422 error "Beta contract is missing" Testflight
I'm currently experiencing the same problem that many have had with error 422 "Beta contract is missing." I read that I should contact Apple support, but when I try to access the support page and log in with my credentials, the page doesn't load and I can't generate a ticket to resolve this problem. I get the message "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later." And when I inspect with Safari it shows me this information: "errors" : [ { "id" : "9be0314c-3bd5-4143-a625-602322d7156e", "status" : "422", "code" : "ENTITY_UNPROCESSABLE.BETA_CONTRACT_MISSING", "title" : "Beta contract is missing for the app.", "detail" : "Beta Contract is missing." } ] This is when I want to share the most recent build of my app with external groups through Testflight, but additionally, when my internal testers try to access it through Testflight app, it shows the error "The requested app is not available or doesn't exist." Could someone tell me what process I should follow or where I can correctly generate the ticket for my error? Since the Apple support page does not load. Thanks!

Price Increase Notifications Not Present
Context: Back on March 4th, we scheduled a price increase for April 16th on one of our monthly subscription plans with several hundred active subscribers, to change the price from $18.99/mo to $19.99/mo and it has sat unedited in App Store Connect since. Expected: Based on this documentation (Increase the price of an auto-renewable subscription), I would expect that 27 days prior to the price increase (which would be 4 days ago, on March 20th), that users would start receiving notifications about the price increase in the form of emails to their Apple IDs and push notifications when they open up the app. We also have App Store Server Notifications V2 set up. Therefore, I expected to start receiving PRICE_INCREASE notifications as users either got emails and/or push notifications. Actual: We have yet to see any PRICE_INCREASE events come through. Additionally, we have one employee subscribed to this plan on production with a subscription that would renew on April 17th, which would mean that the 21st (3 days ago) was 27 days prior to his subscription renewing. He has checked his email and the app and has still not been notified in any way about the price increase and his subscription manager shows he will renew April 17th at the same price. Questions: Is there some other step that needs to happen for the price increase to take place? Are my expectations wrong about what we should see by this point, or else why might we not have had any indication of customer notifications of the price increase occuring yet?

App stuck in “Waiting for Review” for 3+ weeks – possible review pipeline issue?
Hello, My app "Zen Mahjong!" has been stuck in the App Review process for an unusually long time and I’m trying to understand if something might be wrong with the submission. Timeline: First submission entered “In Review” and stayed there for 6 days without a decision. I rejected that build, uploaded a new build and resubmitted on February 17. Since then the app has been in “Waiting for Review” for more than 3 weeks. Additional context: App size ~40 MB Only IAP is a “Remove Ads” purchase I already contacted Developer Support and opened an expedited review request. Support also mentioned that this delay seems unusual. Has anyone experienced something similar or could this indicate that the submission is stuck in the review pipeline? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

For the past couple of days having a problem with Xcode 26.4. When I try to upload an archive to App Store Connect, it gets stuck on "Uploading". I see the progress bar about 70% full, and a "Preparing to upload xxxx.ipa" label below. Letting it sit overnight, restarting Xcode, machine, etc. and the same result. Anybody else seeing?

TestFlight install fails: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist” (Internal testing)
Hi all, We can’t install our app from TestFlight. The app is visible in TestFlight for invited internal testers, but tapping Install fails immediately with: “The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” --Setup-- Distribution: TestFlight – Internal Testing Internal group created and testers added (invite accepted) Build processing status in App Store Connect: Complete TestFlight build status shows: Ready to Submit / Prepare for Submission Minimum iOS deployment target: iOS 15.0 Version/Build: 1.0.0 (1) What we tried Confirmed tester is signed into TestFlight with the same Apple ID email that was invited Removed/added testers to the internal group and resent invites Reinstalled TestFlight, signed out/in Verified build is assigned to the internal group Set and saved Monetization → Pricing and Availability → App Availability (All Countries/Regions) Question Has anyone resolved this issue? Is there a known TestFlight/App Store Connect stuck state that causes this error even for internal testing? Any recommended steps (new build number, group reset, availability/pricing settings, etc.)? Screenshots available (TestFlight error + App Store Connect build/group view). Thanks.

