Your enrollment could not be completed
Hey everyone, I having this error when I try to enroll. "Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time." I tried to contact Apple Support by phone and I received the information: "We can't identify/verify you, then I can't help" End of conversation... My account is maybe 10 years old, I pay monthly for Apple services, and they can't identify me? Someone could help me? I've been an Apple developer for 7 years, but I've always used a business account. What should I do? Thanks a lot!!!!

"Bad URL" when signing in to XCode
The other day the XCode account had some error that I so that I decided to log out and in again. But when trying to log in to my apple account I get this "Bad URL" with the description "Try signing in again or contact Apple Developer Support to resolve account access". This only happens on the XCode on my work computer. I can log in to XCode on other computers with the same account. This happens only on this computer and with any account that I try to log in to. Obviously there is some cache file somewhere that I need to delete. But I am not finding it.

App Removed from App Store without Warning or Reason
Apple removed our app from the App Store today stating we need to renew our Apple Developer membership. I have written confirmation that Apple ran our card in late November and we haven't received another follow up stating it was still due or that our account / app was going to expire and/or was up for removal. There also seems to be an odd bug with the Apple Developer Program as I am an Account Holder on this app and a user on our other app (in the CA App Store). When I try navigating to the Membership Details screen it brings me to the CA app which another member of our team is Account Holder of. There's simply no way to get to the Membership Details screen for the app that's been removed and we only noticed this a few days ago. Again, Apple has given us zero warning that our app was up for removal nor that we still owe for our annual membership renewal fee. . .because we paid it back in November of 2025 and have the receipt from Apple confirming as much. Does anyone have any suggestions or perhaps a link I might be able to try to get me to the screen to attempt to pay the renewal fee (again) so we can get the app back in the App Store?

Organization enrollment blocked at identity/address step (“Contact Us to Continue”) after prior decline and corrected notary document
Current issue (happening now) I get blocked immediately after entering my identity details and address. Apple Developer app (iPhone) I start the enrollment flow. After identity verification, I enter my address (Street Address, City/Town, State/Province, Postal/Zip, Phone). As soon as I tap Continue, I get: Contact Us to Continue There may be an issue with your account that needs to be resolved before you can continue. Please contact support. I cannot proceed past this point. Web enrollment (developer.apple.com) When I try on the web, I get: Your enrollment could not be completed. Your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed at this time. This happens right after providing identity + address (before I can proceed further). Previous timeline (related background) ~3 months ago I incorporated my company in Türkiye (Ltd. Şti.) and tried to enroll as an organization. What happened First attempt on the web: enrollment was approved, but I couldn’t complete payment. Support told me to reset and try via the Developer app. Developer app enrollment then requested identity + “association with the enrolling entity” and company documents: Government-issued photo ID Employment/association verification Commercial registry extract (signed/stamped) Articles of association Tax office + tax number document Signatory circular I uploaded the requested documents. Apple replied that Turkish documents were unsupported and asked for “solicitor-certified English translations.” I uploaded English translations that were sworn-translator stamped. Why the translations were not notarized In Türkiye, due to the current economic situation, notarizing multiple translated corporate documents can cost hundreds of USD. Because of that, I initially provided sworn-translator certified (stamped) English translations rather than notarized translations. The translation office I worked with told me they regularly prepare company document translations for Apple Developer Program enrollments and that translator-certified translations are usually sufficient. My plan was to get everything notarized immediately if Apple explicitly requested notarization again or clarified that notarization was mandatory. About a week later, I received: Your enrollment request for your company has been declined. I followed up multiple times asking what exact requirement was not met (translation certification type, identity/association verification, etc.). Phone support said the decision was final and they could not disclose the reason. Additional detail discovered after the decline (document error fixed) After the decline, I reviewed all documents line-by-line and found a serious issue in my signatory circular: My company was incorporated on 27.08.2025. The signatory circular incorrectly stated that my authority started on 27.08.2023 (two years earlier). This was a notary/document preparation error. I immediately returned to the notary and had it corrected. They acknowledged the mistake, and I can obtain an official written statement confirming the correction if needed. However, Apple has not provided a channel to submit corrected documents, and support is not giving a path forward. What I’m asking the community Has anyone seen the “Contact Us to Continue” message triggered at the identity/address step and successfully fixed it? If yes, what specifically solved it? Is this typically an Apple Account eligibility/restriction flag, or can it be caused by address/region verification format issues? After an organization enrollment is declined, is there a known path to re-apply successfully (e.g., notarized translations vs translator-stamped, or having a different authorized representative apply as the Account Holder)? If documents were corrected after the decline (like the notary error above), is there any supported way to resubmit without starting from zero? Any concrete guidance would help. Thank you.

