Dear Apple Support,
I'm experiencing an unusual issue with the developer name displayed for my app on the App Store. Here are the details:
App Submission: The app was created and uploaded using our team's Apple Developer account (Team Name).
App Store Display: However, the developer name shown on the App Store is my personal name, not our team/company name.
Account Access: In App Store Connect, I have Admin access to the team account. I can see and manage the app, but I cannot find where to change the displayed developer name.
Expected Behavior: The App Store should display our team/company name (Team Name) as the developer, not my personal name.
Attempted Solutions: I've reviewed the app's information in App Store Connect, checked our account settings, and verified the build settings in Xcode. I cannot find the source of this discrepancy.
Additional Information:
I'm seeking assistance to:
Understand why my personal name is being displayed instead of our team name.
Learn how to correct this so that our team/company name appears as the developer on the App Store.
Ensure this doesn't happen with future app submissions.
Thank you for your help in resolving this issue.

Hey everyone, I've been a longtime Apple customer, and recently, I started working on developing my own app.
I made great progress and was excited to sign up for the Apple Developer Program—only to be shocked when I discovered that Apple had banned me for no apparent reason.
Now, I’m unable to launch my own app for absolutely no reason...
Has anyone else experienced this before? Feels like all my dreams just got crushed.
Hello Apple Developer Community,
I'm hoping someone can offer advice on a frustrating situation with my company's Developer Program enrollment process.
My timeline:
Initial application: October 2024
Initial follow-up: October 2024
Requested document submission: February 2025
Multiple follow-up emails: February-March 2025
Current status: No response for months
I've been trying to enroll my small startup (LLC) in the Apple Developer Program since October 2024. After initially being asked for documentation, I uploaded everything possible (including company formation documents).
Despite multiple follow-up emails over several months, I've received no updates on my application status or confirmation that my documents were even received.
My case number is 102426005487 (sharing in case Apple Support monitors these forums) but as I've followed up several times, there may be more different case numbers.
Has anyone experienced similar delays or have suggestions on how to get actual human attention on this issue? I've tried emailing to devprograms multiple times without success.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

I am signed into Xcode for automatic signing. Which works for a random amount of builds and then the Account/AppleID dissappears from Xcode. This is a vital part of our CI/CD processes and disrupts the workflow alot.
MacOS version:
Apple M2
15.3 (24D60) Sequoia

When I open developer.apple.com I do not see my other teams on the top right dropdown. After logging in, it directly takes me to one of my teams which is Nautilus and It does not allow me to change to other teams.
Hi everyone,
I am experiencing an issue where I am unable to sign in to my Apple ID within Xcode. Even after updating my password and ensuring that all my credentials are correct, I continue to receive an "Incorrect username or password" error. However, I can successfully log in to Apple Developer Portal, iCloud, and Apple ID settings using the same credentials.
Steps I've Taken to Resolve the Issue:
Updated Software
I have updated macOS Sequoia and Xcode to the latest versions.
I have also verified that my Apple Developer certificates are up to date.
Tried Resetting Authentication in macOS
I removed all related entries for Xcode, Apple ID, and Developer from Keychain Access.
Logged out of my Apple ID from System Settings and restarted my Mac.
Logged back in and retried signing in to Xcode.
Checked Authentication & Security Settings
I verified that two-factor authentication (2FA) is enabled.
Tried appending the verification code directly to the password when logging into Xcode.
Checked Xcode Developer Directory
Ran sudo xcode-select --switch /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer
Verified using xcode-select -p, which correctly pointed to the Xcode Developer directory.
Tried Resetting Developer Tools
Removed and reinstalled Command Line Tools (xcode-select --install).
Accepted the Xcode license agreement (sudo xcodebuild -license).
Reinstalled Xcode
Completely uninstalled Xcode using sudo rm -rf /Applications/Xcode.app and reinstalled it from the Mac App Store.
Problem Summary:
Xcode does not recognize my Apple ID credentials, despite them being correct.
I can successfully log in to Apple’s web services, but not to Xcode.
I have already attempted multiple fixes, including resetting keychain entries, reinstalling Xcode, and verifying system configurations.
I would appreciate your guidance on resolving this issue, as I need access to my Apple Developer account within Xcode to continue working on my app.
Thank you for your support.

