Apple not responding about upgrading to Organization account
Hi all, I obtained a D-U-N-S number, confirmed that it's available for lookup, and submitted a request to upgrade to an Organization account 12 days ago. I then followed up 3 days ago. Still haven't received a response. Does anyone know if there's anything I need to do to get a response to these inquiries? Only reason I'm upgrading to Organization account is so that multiple developers can sign debug builds for physical iPhone devices so they can collaborate on my project.

App rejected because require User to register whereas previously is accepted on first submit
On August 10 our first initial App submit was accepted with functionality require User to register to access the app. Now on September 11 we submit an update then the Reviewer reject it due to these reasons. We noticed that your app still requires users to register or log in to access features that are not account based. Specifically, your app requires users to log in or register an account to explore service offerings. Apps may not require users to enter personal information to function, except when directly relevant to the core functionality of the app or required by law. Registration must then only be required for account-specific features, such as saving items for future reference or placing an order. Next Steps To resolve this issue, please revise your app to let users freely access your app’s features that are not account based. Why with the same functionality on first submit they accept then on the second update they reject it ? Require User to register is our company policy to prevent data spaming and scaming How to solve it without revise the registration function ?

Change country and bank account of nation.
Hello. I live in country A now, and will relocate to country B. If I relocate to country B, I have to remove my current bank account in country A due to VISA issue. Currently I receive in-app sold money to this bank account. However, If I move to country B, I have to change nation for my APPLE ID, and App Store Connect. And I have to change my current bank to new bank account of new country. Is this possible ?

Now going to more than a month waiting for Apple Developer Program Enrollment.
Hi guys, Now going to more than 5 weeks waiting for Apple Developer Program to get back to us on our Enrollment as an Company. We have tried reaching out to them via Contact Us page, they keep telling us that our enrolment is under review. This has been frustrating experience for me and my team as it our affect our business and product launch. any help on how to address this, please?

Good afternoon, I wanted to comment something to see if you can help me find a solution. The apple review team tells us the following “Guideline 5.1.1 - Legal - Privacy - Data Collection and Storage We noticed that your app requires users to register with personal information to purchase in-app purchase products that are not account based” To use our applications you have to buy them but we want users to be able to try it for free for a few days before buying it. Therefore, to avoid that they can use it during the trial days and then uninstall and reinstall it we have put a register at the beginning. This way when the trial days are over they will only have the option to click on the Unlock button which will take them to the App Store to buy it. But I see that in Apple's Best practices it says: “Delay sign-in for as long as possible. People often abandon apps when they’re forced to sign in before they can do anything useful. To help avoid this situation, give people a chance to get a sense of what your app or game does before asking them to make a commitment to it.” Our app has 4 working modes. I thought that, as soon as they download the app, users can use one of the modes without registering for unlimited time (we are not selling this mode but giving it away for free).Since this is a magic app, we don't want anyone who downloads it to immediately know all the secret tricks of the app, especially since it is an app that has appeared several times on television and can be found by non-magicians. Within the menu there would be a button with the option to register where it would be explained that by registering you have access to a free trial of the rest of the modes along with the explanation of the tricks. By doing this, those users who do not want to do it will be able to stay with a free mode, but the magicians who are really interested can access the free trial and once finished they can buy it. At any time they can unsubscribe and delete their data. I think it is a good way to “give people a chance to get a sense of what your app or game does before asking them to make a commitment to it” I would appreciate if you could tell me if this would be useful before starting the changes. Displaying Different Brand Names for Apps on the App Store Under a Single Organization
We have an Apple developer account for your organization, and your organization has multiple divisions, each division wants to publish apps under their own brand names. Is it possible to have separate developer accounts for each brand, even though they all belong to the same legal entity or organization?

Hello, I want to make a simple application for my own iPhone. I am just using react native. Now I want to build the app but it requires a developer account for it to work. Is there a free option or doe I have to be in the Enrollment of the developer account? Or is there no way on getting my own build app on my own iPhone without a paid developer account?

Apple Enrollment taking one month, my payment is not processed
I've been trying to help a friend buy an apple developer license for over a month. However, in his account, after he made the purchase, days passed and nothing. The first attempt was over a month ago. We received the confirmation email, and in it, apple says it will return in 48 hours, however, nothing !!! We've tried several times, with several cards, and support doesn't help at all. Last time, they said to try through the developer app, however, when trying there, a notification appears that the apple enrollment is only available on the web

Apple Developer account registration delay
Good Day, My client is struggling with registration of their Apple developer account and havent heard a response from Apple, they have emailed Apple support and still no response, this has been going on for 2 months now and I am not sure how I can help them as Apple will only speak to the client directly. Is there any advice on how I could help them or contact Apple support to attend to their account, the client has tried emailing, is there a phone number we can call in South Africa to Apple contact support? How do we ask Apple if the client has any error in creating their account?

Using client's apple developer account
Hello, my client invited me to his account as an admin. But his account is not an Organization one, it Individual. My Apple ID already has a paid apple developer account and I'd like to create a new app for his account (since he invited me as an admin). It shows his name under my name when I'm on the Add Apps page, but when I choose to Register a new bundle ID in Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles, it chooses my account not his. How can I create an app for him? Maybe he needs to change his account to Organization?

email-enabled and email-disabled notifications are not working
Hi am trying to get notifications as listed https://developer.apple.com/documentation/sign_in_with_apple/processing_changes_for_sign_in_with_apple_accounts. I have tested that we are receiving consent-revoked notifications as expected but the email-enabled and email-disabled and not being received. To test these notifications, I have used an apple account to login with my app, and chose to not hide my email. Once the login is successful, I went to icloud+ -> Hide my email settings and choose to create a relay email and set the forwarding to my personal email. This should send me the email-enabled notification. Can you check why its not working?
