I need to provide an invoice to my work for payment of the developer account. Is there anywhere I can download the invoice? I can't see a receipt in my emails.

I have two bundle ids, but they seems to be missing and I cant select anyone. this is why I cant create a new app.
I'm submitting a new version of my app, and after click "submit for Review", it show that:
A few more items are needed in order to submit for review
The items listed below are required for submission:There are still screenshot uploads in progress. I didn't met this problem before. Is that mean I haven't upload all the screenshot required or it's still uploading the screenshots to App Store Connect's server? Cause before there is a "save" button after you drag images to the screenshots area, now you don't.
And I think I have uploaded all the screenshots needed and I waited a day to try submit again, still the same.
What should I do?
My old build rejected by apple because of some issues. I resolve those issues in my next build, & I want to submit it for review, but after clicking on SUBMIT FOR REVIEW my old build is showing REVIEW IN PROGRESS. I want to delete my old build, to avoid this.

With the new App Store Connect, iOS apps become available on the new Macs with Apple Silicon natively. A couple of my apps got quite some complications with Catalyst and do not need it anymore.
I would like to know how to completely remove a platform from App Store Connect, without impacting the iOS version, so that I can let my iOS app be available on the Mac App Store instead of the Catalyst app.

I have a live version for my app on app store which i 0.0.151.
Now i am unable to add new version because i can't see the (+) add button option only in my appstore connect.
Looking forward for response.
I do not encounter any problems during the upload which seems to proceed correctly (success message at the end)...
However, I cannot view the builds from the interface (App Store Connect).
I've been testing different options (re-build, test on another computer, cache cleanup...) for several hours without success ;-(

How long does it take from applying to the Small Business Program to getting it confirmed? Google has a similar program and that whole process took two days. I’ve been waiting for over a month now without recieving any confirmation, information etc. Nada. Wrote to the Apple support and got a generic reply that didn’t really answer anything. It is soon time for a payment from sales and it’s getting really frustrating. Do Apple pay back the difference retroactively?

We have two sets of screenshot images for 5.5 and 6.5 displays of the iOS app which needs a new version.
When I first uploaded the screenshot set for the 6.5 display, it looks all good. Then I uploaded another set for the 5.5 display and headed back to check 6.5 images. I found some of them reported errors IMAGE_TOOL_FAILURE.
Then I deleted all 6.5 screenshots, re-uploaded for the 6.5 display again. However, this time 5.5 had errors. It is like a loop. I tried tens of times.
And, if I upload 6.5 first, it all looks good. And then I go to another tab, for example, the app information tab and then come back. I also find the images are marked as 'The file has been uploaded and is processing

I got this message in my appstore connect. But, i cant find anywhere to view or a button to agree to this. Anybody have any idea how to solve this?
The updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps to the App Store, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account on the Apple Developer website.
Starting this week I had 41 ratings and 6 reviews. The number has been diminishing during these few days, when I woke up this morning I took a screenshot of the current amount of both and now the number is even lower. I've read other threads exposing the same problem but couldn't find a solution. Why is this happening and what can I do to prevent this?
We have identified Subscription Groups for our use-case based on the below note from Apple, but there is no mention of any limitations in the doc. Can we create unlimited number of Subscription Groups or is there a limit?
If your app needs to offer users the ability to buy multiple subscriptions — for example, to subscribe to more than one channel in a streaming app — you can add these subscriptions to different groups. Users who buy subscriptions in multiple groups will be billed separately for each subscription.

A few months ago, I created an Apple Developer account using my current name and address. I have since created a company specializing in iOS development, and I would like to update my contract with the new information.
Is it possible or should I create an other dev account ?
I am admin user of developer apple account. when I tried to do login into account and check the apps. The apps page appears to be blank. No apps are showing.
Any idea how to fix this?
Every time I try to upload the Mac Catalyst build of my App to App Store Connect, I get the following error:
Asset validation failed
This bundle is invalid. The value for key CFBundleVersion [3] in the Info.plist file must contain a higher version than that of the previously uploaded version [8]. I have tried updating the version and build numbers in Xcode - still getting the same error. The Info.plist also looks fine - it just contains $(CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION) next to Bundle version.
The kicker is that I'm having no issues with uploading iOS builds - only Mac Catalyst builds. Any help would be appreciated - I've been stuck on this problem for months!

This error appeared yesterday out of the blue. I'd been on appstoreconnect.apple.com working on an app update and later in the day when I tried to log in again I immediately get the error, "Failed to verify your identity. Try Again". No verification code is sent and it's not a password issue, as that's a different error.
I'm able to log in to iOS devices and Apple's apps, like the App Store Connect App. I was even able to log in to the Apple Support App and change my password, but I still couldn't access any Apple websites. If I try to log in to icloud.com, searchads, appstoreconnect.apple.com, developer.apple.com, or appleid.apple.com I immediately get the same error and no 2FA code is sent.
I've seen online that others have had this issue and some resolved it by appending a verification code to the end of their password, but that hasn't worked for me. (Even though Apple's sites fail to send the 2FA I was able to get a code by going into iOS Settings->iCloud->Passwords & Security->Send Code).
Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it?
I've seen online that people have periodically experienced this issue for years, but I've seen no solution other than the code-appending trick.
Apple Developer Support and regular Apple Support haven't been able to help so far (they also told me to try appending a 2FA code to my password). I had to create another Apple ID just to be able to get back into this forum and also the Contact Support page. But now that I have a support case the only way I can communicate with the rep is by logging in with the ID that actually has the login issue.
The issue may be rare, but it's been around for several years and Apple has set up its support systems in a way that makes it extremely difficult to get support in these circumstances. In fact, regular Apple Support has no ability to even transfer a call to Developer support.
If anyone can help me with this I'll buy you a beer--heck, several beers.

Within the last week, we listed our app on the App Store for Pre-Download. Immediately after, we created campaign links and sent them around. We are 100% certain that at least a few of the campaign links have generated over 5 pre-downloads, yet we still can't view campaign data.
Is this because pre-downloads are not considered App Store Units, so we won't be able to get the attribution until the launch date?
I am trying to add In-app purchases to my app. I tried to create StoreKit Configuration File but after checking "Sync this file with an app in App Store Connect" I wanted to pick my team but the only options I had were "None" or "Ad an account...". And answering upcoming question: Yes I have team. Please help.
I am trying to use the AppStoreConnect API to set the price of an app. In the documentation (here) it suggests that it is possible to set the price using the API.
"To set a price for your app using App Store Connect API, create a relationship between the apps resource and appPrices"
However it links to the instructions on how to set a price using the AppStoreConnect web site.
Looking at the website it appears that the pricing is being set by sending a PATCH to the app record itself but on the API this results in a 405 (METHOD_NOT_ALLOWED)
Is it possible to set a price using the API, and if so what endpoint should I be sending to?
