Build stuck in "Processing" status for hours
Hi everyone, I uploaded two builds to App Store Connect today, but they have been stuck in "Processing" status for 10 hours now: Build 1.0 (10): Uploaded at Jan 14, 2026 5:03 AM - still Processing Build 1.0 (9): Uploaded at Jan 14, 2026 4:23 AM(UTC+8) - still Processing Usually my builds complete processing within 10-30 minutes. Is there a known issue with build processing today, or is there something I should check on my end? Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

Unusually long “Waiting for Review” times this week (App Store + TestFlight delays?)
Hi everyone, I’m currently experiencing unusually long review waiting times and wanted to ask if others see the same behavior this week. My situation: • App Store update has been in “Waiting for Review” significantly longer than usual • A newly submitted build also seems stuck • TestFlight processing is slower than I normally see • Expedited review request and contact attempts didn’t change the status so far What confuses me is that I still see other apps receiving updates, so I’m unsure whether this is a broader review delay or something submission-specific. I’m not trying to escalate anything — just looking to understand if this is currently affecting more developers. Would really appreciate hearing about your recent experiences. "Unable to Add for Review" DAC7 Error, can no longer submit App Updates
Hello everyone, Since roughly 12 hours i can no longer submit updated to my Apps, i always get a "Unable to Add for Review" with "To submit new apps or avoid potential payment blocks, add compliance information for Directive on Administrative Cooperation–7th Amendment (DAC7).". I of course already a few weeks ago went to the Business sections and selected "No" as it does not apply to us. I tried a lot but cannot make submissions work. I also contacted the Apple support but got no Feedback yet, does anyone have the same issue? What i tried: Switching DAC7 from No to Yes and then back to No again Private Browsing (Cache reset) Checked all other Agreementes, all is fine and "active" I fail to see any issue and assume it is an Apple central issue as they 1st of April rolled out the new DAC7 compliance check. "Testflight is currently unavailable" message for all users
Starting today, we have been seeing this error message. This is a blocker for my team and any help is appreciated Things I've investigated: Testflight Apple status page is green Our signing certificate is valid/ unexpired Provisioning profile is valid/ unexpired There are no pending Apple account agreements Doesn't seem to matter if user also is a member of my company's Apple Business Manager developer team Cellular data is turned off Date/ time is correct User was unable to install app using a personal gmail account and unregistered device User was able to use Testflight to install a third-party app outside of our corporate account Uninstalling/ reinstalling Testflight didn't help

Testflight Beta Information Validation Wrong
Hello, I want to add an external test, but I encountered an error when creating the test information. The error message shows that the phone field needs to be filled with only numbers. The following is the error screen This page has one or more errors. Please make sure the contact phone number contains only numbers and try again. Cannot save name because there are other invalid fields. Cannot save last name because there are other invalid fields. Could not save email because there are other invalid fields. Has anyone else encountered the same situation? Thanks.

422 error when submit TestFlight Beta Review
When I submit the app to TestFlight beta review I get the error show on UI. (I filled all filed info in Beta Infomation) There was an error processing your request. Please try again later I was inspected Safari to see the detailed error and I got the below error. TESTFLIGHT: The requested app is not available or doesn t exist
Hello, I created an app using the latest version of Xcode (16.2), and I'm having a problem testing this app on my iPhones. I created this app just like all the others I've made for my clients, including one on (03/24/25), but when I went to upload another App to App Store Connect on (03/26/25) I couldn't test it on my phone. Points to consider: The app runs perfectly on the Emulator. All my terms and agreements with Apple are up to date. I tried to download the apps through Testflight on 2 different devices, iPhone 7 Plus (iOS 15.8.1) and iPhone 15 Pro Max (iOS 18.3.2), and I was unsuccessful in neither attempt. I can send my app to the internal testers, but when I click download, the following message appears: Could not install [APP NAME]. The requested App is not available or doesn't exist. I imagine this problem is with Apple itself, I have already contacted support, but I need to resolve this urgently for my customers. Has anyone experienced this and resolved it?

