I'm trying to invite an Apple ID as a search ads api user, however when I try to accept the invitation from the invited Apple ID, I get the error "Unable to create Search Ads Basic account". When I try to login directly to search ads using that account, I get the message "We're sorry. This Apple ID is no longer authorized for Apple Search Ads." I've also tried this with a separate Apple ID account, and the same problems happened. Do I need to create a brand new Apple ID for this to work?

I am the account holder. I didn't renewal my membership since May. 2023. So my orginization is not using the apple developer membership anymore. I'm gonna be resigned so I have to transfer account holder to another co-worker. When Im trying to transfer account holder through Update your information+, it says" Update your information. Since your membership information is associated with contracts between you and Apple, any changes to this information will need to be reviewed and verified. Then, I cannot do anything with this step.. I just wanna transfer account holder but there is no way. How to do this? If I'm trying to ask for support, I cannnot even select this organization.

I have been unable to get ANY Apple Developer support today. The phone number I had connected to my business Apple Developer account is changed and it seems the only way that the Apple website can authenticate is by THAT number and does not even offer email as an alternative solution to login and change my phone number.