TestFlight: Unable to Install App After Removing and Re-Adding Tester Access (Apple ID Mismatch Error)
Hello, I am experiencing an issue with TestFlight that I have not been able to resolve. Problem description One day, I suddenly became unable to update our app from TestFlight using my tester account. Assuming it might be a permission issue, I removed my tester access for the app and then re-invited the same Apple ID. After doing this, the situation became worse: I can no longer install the app at all via TestFlight. What I have already tried I have attempted all of the following multiple times: Removing and re-adding tester access in TestFlight Deleting and reinstalling the TestFlight app Installing the app via a new invitation link Installing the app via an invitation code None of these attempts worked. Error message Every attempt results in the same error message: Unable to Load App This invitation is not associated with the Apple Account you’re currently signed in with (me [at] example [dot] com). Sign in to TestFlight with the original Apple Account (me [at] example [dot] com) or ask the developer for a new invitation. Why this seems incorrect The error message suggests that the Apple ID signed into TestFlight does not match the invited account. However, I am using the exact same Apple ID for: TestFlight Apple ID (device iCloud account) App Store There is no account mismatch. Everything is logged in with the same Apple ID (me [at] example [dot] com). At this point, I am completely blocked and cannot proceed with testing or updates. Question Is there a known issue where removing and re-adding tester access can permanently invalidate an Apple ID for a specific TestFlight app? Is there any way to reset or clear the tester state for an Apple ID on Apple’s side? Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Account Pending Termination Notice
Around October 17, our app was removed from the App Store, and we were later informed that our developer account would be terminated within 30 days. This was an unexpected and shocking notice for us. After carefully reviewing Apple’s Developer Guidelines, we conducted a thorough internal investigation and confirmed that we did, in fact, violate certain policies. However, we are unsure whether the Apple Review Team could give us an opportunity to make corrections—otherwise, our new apps will not be able to launch on the App Store in the future. The stated reason for our account termination was: “You provided fraudulent and/or false account information, documentation, or otherwise falsely represented yourself or your submitted app to Apple either during the account enrollment process or after the account was created.” After reviewing this issue, we identified two foolish and critical mistakes on our part: We registered our developer account using our Mainland China company, but used a Hong Kong company’s bank account for payments. (Both companies are under the same management, and we have submitted supporting documentation during our appeal.) Our official website, Privacy Policy, and Terms of Service also displayed the name of our Hong Kong company instead of the Mainland China entity used for registration. Despite these mistakes, we have continued to support our users through email and our Discord community, resolving most issues within 24 hours. We have never deceived our users or the Apple Review Team in any way. For us as developers, providing an excellent user experience has always been our top priority, and we have always aimed to follow Apple’s review and compliance standards closely. We sincerely hope that, given our situation, the Apple Review Team could grant us an opportunity to correct these issues. We will promptly register a new Hong Kong Apple Developer Account, and once our app is reinstated, we will migrate all relevant information to that new account to ensure full compliance moving forward.

Seeking Solutions: Distributing iOS Apps with CarPlay Entitlement via Enterprise Profiles
Dear Apple Developer Support Team, We are seeking a solution that would allow us to include the CarPlay entitlement while distributing our app using an enterprise profile. Could you please provide guidance on how we might achieve this? Are there any alternative approaches or considerations that could help us navigate this limitation? Your expertise and advice would be greatly appreciated as we work to ensure our app meets the needs of our users while complying with Apple’s guidelines. Thank you for your time and support.