Urgent: new build for TestFlight could not install

Testflight issue: "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist"
We submitted a build to testflight and received a confirmation email it was successfully uploaded. When we open testflight on our iPhone's (X, 6s) we get a message of "Could not install appname" "The requested app is not available or does not exist" Where appname is the name of the app. Its very confusing because I can see the build listed in testflight on my mobile device and can view it in iTunes connect. I also can't install prior builds that had worked successfully when I try.

Cannot remove App Privacy after removing AdMob and tracking
I wanted to remove AdMob from my iOS app, so I remove all traces of AdMob, and make sure that info.plist does not have NSUserTrackingUsageDescription, no external framework used, and no traces of NSUserTrackingUsageDescription in my codes (global search in Xcode not found). However, previous version has setup App Privacy in AppStore Connect. Uploading a new build I can remove all entries in App Privacy except for one (?): Data Types - 1 data type collected from this app: Product Interaction And I cannot remove this one: when selecting not collecting info, I got this error message: Your app contains NSUserTrackingUsageDescription, indicating that you will request permission to track users. You must indicate which data types are tracking users. If this is incorrect, update your app binary and upload a new build to App Store Connect. What shall I do? And what is this Product Interaction tracking? (The rest can all be reset to not tracking except this one.)

Enrolled in Small Business Program - Still takes ~30% cut.
As the title says, I am enrolled in the small business program but Apple still takes about 30% of my sales. Most of my sales are from Swedish customers, not sure if this matters. For instance I have an app with sales of: $109 After apples cut I am left with: $74 74/109 = 0.68. Why is this? I have non consumable IAP in my app.

App crashes on launch for iOS 12 users after App Store release (Xcode 16.4) — BKSProcessErrorDomain bootstrap-failed
Hi everyone, I'm building an app in Xcode 16.4 with a minimum deployment target of iOS 12. The last time I built with this configuration was November 2025 — that build worked perfectly fine. I'm aware that builds from Xcode 16.4 will no longer be accepted by Apple after April 28, 2026, so I decided to push one final update before that deadline. Here's what I did: Built the app with no changes to build settings Uploaded to TestFlight Tested on iOS 12, iOS 26, and a few other versions — everything looked good Passed App Review Published to the App Store Now users on iOS 12 are reporting that the app crashes immediately on launch. Users on iOS 13-26 are unaffected. We've effectively lost a significant portion of our users overnight. We'd really like to restore functionality for them before April 28 — after that we plan to raise the minimum deployment target anyway. There are no crash logs available, as the app appears to never reach application code at all. Failed to verify your identity. Try Again - Error on AppStore Connect / Developer / SearchAds
This error appeared yesterday out of the blue. I'd been on appstoreconnect.apple.com working on an app update and later in the day when I tried to log in again I immediately get the error, "Failed to verify your identity. Try Again". No verification code is sent and it's not a password issue, as that's a different error. I'm able to log in to iOS devices and Apple's apps, like the App Store Connect App. I was even able to log in to the Apple Support App and change my password, but I still couldn't access any Apple websites. If I try to log in to icloud.com, searchads, appstoreconnect.apple.com, developer.apple.com, or appleid.apple.com I immediately get the same error and no 2FA code is sent. I've seen online that others have had this issue and some resolved it by appending a verification code to the end of their password, but that hasn't worked for me. (Even though Apple's sites fail to send the 2FA I was able to get a code by going into iOS Settings->iCloud->Passwords & Security->Send Code). Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it? I've seen online that people have periodically experienced this issue for years, but I've seen no solution other than the code-appending trick. Apple Developer Support and regular Apple Support haven't been able to help so far (they also told me to try appending a 2FA code to my password). I had to create another Apple ID just to be able to get back into this forum and also the Contact Support page. But now that I have a support case the only way I can communicate with the rep is by logging in with the ID that actually has the login issue. The issue may be rare, but it's been around for several years and Apple has set up its support systems in a way that makes it extremely difficult to get support in these circumstances. In fact, regular Apple Support has no ability to even transfer a call to Developer support. If anyone can help me with this I'll buy you a beer--heck, several beers. Thanks

