Im Enrik Sulaj , a new developer and i have a small problem . App store review team is automated by bots, and since i cant find an solution to my problem . One of my games got rejected many times for different reasons , i solved all 8 reasons my game got rejected . In the end i got a big surprise , 4.3 Design-Spam . Even that my app is unique , inovation idea in tap to earn coin games it got rejected . I think Apple want only the old creators and the best ones , and for the new creators they make the road really hard .I have another game that got rejected for the same"reason " even that is a new idea in car games , and guess what , the app review team is not helpful , they say the game is repackaged and duplicated . In fact i created the games with new assets , also i created assets and the assets are never used before .I m honest , as a new creator im starting to hate Apple , not as a company , but it has bad employes and bots that dont help you . Its the truth . Apple need to do something to fix this , or it will be only for old Creators ,at least put in your Policies "We dont accept new creators , becouse we don't want to do bussiness with them , and dont need to take their money . I paid for the account and i thought it will have a great and helpful service . In fact that was a dream . My comment is all honesty from my heart , becouse even that my app has a new design , new inovation idea , not purchased , not repackaged , self made , scripts all assets selfmade , still apple review team reject it for Design Spam . I m not alone , also others have the same problem as me . We as new creators have a dream but apple team reject our dreams becouse as we see they dont want us to do bussiness with apple . Fix this !

We use managed Apple accounts for all users in our environment. One of these accounts is associated with an App Store app. Currently the developer console has a banner that says:
"There's no credit/debit card on the Apple Online Store associated with your Apple ID to auto-renew your membership."
This account, as well as my own admin account, are unable to add a payment method to our Apple account. We're missing the "Payments & Shipping" button on the Manage Account page.
How can we renew our developer subscription to keep our app on the App Store? It's critical for us that the account that owns this app is managed. TIA
can I publish app to appstore and let it for iphones only not ipads and how to do this?
I accidentally deleted image playground instead of removing it from the Home Screen, now if cant find it anywhere on the App Store to reinstall it. I can’t even find it in my purchase histor. could anyone help me out
Hello everyone,
I’m seeking advice on how to proceed after receiving a Pending Termination Notice for my Apple Developer account.
Previously, I uploaded my app twice but it was rejected both times. After making the required adjustments, I resubmitted it and waited for more than a week with the status still “Waiting for Review.” I followed up with Apple twice during this period, but instead of a response, I received the Pending Termination Notice stating that my account was flagged for fraudulent or dishonest activities, with all associated apps removed from the App Store.
I am confused by this outcome since I did not engage in any such behavior. I’ve carefully reviewed all app functionalities to ensure compliance. Now, I’m unsure how to move forward—should I continue appealing, or is it better to create a new account and resubmit the app?
Any guidance or suggestions on how to resolve this situation would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
Creating CSR file from my Mac steps are :-
Going to the Keychain Access > Certificate Assistant > Request a Certificate From a Certificate Authority...
Filling the required details in the field, save to desk then continue and save it desktop.
Then going to the Developer account in Certification screen and creating a new certificate on click on plus icon then selecting Apple distribution > continue , Then uploading CSR file in the required box and continue.
After this I have downloaded the “distribution.cer” file then double clicked on the file then going to the KeyChain Access to see the My Certificate section there is no certificate which I have installed but it showing in the Certificate section without Private key.
This steps I have followed but not getting Private key in my certificate how to correct this issue
System Configuration :-
Mac OS- 14.5
Chip - Apple M1
Keychain Access version - Version 11.0 (55314)
For those incorporated and not incorporated this becomes a buffet of contact information for fraudsters to scrape from Apple. So much for privacy. We should just the drop the EU from the AppStore all together because I won be putting that information out there.

We have an existing app called "abc". We want to rename it to "def".
We have another new app called "ghi" and we want to name it "abc".
We know it's possible to name "abc" to "def" with an app update on the existing app.
The question is, after how long will the name "abc" become available to use, so we can name our new app "abc"?
Will simply putting the name "abc" for new app on AppStore under "General -> App Information -> Name" suffice?
Thanks in advance!

I have spent time developing a MAUI project and have successfully released the android app for some time now but apple has been coming up with different issues.
See the description of the latest issues as reported in transporter.
Asset validation failed (91111)
Missing app icon. Include a large app icon as a 1024 by 1024 pixel PNG for the 'Any Appearance' image well in the asset catalog of apps built for iOS or iPadOS. Without this icon, apps can't be submitted for review. For details, visit: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/xcode/configuring-your-app-icon. (ID: eb3a7e69-d31c-4277-bec8-350e309412aa)
Asset validation failed (90022)
Missing required icon file. The bundle does not contain an app icon for iPhone / iPod Touch of exactly '120x120' pixels, in .png format for iOS versions >= 10.0. To support older versions of iOS, the icon may be required in the bundle outside of an asset catalog. Make sure the Info.plist file includes appropriate entries referencing the file. Hello,
Is there a way to retrieve the dark mode and the tinted app icons using personal iOS device, or alternatively through an available API? I wasn't able to find anything online or on the existing form posts.
I tried using:
xcrun devicectl device info appIcon
But this command only returns a light mode icon for an app and I didn't see any options/flags for dark mode or tinted icons
Software Version info:
XCode - 16
MacOS 15.1 Beta (24B5070a)
devicectl - 397.21
xcrun - version 70, platform version 15.0
Let me know if any other info would be helpful. Thanks!
Hi,
When I try to create an App ID for my app, I get the following message:
"An App ID with Identifier '' is not available. Please enter a different string.
I have not manually created an App ID under my team with this bundle identifier. I have 'Automatic Signing' checked in Xcode but am unable to upload or register an app with the same bundler Identifier through Xcode as well. I am not a member of any other team so this bundle identifier should be unique and should not have been used before.
Would appreciate any help.
Thanks.
We are trying to publish an app on the public App Store that is intended for internal use by our organization. The app does not have a public registration process—accounts are created internally by our organization's system, and users simply sign in.
Apple has rejected the app, suggesting to use private distribution methods like Apple Business Manager or the Apple Developer Enterprise Program. However, we would prefer to distribute the app publicly via the App Store for easier access and updates.
Has anyone successfully published a public-facing app without a registration feature where account creation is managed internally? Are there any specific strategies or additional features we should add to meet Apple’s requirements while keeping our internal account creation process?
Thank you for your insights!

I tried redeeming a promo code for a subscription on iOS 18.
It's a yearly subscription (the promo code is for myself in this case). This always worked before. Now on iOS 18 when I redeem the code in the App Store it just spins an activity indicator in the navigation bar for a few seconds and stops. Promo code doesn't redeem. No error message either.
Now when I try to redeem the promo code on the Mac App Store I get the following error: "You must redeem this code on a device that supports App name". This error makes sense because the app is iOS/iPadOS only. But the fact that the Mac App Store displays the App name in the error message indicates that the code is valid and should work on iOS, but it does not.
