Currently, we are selling iOS apps through the App Store, however we're looking to add a MacOS version of the app with additional features. We wan't to select a different price template for the MacOS version of the app, while keeping the iOS one as is, does anyone know if this is possible? I can't seem to find anything in the Apple Developer website that can do such a thing, so any help is greatly appreciated!

Long story short, I pushed a Catalyst version of my iOS app onto the Mac App Store and it's just way too buggy. I can't figure out how to just remove the macOS version?
I understand that without Catalyst you can specifically delist the iOS version from showing up on macOS but why can't I just remove the macOS one without affecting my iOS build?
At this point it looks like I'll have to push a whole new app to the iOS store and there's no way to transfer all paying customers over from one app to another?
Any suggestions?
We have an iOS custom B2B app and have distributed it using redemption code sent as invitation link to the customer's email. The customer redeems the code and app is installed.
We are planning to provide an update to the same app, we wanted to know:
1) Will the app that has been downloaded using redemption code get auto updated when a new update is published?
2) If the person has been sent a redemption code before the app update, will the same redemption code point to the new updated app or do we need to generate new set of redemption code?
So Apple changed the App Store Connect design once again and I can't find the total number of paid users.
Is there a button or section I didn't notice? How can I see the total number of paid customers?
I am trying to fill in my banking details under "Agreements, Tax, and Banking" -> "Add Bank Account" in "App store Connect".
I fill in all the details and get the error message "bank key doesn't exist". But none of the fields turn red as they do when the information in them are wrongly formated. I have tried to connect the support but havn't heard back from them in five days. A search on google and here also seem to provide no information.
Any ideas what this error message means?
We have given out plenty of codes, but I can not find where in Appstoreconnect I can track how many of these codes have been redeemed by users.
I've tried the various methods listed in the forums, but it doesn't work so I ask a question

After doing the above 4 methods, Clean Build and install the app on the device.

The app is released on the App store.
Can not update app privacy information about tracking user after remove the tracking functionality and "NSUserTrackingUsageDescription" from info.plist. Always reminds us App contains "NSUserTrackingUsageDescription"
Here's the scenario:
1) I had an app in App Store Connect.
2) I created an Advanced App Clip Experience for the app, using my website URL.
3) For technical reasons, I removed the app and created a new one.
4) For this new app, I tried to create an Advanced App Clip Experience using my website URL, but I get the error message "This URL is already registered as an App Clip Experience.".
It seems that the system hasn't released the URL I registered for the first app, despite the app having been removed.
Question: How can I register my URL for this new app?

I wanted to remove AdMob from my iOS app, so I remove all traces of AdMob, and make sure that info.plist does not have NSUserTrackingUsageDescription, no external framework used, and no traces of NSUserTrackingUsageDescription in my codes (global search in Xcode not found).
However, previous version has setup App Privacy in AppStore Connect.
Uploading a new build I can remove all entries in App Privacy except for one (?): Data Types - 1 data type collected from this app: Product Interaction
And I cannot remove this one: when selecting not collecting info, I got this error message: Your app contains NSUserTrackingUsageDescription, indicating that you will request permission to track users. You must indicate which data types are tracking users. If this is incorrect, update your app binary and upload a new build to App Store Connect.
What shall I do? And what is this Product Interaction tracking? (The rest can all be reset to not tracking except this one.)
At https://appstoreconnect.apple.com/, I have the Admin role (but not Account Holder).
At first, I had the Developer role. When it got switched to Admin, the buttons on the website that only admins should see (for example, the add app button), still weren't visible to me immediately, but I started seeing more of them within 24h.
Now, I can click the add app button (see first screenshot) but when I click the link to add a bundle id (the link is called Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles), it says that I don't have access (see second screenshot).

Any help? I have tried to create new provisioning profile and identifiers but still get this error when uploading app to the App Store.
How long does it take from applying to the Small Business Program to getting it confirmed? Google has a similar program and that whole process took two days. I’ve been waiting for over a month now without recieving any confirmation, information etc. Nada. Wrote to the Apple support and got a generic reply that didn’t really answer anything. It is soon time for a payment from sales and it’s getting really frustrating. Do Apple pay back the difference retroactively?
When accessing App Store Connect page with App Manager role no apps showed there. Only error text: "An error has occurred. Try again later."

Hi team, recently after apple made TestFlight available for Mac. We want to test our mac App using testFlight for Mac.
So we uploaded a new build and it got approved by Apple, But when we go to TestFlight section of it, We see status as "Not Available for Testing". The screenshot is attached below.
The current state of the build is "Pending Developer Release"
Please advise what could be causing the issue?
Also, Is there any minimum requirement of Xcode version for a build to be test-flight ready for Mac. Example: It should be build using Xcode13 only and Xcode12 builds will not be supported for testFlight Beta Mac?

I have an app with an Intents extension and a Widget extension that is failing to upload to App Store connect. I am receiving the following error and I have no idea how to fix it
ERROR ITMS-90896: "Invalid Mach-O header. The __swift5_entry section is missing for extension bundle Payload/[AppName].app/PlugIns/WidgetsExtension.appex, which prevents the extension from running. You can run the otool command against your binary to ensure there is a __swift5_entry section."
This worked fine a couple of months ago on last submission.

We have two sets of screenshot images for 5.5 and 6.5 displays of the iOS app which needs a new version.
When I first uploaded the screenshot set for the 6.5 display, it looks all good. Then I uploaded another set for the 5.5 display and headed back to check 6.5 images. I found some of them reported errors IMAGE_TOOL_FAILURE.
Then I deleted all 6.5 screenshots, re-uploaded for the 6.5 display again. However, this time 5.5 had errors. It is like a loop. I tried tens of times.
And, if I upload 6.5 first, it all looks good. And then I go to another tab, for example, the app information tab and then come back. I also find the images are marked as 'The file has been uploaded and is processing

As the Product Page Optimization option is now available in the App Store Connect, I thought to try it out.
So I have created a test to try different App Icons. I have followed these steps to create a test and treatments for product page optimization, https://help.apple.com/app-store-connect/#/dev811bef199
But there I am unable to see the option to change the App Icon for different treatments. There I can only see the screenshots, as you can see in the attached SS