Cant Create/Update App Clips
Hey there, We've been using App Store Connect API to manage (create/update) Advanced App Clip Experiences via App Store Connect API. Everything has worked fine, we've been able to successfully manage hundreds of app clips but all of a sudden starting on December 15th the API started returning the following error: "id" => "1e15b36b-5347-4af0-9bab-7f6626ffec65" "status" => "409" "code" => "ENTITY_ERROR.INCLUDED.INVALID_ID" "title" => "The provided entity id is invalid" "detail" => "The provided included entity id 'EN' has invalid format" "source" => array:1 [▼ "pointer" => "/included/0/id" ] It does seem to be an API bug considering it has always worked fine and we didn't change anything on our side, the /included/0/id value has always been EN and never changed. Moreover, EN still seems to be a valid value according to the API docs and there are no changes reported of that field in the API release notes. Here's the request ID: 1e15b36b-5347-4af0-9bab-7f6626ffec65 I've tried using different values through trial and error (en, EN, EN-US, ...) and none of them worked.

In-App Purchase Products Not Fetching via Unity IAP in TestFlight Builds
We are experiencing an issue with our iOS TestFlight builds where in-app purchase (IAP) products are not being retrieved as expected. We are using Unity IAP to handle our purchases, and despite having all the products correctly configured and approved in App Store Connect, we consistently receive errors such as: UnityIAP: Received 0 products Unavailable product [product_id] We have thoroughly verified that: The product identifiers are correctly configured in App Store Connect. The bundle ID mappings are correctly set on both Unity and our backend. The same setup works on the live App Store build, where purchases are fetched and validated correctly for the same set of In App products. Sandbox test accounts are being used during TestFlight testing. This issue only started appearing recently and affects the TestFlight builds only. Note: My App ID and Product ID are correct, the IAP is live on the App Store, and the product is recognized in sandbox. Looking forward to your support on this matter.

Cannot remove App Privacy after removing AdMob and tracking
I wanted to remove AdMob from my iOS app, so I remove all traces of AdMob, and make sure that info.plist does not have NSUserTrackingUsageDescription, no external framework used, and no traces of NSUserTrackingUsageDescription in my codes (global search in Xcode not found). However, previous version has setup App Privacy in AppStore Connect. Uploading a new build I can remove all entries in App Privacy except for one (?): Data Types - 1 data type collected from this app: Product Interaction And I cannot remove this one: when selecting not collecting info, I got this error message: Your app contains NSUserTrackingUsageDescription, indicating that you will request permission to track users. You must indicate which data types are tracking users. If this is incorrect, update your app binary and upload a new build to App Store Connect. What shall I do? And what is this Product Interaction tracking? (The rest can all be reset to not tracking except this one.)

Enrolled in Small Business Program - Still takes ~30% cut.
As the title says, I am enrolled in the small business program but Apple still takes about 30% of my sales. Most of my sales are from Swedish customers, not sure if this matters. For instance I have an app with sales of: $109 After apples cut I am left with: $74 74/109 = 0.68. Why is this? I have non consumable IAP in my app.