App stuck in "Waiting for Review" for over two weeks
Hello, I submitted my app for review for the first time about two weeks ago and it is still stuck in "Waiting for Review" with no update. I haven't received any feedback yet and I'm not sure if this kind of delay is normal or if something might be wrong. Has anyone experienced something similar? What did you do in this situation? Thanks.

App stuck in review loop for 10+ days. 6 rejection/resubmission cycles, expedited request submitted
Our app PrepAiro: Crack UPSC IAS 2026 (Account: 6741750813) has been caught in a rejection/resubmission loop since April 12, now over 10 days. Timeline: April 12: First rejection received Cycles 1–6: Each rejection addressed per reviewer feedback, resubmitted promptly April 18: Status moved to "Waiting for Review" , no movement since We submitted an expedited review request through Apple Support due to the urgency. This release contains critical bug fixes actively impacting users, but there has been no response or update. We understand review timelines can vary, but 6 full cycles over 10 days with no resolution, and a 6-day stall after the last submission, is unusual. Each resubmission addressed the specific feedback provided, yet the cycle continues. Has anyone experienced similar extended holds recently? And is there any additional channel or escalation path beyond the expedited review request to get clarity on what's causing this? Any guidance from Apple or fellow developers would be appreciated.

Unable to change primary language of the app on App Store Connect
Hi, We are trying to change primary language of our app. In previous release we added the new language to the store listing and it was approved. Now we have new app version opened in the status Prepare for submission and we are trying to change the language in App information section. Eventhough we have uploaded all the screenshots, we keep getting the same error: Primary Locale couldn’t be saved because you must first provide all the required screenshots for each version in this language. Did anybody else have the same issue and has solution? Thanks!

Cannot Submit App for Review – “Add for Review” Button Disabled and Submission Errors
Hi everyone, We’re encountering a problem with submitting our app on App Store Connect. The “Add for Review” button is disabled. When clicking the “added for review” link and then trying “Submit to App Review”, we get an error like in the screenshot below. Attempting to “Remove from Submission” also results in an error (shown in the same screenshot). We’ve tried the following steps without success: Different browsers (Safari, Chrome, Firefox) Different machines Clearing cache Using incognito/private mode Uploading a new build Uploading a new build using the same old codebase All of these attempts end with the same issue, so we believe the problem is not caused by form fields or metadata on App Store Connect. We have also contacted Apple Support, but it has been over a month and the issue still persists without any resolution. At this point, we are completely stuck and unable to release a new version of our app. If anyone has experienced a similar issue or has a solution/workaround, please advise. Your help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you in advance.

Subscription Stuck as "Missing Metadata"
Hello, We're experiencing an issue where our app’s in-app subscriptions are flagged as “Missing Metadata” in App Store Connect. After contacting Apple Developer Support over the phone, we've been informed two seperate times by two different support agents that this is because we don't have a screenshot associated with either subscription (we have a monthly and yearly option). While I can continue to see in App Store Connect that a screenshot is present, Apple Developer Support informed us that no screenshot associated with either subcription. Even after deleting and reuploading, we validated this issue persists. When talking with App Review, they provided this answer multiple times: Guideline 2.1 - Performance - App Completeness We are unable to complete the review of the app because one or more of the in-app purchase products have not been submitted for review. Specifically, the app includes references to Radar Pro but the associated in-app purchase products have not been submitted for review. Next Steps To resolve this issue, please be sure to take action and submit your in-app purchases and upload a new binary in App Store Connect so we can proceed with our review. Note you must provide an App Review screenshot in App Store Connect in order to submit in-app purchases for review. Learn more about required in-app purchase metadata. This does not resolve this issue as changing the version from 1.0 to something else still does not present any additional UI to associated our subscriptions with our app in the main view or submission confirmation view. Per Apple guidelines in the "Subscriptions" tab: Your first subscription must be submitted with a new app version. Create your subscription, then select it from the app’s In-App Purchases and Subscriptions section on the version page before submitting the version to App Review. Once your binary has been uploaded and your first subscription has been submitted for review, additional subscriptions can be submitted from the Subscriptions section. Learn More Apple Developer Support recommended this is the best option for us to continue forward since they don't offer technical support. Any help resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated as it’s the only issue blocking re-review of our app. Thanks in advance.

