Problem Apple Developer, Something Went Wrong issue track order number
Hello, I am experiencing an issue with the Apple Developer Program. Yesterday, I enrolled in the Apple Developer Program and entered my Visa card details. However, later that night, I received a notification from my bank that the payment was charged but failed because my balance was insufficient. After that, I added funds to my bank account, withdrew/canceled my previous enrollment, and then enrolled again using the same Visa card. After re-enrolling, I received a notification from my bank and an email confirming that the payment was successful, with the order ID: “We're processing your order – D00****” However, when I try to track the order by clicking the link in the email or checking the order status, it shows the following message: Something went wrong. There was a problem with your request. Please try again. Could you please explain why this issue is happening and help me check the status of my Apple Developer Program enrollment?

Guideline 3.1.2 - Business - Payments - Subscriptions
Hi, I'm constatly receiving the same answer of Apple Review about my subscriptions. Guideline 3.1.2 - Business - Payments - Subscriptions We noticed that your app did not meet all the terms and conditions for auto-renewing subscriptions, as specified in Schedule 2, section 3.8(b) of the Paid Applications agreement. – A functional link to the privacy policy We were unable to find the following required item(s) in your app's metadata: – A functional link to the Terms of Use (EULA) Next Steps To resolve this issue, please add this missing information. If the above information is present, please reply to this message in App Store Connect to provide details on where to locate it. If you are using the standard Apple Terms of Use (EULA), you will need to include a link to the Terms of Use in your App Description. If you are using a custom EULA, add it in App Store Connect. Resources Learn more about offering auto-renewable subscriptions on the App Store. Review the Paid Applications agreement. I provided all the information in the paywall, the privacy policy link in app information, and EULA link in the App Description. Also I contacted apple several times and I didn't receive any answer. This is so disgusting and I should be able to realese the app by next week. If anyone can help me please contact me.

StoreKit Subscription not discoverable in App Review (PLEASE HELP!))
I'm in the final phase before app approval and I'm struggling to implement store kit for in app purchases. I'm using base 44 and really need help finishing this set up. I have an iOS app (SwiftUI + WKWebView) with auto-renewable subscriptions using StoreKit and SubscriptionStoreView. The app was rejected under Guideline 3.1 because payments were defaulting to Stripe instead of storekit. What’s already done: Subscriptions created in App Store Connect (monthly + annual) SubscriptionStoreView implemented and visible in app WKWebView bridge triggers native StoreKit paywall Sandbox test account created Stripe fully disabled on iOS What I need: Verify StoreKit implementation is App Review compliant Confirm subscriptions are correctly attached to the app version Ensure paywall is discoverable by App Review Help me pass App Review (reply guidance + final checks) This is a short engagement (1–3 hours). Looking for someone with real StoreKit + App Review experience + Base44 knowledge.

Subscription in “Waiting for Review” status for almost three weeks
Our in-app subscription products have been in “Waiting for Review” status for almost three weeks. They were submitted together with a new app build, but the subscriptions were not reviewed, and as a result our build was rejected. Because the subscriptions are not approved, we are unable to display them in the app, which blocks our release. Could you please advise how we can proceed to have the subscriptions reviewed and approved, or how we should resubmit so that the build and subscriptions are evaluated together? Thank you for your help.

"In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" missing, WHY????
I am trying to resubmit my app after failing a few times (first time doing this). Anyhow, when resubmitting the last 2 times, the "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section was always present on the version page so I could choose my IAP's and Subscriptions before submitting for review. Currently, I am trying to resubmit again, and the "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section is nowhere to be found and no matter what I try to do, it's just not showing up. Currently, all my IAP's and Subscriptions have a "Waiting for Review" status and my app status is "1.0 Prepare for Submission". Any ideas how I can get around this???

