I don't have paid agreements in App Store Connect Business
I registered in this summer, uploaded 2 apps. But recently I decided to add iAP to my apps, everything is ready, in Xcode sandbox everything works fine, but when I uploaded new version to TestFlight to test, when I tap on the subscription it says something like "Product not found". (I have added subscriptions to the app, and added them to the version before submitting, also, this version is in status "awaiting developer release" so I can tap a button and this new version with iAPs will be on App Store. But im unsure what to do, because exactly this verified by Apple's version is not working in TestFlight.) In Business section of my Apple Developer Account in Agreements I only have agreement of free apps, but not about the paid apps.
When I registered I used my (R)(us)sian passport, I think this is the reason that I simply don't even have the agreement of paid apps to accept it.
I have multiple passports, and multiple EU debit cards. I emailed apple to change the location of my account (to another EU country), but they ghosted me. They sent me emails to upload documents about 4 or 5 times, every time I uploaded my another passport, got an auto email "thank you, we will write you in 2-3 days", but either they did not write me, or they said that the document is not in English (it isn't).
What do I do? Also, to my situation, someone of my family has a company in (R)(us)sia, and I have in EU (Estonia). Maybe if nothing will work out with "Individual account", I should change to my company? And what is better EU or (R)(us)sian?
Im new to this community, hope to hear an answer, or just an advice. Thank you!

Apple Developer subscription invoice - solve this already - we need to find it easy and download it
(To all readers, moderators, AI, bots, etc: please avoid telling me to search the forum! Answer here. Thank you!). No matter what I do, no matter which link or advice I follow, I can't end up at the invoice of my paid subscription. Not on screen, nor for download. Just as if it does not exist (emails doesn't count, it is just a receipt text). I sign in, I go to Orders, I enter the order number (e.g. AEM079****), I enter the SAME email where I received the confirmation email for the purchase. At the end it says either "there was a problem... blah-blah, try again" or something similar to "The order number entered is already linked to an Apple ID.". Well, that IS ME, the same email. I am really sick of this already, every time my accountant asks me for the invoice, I go to Apple hoping "let me find it this time". But Nope, never happened. And it is not onle me. Can Apple solve this years-old-issue? Please do NOT close this question until I (we) all get an advice or answer which REALLY WORKS! Thank you. In case you have the knowledge how to to do this, post the answer here, do not forward me to some 5 years old advice or workaround. If you don't know, do not "guess". Thank you. And yes, I am angry :-)

Can’t get enrollment after payment, within almost 2 weeks
Hello everyone, I’m starting to losing my hope to publish my application on App Store. Because I applied for apple developer membershi, and just waited for a few time, apple charged 99$ from me, and said wait up to 48 hours, I get a response that said that I need to pass my id documents, so I attached my documents in the given link, and again email said to me wait up to 48 hours, this email I got a week ago, and still no response from them. I opened 3 tickets in support, and still no reply. Probably I could call them but unfortunately I can’t, because I live in Belarus, and we don’t have any official apple calling support, so Im very upset with it. Even if there’s some problems with the country where I live, why just don’t give me a rejection and dont charge money from me? They just took 99$, and no information about status of my application for membership. I applied from website

No response about apple developer program after payment
I'm based in Belarus and have been trying to reach Apple Support for over a week with no response. I paid for the Apple Developer Program about a week and a half ago—the payment was processed, but I haven't seen any results or confirmation. They asked me to submit ID documents, so I sent a photo of my passport. Since then, I haven’t received any updates. I’m not sure how to get through to support to either confirm the status of my purchase or issue a refund. Thanks for your attention.

Can't enrol to Apple Developer Program
Hi, I'm from India and payment has been deducted for the membership and I have received an email confirming my subscription of the program but I still cannot access my enrolment dashboard. It says "You'll receive an email soon" in my Apple Developer app under "Enrol" and it says Pending on my Apple Account on web. I don't understand why such as a small task is such a problematic thing for Apple. Need help understanding what's going on.

Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment
Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, November 4th, 2025. The payment has already been charged to my bank account, but my account still shows the status “Pending” with the message “Subscribe your membership”. It’s now been several days, and I haven’t received any confirmation email or any request for additional information. I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated. Thanks in advance for your help and feedback! — Martin

Unable to accept new agreement
Hello, We’re currently unable to release new app updates because a new agreement needs to be accepted in App Store Connect. However, the account owner doesn’t have the option to accept it. In the Business page (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/business), we can see that a new agreement is available, but there’s no link or button to accept it. When the owner opens the agreement itself, there’s also no button or link to accept it inside. Screenshots are attached. Additionally, back in September we updated our bank account information, but the status of the new bank account under the Bank Accounts section on the Business page is still “In Review.” Could this be related to the inability to accept the new agreement? How long does the review process for bank account changes usually take? Thank you in advance for your help!

