How do you set a designated app icon for TestFlight builds?
I currently have multiple macOS app icons configured in my project: AppIcon.icon AppIcon-Development.icon AppIcon-Beta.icon In Xcode, I can assign different app icons for Debug and Release configurations, which works well for local development and production builds. However, I cannot find any equivalent way to specify a dedicated app icon for TestFlight distributions. I would like TestFlight builds to automatically use AppIcon-Beta.icon. Where is this configured, or what is the recommended approach? Is there a specific build setting, archive configuration or App Store Connect mechanism for this, or do I need to handle it manually using build configurations or schemes? Thanks.

W-9 shown for single-member US LLC owned by a non-US individual — should be W-8BEN (disregarded entity)
Hello! I have a new organization-level Apple Developer account and I'm stuck on the Tax Forms step in App Store Connect (https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/business). The system is showing me U.S. Form W-9 as the only option, but in my case filling out a W-9 would be incorrect — and I'd appreciate guidance from anyone who has resolved this. My setup: I am a non-US individual (not a US citizen, not a US resident, never lived in the US). I am the sole owner of a single-member LLC registered in the US (set up via Firstbase specifically to distribute a mobile app). For US federal tax purposes, this LLC is a disregarded entity — it's not treated as a separate taxpayer from its owner. Why W-9 is not the correct form in my case: The IRS instructions for Form W-9 explicitly state: "If the owner of the disregarded entity is a foreign person, the owner must complete an appropriate Form W-8 instead of a Form W-9. This is the case even if the foreign person has a U.S. TIN." Form W-9 also requires me to certify, under penalty of perjury, that I am a US person — which I am not. The LLC itself doesn't certify anything on a W-9 because it's disregarded; the IRS looks through to the beneficial owner, who in my case is a foreign individual. The correct form for me should be W-8BEN (Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner — Individuals). What I've already tried: I opened two support cases 4 days ago and have not received a substantive response yet: Apple Developer Support — Case ID: 20000112974233 Ack Tax / Tax category settings — Team ID: 7YYWN3MYCY, Case ID: 19944616 My questions: Has anyone in the same situation (non-US individual, sole owner of a US single-member LLC) successfully switched the tax form from W-9 to W-8BEN inside App Store Connect? If so, how? Is there a specific path in the Business / Tax Forms section to declare the beneficial owner as a foreign individual that I might be missing? Is there an escalation channel beyond the standard support cases for tax-form issues that are blocking onboarding? Thanks in advance for any pointers.

Analytics Reports API: ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT stuck with reports but no instances, and deleted snapshot still blocks recreation (409)
Hello, We are trying to back up App Store Connect Analytics data before an app transfer, and we are seeing two different problems with ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT requests. Apps com.estmob.paprika (App ID: 596642855) com.estmob.ios.sendy.app (App ID: 1489041568) Issue 1: Paprika snapshot exists, but no instances or segments are ever generated Current snapshot request: Request ID: 4a40d802-5cd4-4bb2-ad53-8539f43c9ce2 What we see: GET /v1/analyticsReportRequests/4a40d802-5cd4-4bb2-ad53-8539f43c9ce2 returns 200 The request has a reports relationship GET /v1/analyticsReportRequests/{id}/reports returns 127 analyticsReports However, for all of those reports, GET /v1/analyticsReports/{reportId}/instances returns no instances Therefore there are still no segments and no downloadable raw files As of May 26, 2026, the state is still: reports: 127 reportsWithInstances: 0 instances: 0 segments: 0 Issue 2: Sendy snapshot was deleted, but creating a new snapshot still fails with 409 Previous snapshot request: Request ID: d40503ae-7a75-4d88-a8a6-115456c333cc Current state: GET /v1/analyticsReportRequests/d40503ae-7a75-4d88-a8a6-115456c333cc now returns 404 Listing analyticsReportRequests for the app shows no visible ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT request Only the ONGOING request is visible However, creating a new ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT still fails with: 409 STATE_ERROR "You already have such an entity" We also found this forum thread, which seems related: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/759773 Questions For Paprika, does this mean the ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT is still processing, or is it stuck? For Sendy, is this expected behavior due to a cooldown / retention rule after deleting a snapshot request? If Sendy is blocked by backend state, how long should we wait before a new ONE_TIME_SNAPSHOT can be created? Is there anything else we should check to determine whether the Paprika snapshot will eventually produce instances and segments? This is currently blocking our analytics backup for app transfer. If needed, I can provide additional request/response details. Thank you.