I signed up for the dev account three days ago. I’ve sent multiple emails and requested a phone call multiple times and no one has responded to me.
operation couldn't be completed. (CoreMediaErrorDomain error -42709.)
this error shows after update
He has been coming here for the last 10 days. Please!
please correct it as soon as possible
I have already paid to join the Apple Developer Program, and now I want to cancel the plan.
I don’t even want a refund; I just want to revert my account to a regular developer status.
Is this possible?
I have enrolled for being a developer 5 days ago. I am still seeing 'complete your purchase' in the main page. However, I did pay and got an email from apple with an order number. I wrote to Support and no news for 2 days.
What should I do to get through?

Having issues updating app and publishing online, due to paid apps agreement. The app is free for distribution not a paid app, hence it is price at 0$.
Can't access the agreement as well to verify and account is showing error messages when action is done.
Also getting a membership expired message, and account membership is renewed till 2026.
Hi, i recently purchase a developer account on apple 4 days ago and i haven't got any reply back from then and i'm confused i already made a purchase yet in my account they're still requiring me to pay again?
I am facing a problem. I have enrolled developer program on 7th may, 25. It says will take 2 days but I haven't received any confirmation.
Again I submitted information on 11th February, 25 but still haven't received any email about confirmation or rejection.
I tried to contact apple support. They created ticket for me. But haven't received any further information from them.
It seems like I am a ghost and apple is not seeing me.
Can anyone tell me what is the problem.
Thank you

Dear Apple Support Team,
I am Tianwei Yue. I received your email this morning regarding the immediate termination of our Apple Developer Program License Agreement and Apple Developer Agreement, citing alleged fraudulent behavior and violations of certain terms. We are both surprised and deeply anxious about this decision.
Firstly, the email mentioned that if we wish to file an official complaint under the applicable Platform Regulation, we could contact you via “Contact Us”. However, when I logged in with my account and clicked the “Contact Us” link, the system responded with “You’re not eligible to make this request.” We would appreciate guidance on how to properly submit an official complaint or if there is an alternative way to reach out for assistance.
Secondly, I would like to emphasize that the “mathos ai” application operated under this account currently has over 3 million active users. Our application has consistently maintained a high user rating of 4.6 and a record of excellent service. The immediate deletion of our account has rendered the service inaccessible to a large number of customers who use Apple products, severely impacting their experience. We believe that this decision does not align with the shared values of customer care that both Apple and we have always upheld. We have always been proactive in handling user accounts, refunds, and payment issues, and we continuously strive to provide high-quality service to our users. Consequently, we are puzzled by the reason for the account suspension and believe that there might be some misunderstanding or miscommunication. We sincerely hope to connect with the relevant Apple personnel to understand the issue in detail and provide any necessary additional information to resolve any concerns and restore our service.
Thank you very much for taking the time to read our email. We look forward to your prompt response so that we can resolve this issue and jointly safeguard the interests of our valued customers.
Sincerely,
Tianwei Yue

Good afternoon. I have a problem with the fact that they deducted $99 from me on February 13, 2025, but they never gave me a developer ID. I assume that the problem arose due to the fact that during the first attempts to write off, there was a limit on the card for online purchases. But then I removed this limit, and the payment went through. Please help me as I have been trying to register for a long time. Thank you
Dear Apple,
I am writing to respectfully request a reconsideration of the termination of my Apple Developer account. I fully understand and accept the previous decision, and I would like to provide some background information to help you understand my situation.
My account was terminated in 2018 due to the sale of an app to another party. This action unintentionally linked my account to activities that violated Apple’s guidelines. I acknowledge that this violated the Apple Developer Program License Agreement, and I deeply regret this mistake. At the time, I only intended to generate some additional income and did not fully understand the consequences of my actions.
Since then, I have spent considerable time understanding Apple’s guidelines and policies. I now realize how important these rules are to maintain the integrity and safety of the App Store and its users. I assure you that such oversights will not happen again. I have learned from this experience and am fully committed to adhering to Apple’s guidelines moving forward.
I am passionate about being a part of the Apple Developer community and contributing positively. I kindly request that you consider reinstating my developer account. I understand the seriousness of my past mistake and promise to uphold the highest standards of conduct in the future.
Since joining the Apple Developer Program in February 2016, I have always been hopeful of creating high-quality products and providing users with great experiences. After selling the app in December 2018, I realized that I should have trusted in my creations and focused on building something valuable, rather than seeking short-term gain, which led to this unfortunate outcome.
If there are any additional steps I need to take or further information I can provide to assist in the review of my case, please let me know.
Thank you for considering my request. I look forward to the possibility of contributing to the Apple Developer community once again.
Sincerely,
Wang Chaojie