Apple Developer Enrollment Refuses to Take My Money (Payment Constantly Declined)
I'm trying to enroll in Apple Developer and I continuously getting a "Payment Declined" message despite trying 4 credit cards, a debit card and even my apple card. When I try this through the developer app the "Enroll Now" button is greyed out. It's not a bank issue I've already checked and they don't see any requests coming through. I’ve tried multiple times with no luck. Contacted Apple support and they are extremely slow with the responses with very little help. Does anyone have any thoughts on how to fix this?

Persistent 'Unknown Error' During Developer Program Enrollment from India - Support Unresponsive
Body: I am writing to report an ongoing issue with the Apple Developer Program enrollment process specifically affecting developers in India, along with significant concerns about Apple's support responsiveness in this region. Issue Summary: I have been attempting to enroll in the paid Apple Developer Program ($99/year) using the Apple Developer app on my iPhone for the past 4 days. Every enrollment attempt results in the following errors: "Unknown Error - Please try again" "Invalid Request - Service mapping to the requested URL is not available" My Setup (All Verified Correct): Apple ID Region: India Trusted Phone Number: +91 (India country code, matching my Apple ID region) Two-Factor Authentication: Enabled (genuine 2FA, not two-step verification) 2FA Devices: iPhone, MacBook Pro devices, and trusted phone number all verified Account Information: Legal name, address, date of birth, and email all updated and verified on account.apple.com Device: iPhone 17 Pro running latest iOS Troubleshooting Attempted: I have completed every troubleshooting step suggested by the community and by Apple Support myself: ✅ Verified genuine Two-Factor Authentication is enabled ✅ Confirmed Apple ID region matches trusted phone number region (+91) ✅ Updated all personal information (legal name, address, email) on account.apple.com ✅ Force restarted iPhone multiple times ✅ Uninstalled and reinstalled Apple Developer app ✅ Signed out and signed back in with correct Apple ID ✅ Tested on both WiFi and cellular data ✅ Waited 48+ hours between attempts None of these steps resolved the issue. Support Response Issues: This is where my frustration peaks. I have attempted to contact Apple Support multiple ways: Phone Support: Shows "Phone support is currently unavailable" (though it was available last week) Email Support: Submitted via developer.apple.com/support → No response for 4 days Previous Contact: Had contacted support last week, but the troubleshooting steps provided did not resolve the issue Current Status: No follow-up communication or resolution path from Apple Known Issue in India - Why This Matters: I have researched this extensively and found multiple threads in this forum (dating back months) with developers in India reporting identical errors during enrollment. To date, I have not found a single resolved thread with a working solution. This indicates: This is a documented, recurring issue affecting Indian developers specifically Apple appears to have backend infrastructure issues specific to India Support has not provided a resolution path despite multiple reports The Real Problem: Apple's Developer Program enrollment system appears to have specific bugs or limitations that prevent developers in India from successfully enrolling, yet: Support responsiveness is severely lacking There is no documented workaround or known resolution The support team seems unaware of or unprepared to handle this region-specific issue My Request: Acknowledgement from Apple that this is a known issue affecting India-based developers A concrete resolution path (whether manual backend enablement, account review, or system fix) Expected timeline for resolution: Improved support responsiveness - Developers deserve answers, not silence Additional Context: I am ready to provide screen recordings of the exact error I have all the necessary documentation (identity verification, address proof, etc.) I am willing to complete any additional verification steps I simply need clear communication and a path forward I have been developing for iOS and want to contribute to the Apple ecosystem. However, this enrollment barrier is preventing me from doing so. Apple's support infrastructure for India needs improvement, and this issue needs attention. If any Apple team member is monitoring this forum, please escalate this issue. Indian developers deserve better support and communication.

Unable to Enrol as Company & Now Locked From Publishing Updates
I’m running into a problem with my Apple Developer enrollment and I’m hoping someone here has dealt with something similar. Initially, I attempted to enrol as a company. That turned out to be a mistake because Apple couldn’t retrieve my correct DUNS number, even though it was properly created in Australia. After two weeks without any reply from the email support team, we called Apple Support directly and were advised to enrol as an individual first and later convert the account to a company. At that point, it felt like the only option. Only afterwards did we find out that converting the account will disable it during the process, meaning we lose the ability to publish updates, including critical bug fixes, right at the start of our project. That’s obviously not workable. We’ve called support multiple times, but they can’t see the progress of the case or give us any estimate. Meanwhile, we’ve already provided everything requested: DUNS creation documents Official company registration papers ID verification And now we’re stuck. The app is ready, the next release is pending, and we have no clarity on timelines or what else we can do. Has anyone been through this? Any advice on how to move this forward would be appreciated.

The information you entered did not match your D&B profile. Before submitting your information, check your D&B profile. If you've recently changed your legal entity name, update your D&B profile.
Hi everybody, I am trying to create a developer account, but I am having this problem: The information you entered did not match your D&B profile. Before submitting your information, check your D&B profile. If you've recently changed your legal entity name, update your D&B profile. However, the number and name of my company that I am entering are correct. Does anyone have a solution? Thank you in advance.

