My company has recently finalized a contract with another company that had 2FA enabled for one of our email accounts associated with our PlayStore developer account. Regrettably, we have lost contact with this company and now require the modification of the 2FA currently registered on their phone.
How do I get in contact directly with a person from apples support?
I have been unable to get ANY Apple Developer support today. The phone number I had connected to my business Apple Developer account is changed and it seems the only way that the Apple website can authenticate is by THAT number and does not even offer email as an alternative solution to login and change my phone number. Nobody at Apple Support can connect me to a single Apple Developer contact and NOBODY seems capable of solving this problem. Why pay for this developer platform if there isn't any support?

How long does it take to make a switch from Apple individual to organization membership? I initiated the process a 2 weeks ago, and I am get to receive another notification from Apple. Keeps showing We’re processing your membership migration from an individual to an organization. And I am unable to submit an application that requires Organization account.
I'm trying to enroll for the developer program and have signed into the developer page at https://developer.apple.com/account.
However:
When I try to proceed to enroll into the developer account via the button on the top of that page, I get sent back to the same page https://developer.apple.com/account.
When I contact support, I get sent back exactly to that same page, https://developer.apple.com/account.

I am the account holder.
I didn't renewal my membership since May. 2023. So my orginization is not using the apple developer membership anymore.
I'm gonna be resigned so I have to transfer account holder to another co-worker.
When Im trying to transfer account holder through Update your information+, it says"
Update your information.
Since your membership information is associated with contracts between you and Apple, any changes to this information will need to be reviewed and verified.
Then, I cannot do anything with this step..
I just wanna transfer account holder but there is no way.
How to do this?

I'm trying to invite an Apple ID as a search ads api user, however when I try to accept the invitation from the invited Apple ID, I get the error "Unable to create Search Ads Basic account".
When I try to login directly to search ads using that account, I get the message "We're sorry. This Apple ID is no longer authorized for Apple Search Ads."
I've also tried this with a separate Apple ID account, and the same problems happened.

Is there something I'm missing? Do I need to create a brand new Apple ID for this to work?
Like all other companies, why isn't there a discord channel where people can talk and help each other?
Btw, I'm switching from individual account to an org account, does this impact how to configure the app submission or publishing? or should I wait till it is finalized?

If you enter the PIN code incorrectly, you will be redirected to the PIN code entry screen.
You can log in using a device equipped with a USB-A terminal.
Even a factory reset did not improve it.

I opened my account as a personal account. Then I decided to switch to the company account without publishing anything. I sent all the application documents. He also stated that he wanted to talk by phone. However, the problem is that we do not support your language during the meeting, so you inform yourself to hire a translator. Ok I did this too! While my translator is talking to Apple customer service, he says we need to talk to the account owner again, okay but he doesn't know my language to talk to me, and he wants to talk to me? My app is rejected because I am adding gender and birthday in register while we need this data in our ticketing management app to confirm:
The age is legal for the certain event
And gender for our statistics to know the ration for males and females
I am getting:
The account that submits the app must be enrolled in the Apple Developer Program as an organization, and not as an individual.
While we are a very small startup in Egypt consist of 2 team members and we are just launching the app to test the market.
We have company papers and everything is registered in Egypt but do we still need to change our account to Organizational? And how? And what will happen to the 99$ payment we already paid?

I'm trying to sync Gmail with the Apple Mail client and setup a Smart Mailbox of important emails that are unread.
The Gmail emails sync correctly, in various folders as on Gmail. However, when I try to create a smart mailbox, they don't filter in and when you go to edit that smart mailbox, the filters reset. See images below:

Image 3: The Gmail mails are syncing and filtering correctly, as on Gmail.
The smart mailbox works for iCloud accounts though and Apple support wasn't helpful. They said it's Google's problem (even though that doesn't make sense) and even refused to create a ticket for further investigation.
Google says that since the emails are syncing and filtering, the problem isn't at their end, it is with the way the Apple Mail client works (and that makes sense).
Can anyone please help me with a fix here?

How can I get hold of someone at apple to assit?
I mean emails are great but response time will take more time than sending someone to live on Mars.

I try to setup banking information and IBAN info for a Polish bank (Alior), but always get this error back, dont know what part I am doing wrong:
The bank identification code you selected does not match the corresponding part of your IBAN.

Our company has 2 developer accounts, an old one and a new one that we are transitioning to. Until today when logged into the Developer website I could select which account I wanted to look at but now I only see the new one. The same is for Xcode, when I add my account it used to give me both the old and new and now it only gives me the new. If I log into Appstore Connect I can see both accounts as expected.
The unfortunate part is I need to compile the App using the old account and cannot.
Any help is appreciated.
I have been building an app and am ready to pay & enroll so i can use TestFlight and get ready to release.
I went through the enrollment in the Developer App and got an error after submitting my ID, so I submitted an email in a form as requested.
A few days later, I got an email message saying I've already verified my identity in the Developer app using another Apple ID.
I replied asking if I can get any more information - what is the other apple ID, and is it possible to de-register.
I got a response stating "For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time."
And that I "can still take advantage of great content using your Apple ID in Xcode to develop and test apps on your own device"
But, I'm at the point where I have a working app.
I only have one identity I can't go out and get a new one. I'd just like it verified on my Apple ID.
Hoping I can get faster resolution or more information with a forum post. My case # is. 102087575042.