HELP! "In-App Purchases and Subscriptions" section unavailable.
I’m attempting to resubmit my app after a few unsuccessful review submissions (first time dealing with this process). Previously, when I resubmitted (the last two times), the “In-App Purchases and Subscriptions” section was available on the version page, and I could select the appropriate IAPs and subscriptions prior to submitting for review. However, on the resubmission attempt, this section is no longer visible anywhere on the version page! I’ve tried several troubleshooting steps, but it still won’t appear. Current status: All IAPs/subscriptions: Waiting for Review App version status: 1.0 Prepare for Submission It has been suggested that I "deleting all my subscriptions and [do] them over again..."; however, this workaround is completely unacceptable! While it may work for unreleased apps, it would be catastrophic for production apps. If this UI bug occurred during a subsequent update, deleting IAPs would permanently invalidate the original product IDs—which cannot be reused. This would break all existing customer purchases! Does anyone know how to get around this?????

Unable to load a subscription product in the app
Hi, I am building a new app in the App Store - the app is not live yet. I have setup an annual subscription product in AppStore Connect. Our problem is that we are unable to retrieve the product from our app - we've made sure that there are no missing metadata (e.g. price, availability). Has anyone encountered before? Appreciate any help provided. Thanks

Advanced Commerce (Sandbox) – Generic Product Still “Ready to Submit”
Hello, Our app is approved for the Advanced Commerce API and we are currently testing in the Sandbox environment only. We have created generic product identifiers and have already submitted them via the Advanced Commerce API Access form. However, the generic product status in App Store Connect is still “Ready to Submit.” For Sandbox testing, is this status expected, or do we need to submit an app build or the generic product for review before Advanced Commerce works correctly? Thank you.

Apple Developer Payment Taken But Enrollment Pending - Help?
Need help with Apple Developer Program enrollment. What happened: Paid $99 on Jan 14 from Pakistan (HabibMetro bank) Money fully deducted from my account Apple says "payment problem" and gives me 7 days or enrollment cancels Bank needs 10 days to trace the payment The problem: -Apple will cancel before bank finishes tracing (7 days vs 10 days). -Apple Support suggested re-enrolling with their app using different payment method, but I'm worried about: Getting charged twice First payment not refunded Losing the $99 Questions: Anyone faced this? What did you do? Should I re-enroll or wait? How to avoid double payment? Order: D004702861 Case: 102802965662 Any advice appreciated

Subscriptions stuck in App Store Connect, app versions accepted but no IAP attached
Hi, Anyone else hitting this App Store Connect issue? I have now submitted two app versions. Both get accepted and I can release them, but the subscriptions are never included. What is happening: App versions get approved normally No “In-App Purchases” section appears on the app version review page Subscriptions page shows subscriptions stuck on “In Review” for 10 days Subscription localization is “Rejected” and completely locked I cannot edit, recreate, or resubmit anything related to subscriptions.. Tried submitting a new app version again, same result. App approved, subscriptions still stuck. So I keep releasing without subscriptions every time 🤦‍♂️ Anyone experienced this or found a way to unblock subscriptions when localization is rejected and locked? Thanks!

Remove Subscriptions From App Review
Hey All, Last week, I submitted a build of my app with the ability for users to subscribe & receive some extra content in exchange. I wasn't super sold on that being the right path for my app, and when I rightfully received a rejection for missing in app EULA, I decided that I'd postpone monetizing the app and I'd give away that content instead. So, I went ahead and disabled any paths of entry to the subscribe modal & marked the subscriptions as "Remove from Sale" in AppStoreConnect. Additionally, I updated the subscription review notes to be "This is not accessible in app at this time" Sadly, I still got rejected due to missing EULA and the tester being unable to find where IAP's are offered. I'd like to avoid cutting a new build, and instead just remove the subscriptions from being associated with this submission. But, I cannot for the life of me figure out how to remove them! Please help! TLDR: How do you disassociate an IAP or Subscription from an app submission?

IAPs not showing up
Hey, So I know for a fact that multiple people have bought my Apps IAPs. In my Trends and analytics, however, I see 0.00 revenue. I get that it's not updated live (which it is on Android btw) but after 24hrs I'm starting to get a little worried. How long does it take for the analytics/trends to show the proper amounts? Thanks!