Urgent: Org Enrollment Escalated to Higher Review (Docs Submitted 11/27) – Delaying Launch for 4K+ Waitlisted Users
Hi Apple Developer Community and Support Team, I'm reaching out for advice and potential escalation on a stalled organization enrollment that's blocking our app launch. Here's a quick timeline: Initial enrollment hit issues with D-U-N-S verification (now resolved) and email code delivery, leading to multiple failed attempts and temporary blocks. After unblocking via support, we resubmitted and were directed to higher department review. Submitted all required docs (company formation, passport/ID, etc.) on Wednesday, November 26, 2025. No updates since—it's now Day 6 with zero communication on ETA. This is critically urgent for our business: We have ~4,000 users pre-registered and waiting to download our personal development app (focused on habit-building and goal tracking). Projections show another 10,000 sign-ups in the next two weeks alone, pushing us to 15,000+ if resolved soon. These folks are already investing—our physical planners (promoting the app) are selling via Amazon and our website, http://www.freedommastery.com selling Life planners) and they're expecting seamless iOS access on launch day. Every day of delay risks churn, lost revenue, and momentum in a competitive space. I've followed up via phone/email multiple times, but frontline support can't provide timelines or status. Enrollment ID: [Redact or insert your anonymized ID here for tracking]. Has anyone navigated a similar higher-review holdup? Tips for bumping priority (e.g., additional proof of urgency like waitlist data)? Any rough ETAs from recent org approvals? Grateful for any insights—Apple's ecosystem is key to our growth, and we'd love to get these users onboard ASAP. Thanks in advance!

It takes a long time to create a developer account as a company.
We registered as a developer company (NGO) more than 50 days ago and it's still under review. We've already sent the documents, we've confirmed by phone, and every time we contact them we receive no information. They just tell us it's under review and there's no deadline for when this review will be completed. On the same day we registered with Apple, we registered with Google and our app has been published on Google for more than 30 days. We have no support or answers. Could someone help us to at least know a deadline for this review?

3.2(f) termination after an update focused on balance, stability, and a small read-only News panel — looking for guidance
Context After our latest update we received a termination notice referencing 3.2(f) (feature/concept switching after review). The update itself included performance/stability improvements, bug fixes, numeric balance tuning, and a small user-initiated News panel (globe icon in the main menu) that displays a single static announcement image and can be closed at any time. There are no links, no navigation, no login/UGC/ads, and no executable content in that panel. We do not collect personal data (no IDFA/ATT). What we’ve done so far Restricted any post-release changes to numeric balance values only. The News panel remains strictly informational (one static image from our own domain with offline fallback). Prepared a short screen recording and code excerpts that demonstrate these constraints. Questions for the community Has anyone faced a 3.2(f) action in a similar scenario (read-only announcement panel)? What clarifications or evidence helped your appeal? Which additional safeguards (domain allow-list, redirect blocking, formal release checklists, etc.) proved most convincing to App Review? Is it helpful to provide a short video (tap globe → panel shows a single image → close) along with code snippets confirming there’s no navigation or executable content? References / Illustrations Main menu and News button: /mnt/data/62591a87-a516-499a-a743-86ace7e9e3a4.png Store creative preview: /mnt/data/337413b0-e5db-466c-bd04-28efa7fb6b52.png News panel mock (single image): /mnt/data/A_screenshot_of_a_mobile_game's_update_news_screen.png Any practical advice or precedents would be greatly appreciated. Communication problems with Apple
Hello, About 7-8 months ago, I received an e-mail stating that my apple developer account would be deleted after 30 days, and my account was deleted after 30 days. I tried to contact many times, I got hopeful each time, but the Apple team never gave a full explanation. They always responded saying they would be interested, but it never came to fruition. In fact, I was most excited when I received the following e-mail: Hello Oğuzcan, My name is Joel, and I’m a senior Advisor with Developer Support. Your case has been given to me for further handling, and I’m happy to follow up with you today. I understand that you have initiated a conversation in our developer forums. Please, provide us more information and show us the email that you received, so we will assist your better. Please, reply to the received email for obtaining more information as the appropriate team will be able to assist you better. Please, reply to this email if you have further questions. Have a great day. Best Regards, Joel Developer Support I was very hopeful when I read that he was a Senior Advisor. This e-mail came on July 28, 18:17, today is December 8, 2025. I'm giving up hope now, my account won't be opened again. My members ask why there are no iOS versions of my applications, this is very difficult for me. Does anyone have any recommendations? I filled out forms and created requests many times.

Developer Program enrollment still pending after payment
Hi everyone, I subscribed to the Apple Developer Program on Tuesday evening, November 4th, 2025. I already contacted Apple Support by email, but I’d like to know if other developers have experienced the same situation and how long it took before their account was activated.
