks now), and I feel like I am completely trapped in a black box. I have tried every official channel available to get at least some information: I submitted requests for an expedited review. I opened 3 separate tickets with Developer Support, but received absolutely zero response. Just complete, deafening silence. I finally called the developer hotline. The representative was polite but completely unhelpful. I was basically told that "everything is fine, this timeline is normal, we can't do anything to help you, just keep waiting." Just to put this wait time into perspective, while sitting in this Apple "black box" waiting for a single message, I have managed to do the following: Registered a Google Play Developer account and fully verified my identity. Almost completely rewrote my entire app from scratch, translating it from Swift to Kotlin. Uploaded the Android version, got it approved, and I am already on Day 8 of closed testing in Google Play! Meanwhile, in App Store Connect, absolutely nothing has changed. No status updates, no rejections, no questions from the reviewers, no replies to my tickets. Just an absolute void. Has anyone else experienced this kind of extreme delay and complete lack of communication recently? For context, here are my details: Submission ID: db1ffb72-8f0f-49bc-b215-179e1e179b7d Apple ID: 6756239914 Any advice or shared experiences would be deeply appreciated. Thank you.

App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 17+ days despite 5 Support Cases
Hello everyone, I am desperately seeking guidance. My app has been stuck in the "Waiting for Review" status for over 17 days (since at least Feb 13). It hasn't even entered the "In Review" stage. I completely understand that review times can vary, but what's concerning is that we seem to be caught in a system loop. We have proactively contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times over the past few weeks. Specifically, we have open cases (Case ID: 102820493078 and Case ID: 102820491288) with messages sent on: Feb 13 Feb 18 Feb 23 Feb 24/25 Unfortunately, we have only received generic automated responses, and the status remains firmly stuck at "Waiting for Review". At this point, we are extremely worried that our binary might be caught in a system glitch or ghosted in the queue. Could any Apple Staff here kindly look into these Case IDs to see if there is a technical issue preventing our app from entering the review queue? Has any other developer experienced a similar >17 days wait time just to enter the queue recently? Any help to untangle this would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!

What risks do you think indie iOS developers face in 2026?
I’m interested in hearing what currently concerns other indie iOS developers, as 2026 feels both exciting and somewhat fragile to me, with the constant worry that an Apple account issue or unexpected rejection could undo years of hard work overnight. AI has made cloning apps easier than ever and even strong niches can quickly attract well funded competitors, so while I’m optimistic about building, these are the realities I often find myself thinking about.

Hello iOS developer community, I submitted an app on App Store Connect on February 4, 2026, but I don't understand why, as of today (March 2, 2026), its status is still "Waiting for Review." I have emailed Developer Support but only received the following automated reply: "Thanks for submitting your support request. It has been over ten days, and I still haven’t received any official follow-up or updates from Apple regarding this issue. What should I do now?

Demo Content or Not for Submission
Hello. We've developed a compatibility engine for the App Store. We collect very detailed profile information from users and use this information to dynamically calculate compatibility scores with the help of AI, recommending users to each other. The app is newly completed and we don't have any real users yet. My questions are: We are at the initial approval stage, Should we submit a completely empty application, or will the reviewer account create accounts with matching genders? Should we create one or more fake users? We have profiles that we created as demos (to inspire users) and indicated with a badge as "demo"s, but these don't appear in the "Explore" section. Should we add these people to the explore section? Assuming the people appearing in the explore section are demos, should the "request to meet" button be active for these demo content? Should it be possible to chat with demo people? After the submission is approved, will we delete the fake people or remove the demo people from the Explore section again? Is this possible? Which approach is correct to avoid being perceived as "fake content"?

Thank you.

App stuck in status Waiting for Review since Feb 9
Our app with Apple ID 6752634390 has been in status Waiting for Review since Feb 09 which has been more than 20 days. And we have sent email via Contact Us two times already but no progress yet. Any one has any idea if there is anything we can do to move on?

App Status: "Waiting for Review" since February 4, 2026. No official reply from Apple for over 10 days after contacting support.
Hello iOS developer community, I submitted an app on App Store Connect on February 4, 2026, but I don't understand why, as of today (March 2, 2026), its status is still "Waiting for Review." I have emailed Developer Support but only received the following automated reply: "Thanks for submitting your support request. We’ve received your support request and will get back to you as soon as possible. Your case ID is 102824763035." It has been over ten days, and I still haven’t received any official follow-up or updates from Apple regarding this issue.
