stupid apple customer service.
I opened my account as a personal account. Then I decided to switch to the company account without publishing anything. I sent all the application documents. He also stated that he wanted to talk by phone. However, the problem is that we do not support your language during the meeting, so you inform yourself to hire a translator. Ok I did this too! While my translator is talking to Apple customer service, he says we need to talk to the account owner again, okay but he doesn't know my language to talk to me, and he wants to talk to me? So how will this happen? I paid $200 to my translator..

My app is rejected because I get a message to change my account to organizational account
I am getting: The account that submits the app must be enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization, and not as an individual. While we are a very small startup in Egypt consist of 2 team members and we are just launching the app to test the market. We have company papers and everything is registered in Egypt but do we still need to change our account to Organizational? And how? And what will happen to the 99$ payment we already paid? Do you also support organizations in Egypt? Thanks,

Smart Mailbox not working with Gmail on Apple Mail - resets to no mailbox selected
I'm trying to sync Gmail with the Apple Mail client and setup a Smart Mailbox of important emails that are unread. The Gmail emails sync correctly, in various folders as on Gmail. However, when I try to create a smart mailbox, they don't filter in and when you go to edit that smart mailbox, the filters reset. See images below: Image 1: Smart Mailbox Settings Image 2: Resets to 'No mailbox selected' after clicking ok (above) Image 3: The Gmail mails are syncing and filtering correctly, as on Gmail. The smart mailbox works for iCloud accounts though and Apple support wasn't helpful. They said it's Google's problem (even though that doesn't make sense) and even refused to create a ticket for further investigation. Google says that since the emails are syncing and filtering, the problem isn't at their end, it is with the way the Apple Mail client works (and that makes sense). Can anyone please help me with a fix here?

Apple developer account access or ownership transfer
Hi, A lovely developer of the team as left the business and he's Apple account was the owner of the company account. I have access to his email but 2FA was linked with a mobile number no longer used and also no device are connected with this account anymore... How can I get hold of someone at apple to assit? I mean emails are great but response time will take more time than sending someone to live on Mars. Can someone help me to find a way to contact Apple? I am desperate at the moment, I sent emails already but NO feedback from Apple

Problem with 1 Apple ID in Multiple Developer Accounts
Our company has 2 developer accounts, an old one and a new one that we are transitioning to. Until today when logged into the Developer website I could select which account I wanted to look at but now I only see the new one. The same is for Xcode, when I add my account it used to give me both the old and new and now it only gives me the new. If I log into Appstore Connect I can see both accounts as expected. The unfortunate part is I need to compile the App using the old account and cannot. Any help is appreciated.

Developer Program Enrollment issues
I have been building an app and am ready to pay & enroll so i can use TestFlight and get ready to release. I went through the enrollment in the Developer App and got an error after submitting my ID, so I submitted an email in a form as requested. A few days later, I got an email message saying I've already verified my identity in the Developer app using another Apple ID. I replied asking if I can get any more information - what is the other apple ID, and is it possible to de-register. I got a response stating "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time." And that I "can still take advantage of great content using your Apple ID in Xcode to develop and test apps on your own device" But, I'm at the point where I have a working app. I only have one identity I can't go out and get a new one. I'd just like it verified on my Apple ID. Hoping I can get faster resolution or more information with a forum post. My case # is. 102087575042. Thanks, Chris

Apple not responding about upgrading to Organization account
Hi all, I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response. Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries? Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.

App rejected because require User to register whereas previously is accepted on first submit
On August 10 our first initial App submit was accepted with functionality require User to register to access the app. Now on September 11 we submit an update then the Reviewer reject it due to these reasons. We noticed that your app still requires users to register or log in to access features that are not account based. Specifically, your app requires users to log in or register an account to explore service offerings. Apps may not require users to enter personal information to function, except when directly relevant to the core functionality of the app or required by law. Registration must then only be required for account-specific features, such as saving items for future reference or placing an order. Next Steps To resolve this issue, please revise your app to let users freely access your app’s features that are not account based. Why with the same functionality on first submit they accept then on the second update they reject it ? Require User to register is our company policy to prevent data spaming and scaming How to solve it without revise the registration function ?

Help! - Not Able to renew Apple Developer Membership
Hello, I require assistance urgently. My Apple Developer membership has expired and I am unable to renew it. Upon logging in to the Developer website, I was directed to use the Developer app to renew the membership. However, I cannot locate the renew button on the app. I have attempted to log in and out multiple times, as well as signing in from other devices, but to no avail. This situation is highly frustrating, and I feel let down by Apple's poor service.

Change country and bank account of nation.
Hello. I live in country A now, and will relocate to country B. If I relocate to country B, I have to remove my current bank account in country A due to VISA issue. Currently I receive in-app sold money to this bank account. However, If I move to country B, I have to change nation for my APPLE ID, and App Store Connect. And I have to change my current bank to new bank account of new country. Is this possible ?