Change account from Enterprises to Public
We need clarification on the following scenario and whether the requested actions are possible. Currently, we have an Enterprise iOS application that is distributed internally through Microsoft Intune using an Enterprise Apple Developer account. We are now planning to release the same application publicly via the Apple App Store using an App Store (public) Apple Developer account. While attempting to create a new app in App Store Connect, we are unable to proceed because the Bundle Identifier is already registered under the Enterprise account, and Apple does not allow creating another app with the same identifier. We would like clarification on the following points: Is it possible to move or transfer an app (or its Bundle Identifier) from an Enterprise Apple Developer account to a Public/App Store Apple Developer account? If yes, what is the recommended process to do so? If not, what alternatives are available while retaining the same Bundle Identifier? 2. If the app is successfully published on the App Store using the same Bundle Identifier, what will happen to users who already have the Enterprise version installed via Intune? Will their existing app automatically update from the App Store? Or will they need to uninstall the Enterprise version and install the App Store version manually? We would appreciate your guidance on the supported approach and best practices for this transition to ensure a smooth migration for existing users.

Accepted Developer Program Agreement on developer.apple.com, but App Store Connect still shows "Agreement Update" warning.
I am the sole Account Holder for my Apple Developer Program account and am encountering an issue where the acceptance of the updated Apple Developer Program License Agreement is not syncing correctly between the two developer portals. Issue Details: Agreement Status on developer.apple.com: I successfully accepted and reviewed the updated agreement at https://developer.apple.com/account. The Agreements section confirms the acceptance date as December 11, 2025 (as seen in the attached image). Status on App Store Connect: Despite this confirmation, when I sign into https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/, I still see the following critical warning: "The Apple Developer Program License Agreement has been updated and needs to be reviewed. In order to update your existing apps and submit new apps, the Account Holder must review and accept the updated agreement by signing in to their account." Impact: This prevents me from performing key tasks, such as creating a new app, which triggers an "Agreement Update" alert that only directs me back to the already-accepted agreement on the Developer website. Troubleshooting Steps Taken: I confirmed I am logged in as the Account Holder. I cleared my browser cache and attempted the process on a fresh browser session. My macOS is fully up to date. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support but have not yet received a reply. Request for Assistance This is blocking my ability to submit and update apps. I am aware that direct phone support is often recommended for these issues, but my country is not listed for phone extension support. Has anyone else experienced this sync delay or found a workaround that resolves the "Agreement Update" alert on App Store Connect when the agreement has been accepted on the Developer website? Any advice on the next immediate steps I should take while waiting for my support ticket to be processed would be greatly appreciated.

URGENT Update: Org Enrollment H6899PPP9F (AI Prosperity Limited) – 7+ Weeks Pending Activation (JV Sales Proof Attached)
Hi Apple Developer Community and Enrollment Team, Update on organization enrollment H6899PPP9F for AI Prosperity Limited (D-U-N-S [yours]): All initial issues (D-U-N-S, email blocks, docs) resolved weeks ago, with enrollment number issued—yet final activation remains pending over 7 weeks since full submission on 11/27/2025. No ETA or outreach despite prior calls/emails/forum posts. To highlight the stakes: Our app powers a joint venture under the "Freedom Mastery" brand (planners promising QR-app access), with ~+10K customer engagements via physical sales trying to download the app. Key proof (attachments), 500-1000 customers added every day from now on: Amazon Seller Central (Nov 1–Dec 11, 2025): 9,360 units, $323K+ sales, avg $30/order—listings here tease app integration (1K–4K reviews/SKU). Shopify (same period): 9,999+ orders, $63K+ sales, 195K sessions—direct traffic to app waitlist. Redacted JV agreement excerpt: Confirms AI Prosperity Limited's legal authority/control over "Freedom Mastery" branding and sales. Dev entity (AI Prosperity Limited) matches all docs/D-U-N-S, but the JV tie may need verification—happy to provide full details. These buyers (many iOS users) are inquiring daily; delays risk churn/refunds in our habit-tracking space. Request: Escalate to senior review for activation/ETA. Ready for any clarifications. Thanks—excited to launch on Apple! Frederik AI Prosperity Limited Enrollment ID: H6899PPP9F