App crashes on launch for iOS 12 users after App Store release (Xcode 16.4) — BKSProcessErrorDomain bootstrap-failed
Hi everyone, I'm building an app in Xcode 16.4 with a minimum deployment target of iOS 12. The last time I built with this configuration was November 2025 — that build worked perfectly fine. I'm aware that builds from Xcode 16.4 will no longer be accepted by Apple after April 28, 2026, so I decided to push one final update before that deadline. Here's what I did: Built the app with no changes to build settings Uploaded to TestFlight Tested on iOS 12, iOS 26, and a few other versions — everything looked good Passed App Review Published to the App Store Now users on iOS 12 are reporting that the app crashes immediately on launch. Users on iOS 13-26 are unaffected. We've effectively lost a significant portion of our users overnight. We'd really like to restore functionality for them before April 28 — after that we plan to raise the minimum deployment target anyway. There are no crash logs available, as the app appears to never reach application code at all. Failed to verify your identity. Try Again - Error on AppStore Connect / Developer / SearchAds
This error appeared yesterday out of the blue. I'd been on appstoreconnect.apple.com working on an app update and later in the day when I tried to log in again I immediately get the error, "Failed to verify your identity. Try Again". No verification code is sent and it's not a password issue, as that's a different error. I'm able to log in to iOS devices and Apple's apps, like the App Store Connect App. I was even able to log in to the Apple Support App and change my password, but I still couldn't access any Apple websites. If I try to log in to icloud.com, searchads, appstoreconnect.apple.com, developer.apple.com, or appleid.apple.com I immediately get the same error and no 2FA code is sent. I've seen online that others have had this issue and some resolved it by appending a verification code to the end of their password, but that hasn't worked for me. (Even though Apple's sites fail to send the 2FA I was able to get a code by going into iOS Settings->iCloud->Passwords & Security->Send Code). Has anyone had this issue and been able to resolve it? I've seen online that people have periodically experienced this issue for years, but I've seen no solution other than the code-appending trick. Apple Developer Support and regular Apple Support haven't been able to help so far (they also told me to try appending a 2FA code to my password). I had to create another Apple ID just to be able to get back into this forum and also the Contact Support page. But now that I have a support case the only way I can communicate with the rep is by logging in with the ID that actually has the login issue. The issue may be rare, but it's been around for several years and Apple has set up its support systems in a way that makes it extremely difficult to get support in these circumstances. In fact, regular Apple Support has no ability to even transfer a call to Developer support. If anyone can help me with this I'll buy you a beer--heck, several beers. Thanks

Upload new binary for In-App Purchase(s) review?
Hello,I got the following message the second time. I dont know what to do.My app is reviewed and live, but my in app purchases are rejected. I read the message and was wondering about that. This did not happend with my non subscription iaps. I submitted a new "fake" binary with new version and in app purchases again.My app is reviewed and live with new version. My purchases not. I got this message again.We have begun the review of your In-App Purchase(s) but aren't able to continue because your submitted In-App Purchase(s) indicate a change of business model for your app. Therefore, we need to verify the implementation of your submitted In-App Purchase(s) in the app to ensure your app, and its In-App Purchase(s), are in compliance with the App Store Review Guidelines.Specifically, you have submitted auto-renewing subscriptions for review.Please upload a new binary for review and resubmit your In-App Purchase(s) with the binary so that we can continue the review.What to do?

Cant Create/Update App Clips
Hey there, We've been using App Store Connect API to manage (create/update) Advanced App Clip Experiences via App Store Connect API. Everything has worked fine, we've been able to successfully manage hundreds of app clips but all of a sudden starting on December 15th the API started returning the following error: "id" => "1e15b36b-5347-4af0-9bab-7f6626ffec65" "status" => "409" "code" => "ENTITY_ERROR.INCLUDED.INVALID_ID" "title" => "The provided entity id is invalid" "detail" => "The provided included entity id 'EN' has invalid format" "source" => array:1 [▼ "pointer" => "/included/0/id" ] It does seem to be an API bug considering it has always worked fine and we didn't change anything on our side, the /included/0/id value has always been EN and never changed. Moreover, EN still seems to be a valid value according to the API docs and there are no changes reported of that field in the API release notes. Here's the request ID: 1e15b36b-5347-4af0-9bab-7f6626ffec65 I've tried using different values through trial and error (en, EN, EN-US, ...) and none of them worked.

In-App Purchase Products Not Fetching via Unity IAP in TestFlight Builds
We are experiencing an issue with our iOS TestFlight builds where in-app purchase (IAP) products are not being retrieved as expected. We are using Unity IAP to handle our purchases, and despite having all the products correctly configured and approved in App Store Connect, we consistently receive errors such as: UnityIAP: Received 0 products Unavailable product [product_id] We have thoroughly verified that: The product identifiers are correctly configured in App Store Connect. The bundle ID mappings are correctly set on both Unity and our backend. The same setup works on the live App Store build, where purchases are fetched and validated correctly for the same set of In App products. Sandbox test accounts are being used during TestFlight testing. This issue only started appearing recently and affects the TestFlight builds only. Note: My App ID and Product ID are correct, the IAP is live on the App Store, and the product is recognized in sandbox. Looking forward to your support on this matter.
