Reply to [Apple Watch] Unable to Check for Update - Not connected to the internet error
I was able to get the watch update working by making sure my watch was fully charged and then plugging in my iPhone to allow it to charge. My best guess is that the Apple Watch app is simply displaying an incorrect error message. (Could be as simple as an Apple developer copy/pasting an error flow and forgetting to update the message that’s displayed to the user.) Perhaps the error message should read: “Before updating your Apple Watch, your iPhone must be sufficiently charged or connected to a power source.” ?

Reply to Apple is not paying me GST on Australian Sales
I'm confused and frustrated with Apple Pay - when an Australian customer uses Apple Pay to checkout a cart, they are charged an additional 10% on top of the cart price during the Apple Pay flow. However if they select Visa/Mastercard this is not charged. I've used Etsy several times with each, and with Visa I have a 10% VAT on the invoice that was the cart total, but Apple Pay is 10% greater total. Could people please share what the charge model is for their web store comparing Apple pay to a credit card scheme? Thanks.

Hi, I am seeing similar issue. It is affecting my usability of a pdf with notes app along with Apple Pencil. As soon as I start underlining the entire scroll goes haywire. Is there a way to disable the scroll bar ? Thanks, Kunal

Already charged and waiting on identity verification for months?!?!?
Almost 2 month ago I signed up for the Apple Developer Program. When I did, I used a card as payment that didn't have my name on it, so I was reached out to for identity verification. I submitted my German documents and Apple replied indicating that I've submitted all the documents necessary. That was about a month ago, and I haven't gotten any updates since. I've already been charged the $99 for the year, and my account is showing as Pending. All I want is information from Apple on how the process is going and whether or not the process is progressing. A month of silence after already charging me is unacceptable to me. Has anyone else experienced this problem? I've tried calling the support line and emailing, and have gotten nowhere. Any help with this would be appreciated.