TestFlight not working for internal testing – affects all apps
Hi, I am an iOS developer and I am facing a critical issue with TestFlight that is affecting ALL of my applications, not just one. Issue: TestFlight is not working during internal testing for any of my apps I am unable to install or test any build through TestFlight The problem is consistently reproducible Example App Details: App Name: PDF Editor & PDF Compressor Version: 1.2 (Build 1) Build Status: Ready to Submit Testing Group: Internal (1 Tester) Invite Status: Accepted I already submitted a support case (Case ID: 102895219145) on May 20, 2026 but have not received any response yet. Has anyone else faced this issue? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

It says: "There are still screenshot uploads in progress." when submit a new build
I'm submitting a new version of my app, and after click "submit for Review", it show that: A few more items are needed in order to submit for review The items listed below are required for submission:There are still screenshot uploads in progress. I didn't met this problem before. Is that mean I haven't upload all the screenshot required or it's still uploading the screenshots to App Store Connect's server? Cause before there is a "save" button after you drag images to the screenshots area, now you don't. And I think I have uploaded all the screenshots needed and I waited a day to try submit again, still the same. What should I do?

App stuck in "Waiting for Review" — expedited requests ignored, need help unblocking
Hi Team, My App : LuvLust: Couples Game & Quiz (App ID: 6747910861) has been stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 3-4 weeks with no movement, no feedback, and no communication. What I've tried: Multiple expedited review requests & resubmissions although I understand now that's not the best way as it resets my position. I understand there are lot of requests but a queue number or some form of communication would help. Just want to know if there is a system glitch, account flag, or hidden blocker preventing my submission from entering review. Any help from the App Review team would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Can't fetch products from App Store connect
I had everything working with Revenue Cat. Then my app got rejected for not loading subscriptions, which was odd because a previous built was rejected for wording on that same paywall. I checked, and realised I suddenly can't fetch products in testFlight either. I can only see products in Xcode using the store kit configuration file. I've found many issues like this online and everybody point to the same solutions (that seem to work for most), but here's what I tried so far: Checked that all my agreements in App Store Connect are active Checked that ids match between Xcode / revenue cat / App Store connect Store kit config file is syncing with App Store Connect correctly I removed revenue cat and used the store kit api directly to fetch products. The array of products is empty in all environments that don't have access to store kit config file. Checked status of all subscriptions (all waiting for review -- as they were when the paywall worked) Nothing seems to work... Any suggestions? Many thanks

I want to bang my head into a brick wall
I had the issue pop up again. To refresh what previously happened, when I would submit a new build to TestFlight, it wouldn’t let me download it. That was a problem for a couple weeks. Then after the problem resolved I was able to download the “new build” but when I went into the app, it was clearly an old one. This issue got resolved a couple weeks ago, now it’s back. When I went to test out the new build on a couple of my apps, I was able to download it, but when I looked through the app, it was an old one. Please help me resolve this fast. Last time I waited for over a month

First auto-renewable subscriptions stuck In Review for more than a week after app approval
Hello, I’m looking for guidance on a first auto-renewable subscription review issue that appears to be stuck. Our app “Skinora: AI Skincare Routine” has already been approved and is live on the App Store, but both of our first auto-renewable subscriptions are still stuck in “In Review”. App version: 1.0.1 Build: 6 Subscriptions: Skinora Pro Annual — product ID: skinora_pro_annual Skinora Pro Weekly — product ID: skinora_pro_weekly_Access Current App Store Connect state: App version 1.0.1 is approved/live Subscription group localization is Approved Both subscription products still show In Review There are no visible Resolution Center messages or Notes from App Review requiring action from us Background: The subscriptions were originally returned because the first subscriptions needed to be submitted with a new app version/binary. We then submitted them together with app version 1.0.1 build 6. The app was approved, but the subscriptions have remained In Review for several working days. (8 days) This is blocking our launch because the live app depends on these subscriptions for Pro access, and users cannot purchase/unlock Pro until Apple approves the products. I have already contacted Apple Developer Support multiple times and also called support. The support representative said they would escalate it internally, but the status has not changed yet. Is this a known App Store Connect issue with first auto-renewable subscriptions? Is there any way to confirm whether the subscriptions are actually being reviewed or stuck in an inconsistent state? Should I continue waiting, or is there a specific action needed to reset or move the subscription review forward? Any guidance would be appreciated.

409 ENTITY_ERROR.RELATIONSHIP.INVALID — Cannot attach build or create version, affecting 2 separate accounts for 1 week
I am unable to submit any app for review. Every attempt to add a build to an App Store version results in a 409 error, both through the App Store Connect website and directly through the App Store Connect REST API. Affected accounts: Account 1: My personal Apple Developer account Account 2: A company-owned Apple Developer account where I have Admin access Both accounts are completely separate — different legal entities, different enrollments — but exhibit the exact same behavior simultaneously. API errors observed When calling PATCH /v1/appStoreVersions/{id}/relationships/build: 409 ENTITY_ERROR.RELATIONSHIP.INVALID "The specified pre-release build could not be added." When calling POST /v1/appStoreVersions to create a new version: 409 ENTITY_ERROR.RELATIONSHIP.INVALID "You cannot create a new version of the App in the current state." What I have verified All builds are processingState: VALID and not expired usesNonExemptEncryption: false is set on all builds No build is already attached to another version Build version string matches the App Store version (1.1.0) App bundle ID matches the build bundle ID Localization, review contact details, and keywords are all filled in Banking info in Agreements, Tax, and Banking was recently updated on both accounts Issue persists on both the website and via the REST API, ruling out a browser/cache issue Question Has anyone seen 409 errors affecting two completely separate developer accounts simultaneously? Could there be a platform-level issue with App Store Connect that is not reflected on the System Status page? I opened a support ticket 1 week ago but I only got a reply today and it's just asking for more details.