AppStore Connect redirects me to iTunes Connect in 2025
I recently began developing iOS apps in 2025. I enrolled in an Apple Developer Account on December 10, 2025 and expected to get App Store Connect to upload my app to the app store. After succesfully paying for a membership, I tried to access App Store Connect but I'm redirected to the now-defunct iTunes Connect. Worst part is the URL mentions AppStore Connect, but the slug points to iTunesConnect and I can't get out of it: https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/WebObjects/iTunesConnect.woa/ra/gettingstarted From here, if I click on the "Apps" button, it redirects me again to the https://developer.apple.com/programs/ website. This is read-only documentation, and I can't take any action to upload my apps. Interestingly enough, if I try to access appstoreconnect.apple.com from Safari, the above loop happens. But if I try to access it from Arc Browser, I see this error instead: To access App Store Connect, you must be an individual or team member in the Apple Developer Program, or invited by an individual to access their content in App Store Connect. Learn More But I am the Account Holder. I found this related post, but it's a dead end: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/775608

Urgent Help Needed: Apple Developer Account Deleted Due to App Name Similarity Issue
Hello everyone, I'm a developer who has been facing a significant issue with my Apple Developer account and the app submission process. I hope to get some guidance or assistance from the community or Apple support. Timeline of Events Four months ago: I prepared an app and submitted it to TestFlight for review. Initial rejection: The app was rejected due to technical issues such as screenshots, app description, and insufficient permission explanations for features like location, camera, and microphone. Resubmission after fixes: I carefully addressed all the issues mentioned by the Apple review team and resubmitted the app. Second rejection: This time, the app was rejected citing general policy violations related to copyright issues. The rejection was vague, and I couldn’t understand the exact problem. Further attempts: To resolve the issue, I removed all video, photo, and media content from the app and resubmitted it. However, it was still rejected for the same reason. I went through this process about 7-8 times, each time getting rejected without clarity on the root cause. Account deletion notice: Eventually, I received an email stating that my account was set to be deleted in 30 days. This was alarming because I had been diligently trying to comply with Apple’s policies for months. Deleting the app: To prevent any harm to my account, I decided to delete the app from my account within the 30-day period, effectively abandoning the project. Account still deleted: Despite deleting the app, my account was still deleted after 30 days. Discovery of similar app name: Later, I noticed that there was another app on the App Store with a name very similar to mine. For example, my app was named "ABcdefgh," and the existing app was "AB.cdefgh," with the only difference being the "." I believe this name similarity might have been the cause of the copyright issue, but it was too late as my account had already been deleted. Contact with Apple Turkey: I reached out to Apple Turkey, and they were very attentive, spending about 40 minutes trying to help me. However, they ultimately informed me that they couldn’t intervene and that the issue could only be resolved through Apple America. Attempts to contact Apple America: I tried filling out forms multiple times to contact Apple, but since I had deleted the app, I couldn’t see the responses from the team. Impact of the Issue This situation has been very distressing as I’ve lost my developer account and the ability to publish apps. My users are constantly inquiring about the iOS versions of my apps, and I’m unable to provide them due to this issue. Request for Assistance I’m seeking advice on how to resolve this issue. Specifically: Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with app name similarity leading to account deletion? Are there any specific steps I can take to appeal the account deletion? Is there a direct way to contact Apple America for developer account issues? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I appreciate any help or suggestions you can provide. Best regards.

Unable to Process Developer Program Payment – Case #102708816548
Hello Apple Developer Community, We’ve been attempting to pay the Apple Developer Program enrollment fee for several weeks. Despite trying multiple browsers, credit cards, and devices, the payment consistently fails to process. We also receive an error when trying to add a card to our profile. We've contacted support multiple times and have been assigned case number 102708816548, but the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, we’ve been unable to submit a support request via developer.apple.com/support — the site either fails to load the form or does not allow us to proceed with a phone or email request. This has made it extremely difficult to escalate the issue through official channels. We are a verified business and have followed all instructions provided by support. We’re now seeking help through the forums in hopes of escalating this issue or connecting with someone who has resolved a similar problem. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