"An error has occurred" while saving Pricing tiers in Appstore Connect – for 2 days already
In Appstore Connect I'm getting "An error has occurred. Try again later." when trying to set up a price tier (Free) for our new app, which is ready to be submitted. The only missing part is a price, but each time a set up a "US $0 Free" tier and Save, the loading wheel spins for 2 seconds and then I got an error. This is happening for 2 days already, I've tried using different apple ID, admin roles, app manager role.. Safari, Chrome... still the same error. Updating existing apps works fine though! I'm also getting the same error when trying to update some Users in our Appstore connect account. All subscriptions are paid, logged out>logged in... We have about 160 apps in our account and this is happening only when creating new apps. Thanks for your help!

Now going to more than a month waiting for Apple Developer Program Enrollment.
Hi guys, Now going to more than 5 weeks waiting for Apple Developer Program to get back to us on our Enrollment as an Company. We have tried reaching out to them via Contact Us page, they keep telling us that our enrolment is under review. This has been frustrating experience for me and my team as it our affect our business and product launch. any help on how to address this, please?

Good afternoon, I wanted to comment something to see if you can help me find a solution. The apple review team tells us the following “Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage We noticed that your app requires users to register with personal information to purchase in-app purchase products that are not account based” To use our applications you have to buy them but we want users to be able to try it for free for a few days before buying it. Therefore, to avoid that they can use it during the trial days and then uninstall and reinstall it we have put a register at the beginning. This way when the trial days are over they will only have the option to click on the Unlock button which will take them to the App Store to buy it. But I see that in Apple's Best practices it says: “Delay sign-in for as long as possible. People often abandon apps when they’re forced to sign in before they can do anything useful. To help avoid this situation, give people a chance to get a sense of what your app or game does before asking them to make a commitment to it.” Our app has 4 working modes. I thought that, as soon as they download the app, users can use one of the modes without registering for unlimited time (we are not selling this mode but giving it away for free).Since this is a magic app, we don't want anyone who downloads it to immediately know all the secret tricks of the app, especially since it is an app that has appeared several times on television and can be found by non-magicians. Within the menu there would be a button with the option to register where it would be explained that by registering you have access to a free trial of the rest of the modes along with the explanation of the tricks. By doing this, those users who do not want to do it will be able to stay with a free mode, but the magicians who are really interested can access the free trial and once finished they can buy it. At any time they can unsubscribe and delete their data. I think it is a good way to “give people a chance to get a sense of what your app or game does before asking them to make a commitment to it” I would appreciate if you could tell me if this would be useful before starting the changes. I've never used the services of the apple store before
I've never used the services of the apple store before. This is my first time uploading and now I'm confused. Am I in a suspended state or is it a normal state and is it related that I have hired another website to upload my app and do some code work for it? What should I do next? Could you please tell me in a way that is easier to understand? I'm a bit confused And now I'm so shocked that it's my account suspended or something. And why is it still in check status back to being in state? Waiting for another review Previously rejected by message notified as follows: Upon further review of the activity associated with your Apple Developer Program membership, we have determined that your membership, or a membership associated with your account, has been used for dishonest or fraudulent activity. Given the severity of the issues we identified, all apps associated with your Apple Developer Program account have been removed from the App Store and your account has been flagged for removal. Specifically, we found that one or more apps in your account engaged in concept or feature switch schemes, in direct violation of section 3.2(f) Apple Developer Program License Agreement, which states: "You will not, directly or indirectly, commit any act intended to interfere with any of the Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple’s business practices including, but not limited to, taking actions that may hinder the performance or intended use of the App Store, Custom App Distribution, TestFlight, Xcode Cloud, Ad Hoc distribution, or the Program (e.g., submitting fraudulent reviews of Your own Application or any third party application, choosing a name for Your Application that is substantially similar to the name of a third party application in order to create consumer confusion, or squatting on application names to prevent legitimate third party use). Further, You will not engage, or encourage others to engage, in any unlawful, unfair, misleading, fraudulent, improper, or dishonest acts or business practices relating to Your Covered Products (e.g., engaging in bait-and-switch pricing, consumer misrepresentation, deceptive business practices, or unfair competition against other developers)." Because your account has been flagged for removal, any earnings payments are paused. Transferring your apps to another Apple Developer Program account or creating new accounts after receiving this message may result in the termination of the new or associated accounts. If you would like to appeal this termination decision to the App Review Board, you must do so within 30 calendar days. When submitting your appeal, be sure to select "I would like to appeal an app rejection or app removal" from the drop-down menu on the Contact the App Review Team page and provide a written statement that includes the following: A thorough explanation of the issues we identified Specific steps you will take to prevent its recurrence New information clarifying these issues, if you disagree with our findings Otherwise, your Apple Developer Program membership will be terminated. Displaying Different Brand Names for Apps on the App Store Under a Single Organization
We have an Apple developer account for your organization, and your organization has multiple divisions, each division wants to publish apps under their own brand names. Is it possible to have separate developer accounts for each brand, even though they all belong to the same legal entity or organization?
