Enrollment Paid but Dashboard Still Shows "Subscribe Your Membership"
Case ID: 102824029037 Hi,Like many other complaints in Feb 2026 forum threads, I enrolled as Individual on Feb 15, 2026. Payment was successfully charged and I received the invoice. However, the dashboard still shows Subscribe your membership / Complete your purchase. No activation/confirmation email has arrived, and I can't access Certificates or add my Team in Xcode. I've contacted support multiple times (requested phone call), but no reply yet. This is delaying my product launch – I need an immediate solution or timeline for activation. Thanks for helping

Xcode 26 Butchers Productivity by Making Global the State of Navigators Pane
Here's the text of FB22008758 I've just submitted: Xcode 26 changed the behavior of the Navigators pane (which hopefully is a bug and not an intended behavior). in Xcode 26, if I close (or open) the Navigators pane in a window tab, it closes (or opens) the Navigators pane in ALL window tabs. This is insanely horrible, unproductive, time-wasting behavior that breaks workflows that has been established for many years (I've been using Xcode since 2006). By way of example: In a window tab that contains a .xib, I prefer the Navigators pane to be closed. While in all other window tabs (that contain code files and other items), I want the Navigators pane to be always displayed. Before Xcode 26, the Navigators pane was open or closed in each individual window tab as the user desired. But in Xcode 26, if I close the Navigators pane in one window tab, the pane closes EVERYWHERE. Thus when, for example, I go to a .xib window tab, I have to close the Navigators pane AGAIN. But then when I go back to a code window tab, I

Reply to Apple Watch: Restarts and overheating after watchOS 26.3 update
It does seem that the issue is related to any APIs and features intended specifically for developers, which are what this forums for. I'd hence suggest that you post in the Apple Support Community, and if that doesn't help, contact Apple Care or find an Apple retail store to see if folks there can help you restore your device back to its original stable state. Best, —— Ziqiao Chen  Worldwide Developer Relations.

Application getting rejected, because of Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness
I have an auto-renewable subscription and added everything in IAP subscriptions and inside my app. But I still keep getting this rejection and no one responds to be question at the app review. Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness We are unable to complete the review of the app because one or more of the in-app purchase products have not been submitted for review. Specifically, the app includes references to subscriptions but the associated in-app purchase products have not been submitted for review. Next Steps To resolve this issue, please be sure to take action and submit your in-app purchases and upload a new binary in App Store Connect so we can proceed with our review. Note you must provide an App Review screenshot in App Store Connect in order to submit in-app purchases for review. Learn more about required in-app purchase metadata. But I have done all thse things and submitted the new binary as well. Still rejection.

Transaction.updates sending me duplicated transactions after marking finished()
Hey y'all, I'm reaching out because of an observed issue that I am experience both in sandbox and in production environments. This issue does not occur when using the Local StoreKit configurations. For context, my app only implements auto-renewing subscriptions. I'm trying to track with my own analytics every time a successful purchase is made, whether in the app or externally through Subscription Settings. I'm seeming too many events for just one purchase. My app is observing Transaction.updates. When I make a purchase with Product.purchase(_:), I successfully handle the purchase result. After about 10-20 seconds, I receive 2-3 new transactions in my Transaction.updates, even though I already handled and finished the Purchase result. This happens on production, where renewals are one week. This also happens in Sandbox, where at minimum renewals are every 3 minutes. The transactions do not differ in transactionId, revocationDate, expirationDate, nor isUpgraded... s

For purchases made outside the app, I get the same issue. Transaction

Enrollment Completed on iPhone but Web Shows “Complete Your Purchase” and Status Pending
Hello Apple Developer Support Team, I completed my Apple Developer Program enrollment directly through the Developer app on my iPhone. The identity verification and payment were successfully processed. However, when I log in via the web, I still see the message “Complete Your Purchase,” and my enrollment status appears as Pending. The system seems to be asking me to proceed with enrollment again, even though the process was already completed on my iPhone. Could you please review my account and clarify the current status of my enrollment? Thank you for your assistance. Kind regards

Need help! Kids Category issue
Title: App stuck in Kids Category review loop — never intentionally published as Kids Our education app has been on the App Store since 2020 under the Education category. We recently submitted an update and it keeps getting rejected under Guideline 1.3 - Kids Category. The problem: we have never intentionally published our app under the Kids Category. Our current App Store Connect configuration is: Age Categories and Override: Not Applicable Calculated Age Rating: 4+ Primary Category: Education Secondary Category: Games No Made for Kids designation is selected anywhere. Here is the timeline: Feb 13: Rejected — You have selected the Kids Category for your app — asked us to add parental gates for links, purchases, etc. Feb 18: Rejected again — Your app does not appear to be designed for kids aged 11 and under — told us to resubmit without Kids Category designation. We replied with screenshots showing Not Applicable is selected and asked what else needs to change. Feb 19: Rejected again — Your app was p

[After iPhone migration] Health app permissions for connected app are not shown
After upgrading to a new iPhone and restoring from an iCloud backup using the same Apple ID, I noticed an issue with Health app permissions. ■ What is happening On my previous iPhone, an app had permission to read step count data. After restoring to the new iPhone, the app still appears in the Health app under Sources. However, when I tap the app, the usual data type permission toggles (such as Steps) are not displayed at all. As a result, the app is unable to read step count data. ■ Additional details The app itself seems to be recognized as a Health data source. However, the data type permission screen is empty. No ON/OFF switches are shown. The backup was created on iOS 18, and the restore was performed on iOS 26. I have not yet confirmed whether this also happens with other iOS version combinations. ■ Questions Is it expected behavior that Health app permissions (per data type) are not restored via iCloud backup? Has anyone experienced a similar situation where the app

Reply to Why doesn’t Transaction.updates emit reliably?
I have some information. I downloaded Xcode 26.3 Release Candidate (17C519) from the Apple Developer website. I used the VirtualBuddy app and installed macOS Tahoe 26.3. I then opened the Xcode project and configured the StoreKit Configuration file (synchronised with App Store Connect), setting the subscription renewal rate to Any Renewal Every 10 Seconds. I ran the app, made a subscription purchase and observed that my in-app purchase handling code successfully completed the transaction. I also logged Transaction.updates and Product.SubscriptionInfo.Status.updates and everything worked as expected. However, I do not wish to upgrade to macOS Tahoe just yet.

How to correctly calculate sales tax for digital goods (no shipping address) before authorizing transaction
Hi, we are setting up Apple Pay on our website which sells only digital goods. We don't collect a shipping address because we aren't shipping anything. We want to use the user's billing address in order to show them the total amount (including sales tax) before they authorize the purchase. However, it seems that the billing address isn't always provided by Apple Pay before the payment is authorized. With Apple Pay, what is the recommended way of acquiring the user's billing address before they authorize the purchase? -- More details about our setup: We are using the Apple Pay JS API. In createPaymentRequest, we specify requiredBillingContactFields: ['postalAddress'], but per the docs, the address is provided after the user authorizes the transaction. That is too late for us because we want to show the sales tax before the user authorizes the purchase. We have attempted to work around this by getting the billing contact details in session.onpaymentmethodselected. For example: session