Facing 2 issues: Issue uploading for external testers, and issue in downloading the app for internal testers. Although the app work perfeclty when i build it directly locally to my phone.
Although the application functions correctly when deployed locally to a physical iPhone using Flutter (direct debug/development build via Xcode), we are encountering the following issues only within App Store Connect / TestFlight: 1- Internal Testing Issue: After completing all required steps in App Store Connect and adding internal testers, testers are unable to install the app. TestFlight displays the error: “Could not install app. The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” 2- External Testing Issue: When attempting to add a processed build to an External Testing group (Public Link), App Store Connect returns the following message: “There was an error processing your request. Please try again later.” The build has successfully uploaded and processed, and is marked as Ready to Submit in TestFlight. These issues do not occur during direct device deployment and appear to be isolated to TestFlight / App Store Connect. We would appreciate guidance on how to solve this issue which is preventing TestFlight distribution. *Note: we tried multible builds and upgraded the version 4 times, and we signed all agreements.

Xcode Cloud Fails on Export: App Store Connect Authentication Error
Hello, Our Xcode Cloud builds are successfully archiving but fail every time during the "Export archive for app-store distribution" step. The issue appears to be a persistent authentication failure with App Store Connect that we are unable to resolve. Primary Error: The build logs show a critical authentication failure. IDEDistribution.critical.log shows: App Store Connect request for store configuration failed for account Session Proxy Provider... Unable to authenticate with App Store Connect. DVTITunesSoftwareService.log specifies the error is DVTITunesSoftwareServiceFoundation.DVTServicesSessionProviderCredentialITunesAuthenticationContextError.proxy. The build process eventually terminates during the IDEDistributionSymbolsStep with an Rsync failed error, which we believe is a symptom of the earlier authentication failure. Troubleshooting Already Performed: We have already taken the following steps without success: Verified the account used for the integration has "Account Holder" and "Admin" roles. Confirmed that Xcode Cloud's automatic signing is working correctly and is able to create new provisioning profiles. Thoroughly checked the App Store Connect web UI under Users and Access > Integrations > Xcode Cloud for a way to reset the connection, but no such option exists. Removed and re-added the Apple ID in the Xcode application's settings (Xcode > Settings > Accounts) on a local Mac. Our hypothesis is that the integrated authentication session between Xcode Cloud and App Store Connect is invalid or stale, and there is no user-facing way to reset it. Has anyone else encountered this "Session Proxy Provider" authentication error with Xcode Cloud? Is there a known solution or a different method to force a re-authentication of the service connection? Any guidance from Apple engineers or other developers would be greatly appreciated. Upload Symbols Failed when Archiving with Xcode 16
Hello everyone, We are seeing some warnings in Xcode 16 when I archive my iOS app for distribution. During the upload phase (either via Xcode Organizer ), I get an error like: WARNING: Upload Symbols Failed The archive did not include a dSYM for MyFramework.framework with the UUIDs: XXXXXXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXXXXXXXXXX Ensure that the archive’s dSYM folder includes a DWARF file for MyFramework.framework with the expected UUIDs. Question: How can these warnings be fixed? Is this warning safe to ignore if I know the vendor does not supply a dSYM for their framework? If I do need a proper dSYM for full symbolication, how should I request it from the vendor or generate it myself from an XCFramework?

No access to developer resources as administrator
We are currently experiencing the following: Developers who are invited to Appstore Connect in the "Administrator" role and are members of the development team no longer have access to the team's developer resources at https://developer.apple.com Even after deleting the user and a new invitation, there is no access to the developer resources. The problem has existed since yesterday and can be traced in several developer accounts.

"NO AGE RATING" — IS THIS A JOKE?
I've seen several posts for this issue posted over the past few weeks with ZERO response from Apple. On the screen where we need to input an age rating, we're seeing "No Age Rating", with no way to get around it. The bigger question here, though, is: HOW MANY OF US HAVE TO SUBMIT THIS ISSUE BEFORE SOMEONE THERE GETS OFF THEIR ASS AND HELPS US OUT?!!!!