Follow-up and Escalation Request – App Waiting for Review Since March 27, 2026
Dear Apple App Review Team, I hope you are doing well. I am writing to respectfully request assistance regarding my app review status for the following application: App Name: Lang-Talk : Language Lessons App ID: 6761159353 The app was submitted to App Store Connect on March 27, 2026, and it is still showing “Waiting for Review” after more than two months. I previously contacted Apple Developer Support regarding this issue under: Case ID: 102863904030 I received responses on April 15 and April 21 stating that the app was still in the queue and that there was nothing I could do to speed up the process. However, since then, there has been no progress, no review activity, and no additional communication regarding my submission. Because of the unusually long delay, I also posted a question on the Apple Developer Forums to seek guidance from other developers. In my forum post, I explained that: The app has remained in “Waiting for Review” since March 27, 2026 No rejection or feedback has ever been received This is the app’s first submission Many other apps and updates submitted after my app have already been reviewed and released Several developers mentioned that this waiting period is far longer than normal App Store review timelines, which increased my concern that there may be an issue preventing the review process from starting properly. I also submitted an expedite review request, but unfortunately there has been no change in the status. I completely understand that review times may vary depending on internal workload and review requirements. However, after waiting for more than two months without any feedback or status change, I kindly request that the App Review Team please investigate whether there is any hidden issue, account-related problem, or technical reason causing this delay. If any additional information or action is required from my side, I would be happy to provide it immediately. This project is very important to me, and the prolonged uncertainty has become extremely stressful. I would sincerely appreciate any clarification, assistance, or escalation that could help move the review process forward. Thank you very much for your time and support. Kind regards, Sameen Zaka

Update stuck in 'In Review' for 80 days — Developer Support says they can't reach App Review
Hello, I'm posting again — and unfortunately, I already know how this thread is going to go. My app (ID: 6756186616) has now been stuck in "In Review" for 80 days. To save everyone time, here is the reply I expect to receive within a day or two, copy-pasted from the response on my last thread: "Thank you for your post. We're investigating and The App Review team will contact you in App Store Connect to provide further assistance. If you continue to experience issues during review, please contact us." Nothing actually happened after that reply last time. No follow-up in App Store Connect. No further communication. Just silence. When I escalated to Developer Support (case #20000111565861), I was told explicitly that Developer Support has no way to reach the App Review team and no authority to intervene on submissions stuck in review. So Developer Support points back to App Review, and the standard forum reply points back to "contact us" — which loops back to Developer Support. This is a closed loop that doesn't actually resolve anything for an independent developer. Concrete questions: Is there any real escalation path that doesn't end in an automated reply? Why has a submission been "In Review" for 80 days with zero communication? What should a solo developer do when both Developer Support and the forum response are dead ends? I'm not asking for special treatment. I'm asking for the review to actually move — in either direction. A rejection with feedback would be infinitely more useful than 80 days of silence. Thank you.

Fluto AI Stuck in "Waiting for Review" for 17 Days — Apple ID: 6762746586
Hi App Review Team, My app Fluto AI: Anime & Art Painter (Apple ID: 6762746586) has been in "Waiting for Review" for 17 days with no update. Quick timeline: the app was previously approved but unpublished. After minor changes I resubmitted, it was rejected and a demo video was requested. I added the public video URL to App Review Notes and resubmitted. Since then, no movement, no messages in Resolution Center, no response to my support case or expedited review request. Could someone please confirm if there's a blocker or any additional information needed? Happy to provide anything immediately. Thank you.

Delete the published App Clip link
My app has been released, and there is an "App Clip" link available in the advanced experience. Could someone please tell me if there is a way for me to modify or delete this link? (I'm not looking to deactivate the link; I just want to remove it so that other apps can use it.) If I remove the already published APP, can I also delete this link?

Thank you.

App stuck in "Processing for Distribution" status.
After our app review is accepted, it has been stuck in "Processing for Distribution" mode for over 24 hours. Usually we've seen a new app changed for "Processing for Distribution" to "Ready for distribution" in under 10 minutes. Does anyone encounter a similar issue and how to proceed?

Thank you.

App Pricing Change
Hi, I made a price change for an in-app subscription in App Store Connect, but when testing the app the price change did not reflect. Is there anything further that I have to do, or will the new price reflect when the app is accessed?
