I've been trying to add my bank info to my account on AppStore connect, but nothing seems to work. Even searching for my bank does not work for me. Even tried searching for any other bank does not work. Keeps giving error messages. Anyone else experiencing this issue?

Hello Apple Developer Community, I’m seeking guidance regarding a critical issue with our organization’s Apple Developer Program account. The Apple ID belonging to our Account Holder is currently inaccessible, which has effectively blocked us from managing the account. We urgently need either to restore access to that Apple ID or have the Account Holder role reassigned so we can continue maintaining and updating our apps. I’ve already contacted Apple Developer Support but have not yet received a actionable response, and the matter is time-sensitive because our clients depend on our ability to manage these applications. Relevant details: Our enrollment type supposed to be converted to Organization/Company. The Account Holder’s Apple ID is locked and cannot be used. I have Admin/Manager-level access via a separate Apple ID. Based on the official documentation, transferring the Account Holder role requires initiation by the current Account Holder, which isn’t possible under these circumstances. If anyone has dealt with a similar situation or knows the most effective way to escalate this with Apple, I would greatly appreciate your advice.

Hello, We're testing the new allowedExternalIntelligenceWorkspaceIDs key in the MDM Restrictions payload on supervised iPads. According to Apple's documentation, this key expects an "external integration workspace ID", but it's not clear what this specifically refers to. We've tried the following IDs individually (one at a time, as documentation says only one is supported currently): OpenAI Organization ID ChatGPT user email Apple ID used in ChatGPT Google ID used in ChatGPT login The profile installs correctly via MDM and the key is set, but we want to confirm: What exactly is considered a valid "external integration workspace ID" for this key? Is there a way to verify that the restriction is working as intended on the device (e.g. does it limit specific integrations or apps)? Is there an official list of services that currently support this? Any clarification from Apple or other developers with experience on this would be very helpful. Thanks in advance.

I’ve been trying to pay for Apple Developer Program enrollment since decemeber 2024 so now in June 2025 - 6 months of no solutions We have tried all everything, emailed every possible support on developer website, tried mutliple cards and accounts, withdraw enrolment, re-enroll nothing. We even spoke to local Apple Head Office to try and get help to no avail. Customer senior management support even could not help or escalate nothing – But I don’t know what’s really going on or what to do next PLEASE HELP US We are from South Africa

When I try to sign in Managed Apple ID in supervised device there appears a prompt stating that "Apple ID" is a work account.This account must be signed in as a work account on this device.When I click continue it takes to VPN and device management tab where MDM profile already exists. Note:The managed Apple ID has a ICloud subscription for it. When I remove the subscription for the Apple ID and try to sign in, it works. Kindly help on this or advise on any additional steps required to enable sign in for managed Apple ID in this scenario

ABM has introduced a target date for moving a device from one MDM server to a new one. However, there's nothing in the API for setting that when you use the API to move MDM server Am I missing something or does it just not exist? Thanks Caroline

Despite trying multiple browsers, credit cards, and devices, the payment consistently fails to process. We also receive an error when trying to add a card to our profile. We've contacted support multiple times and have been assigned case number 102708816548, but the issue remains unresolved. Additionally, we’ve been unable to submit a support request via developer.apple.com/support — the site either fails to load the form or does not allow us to proceed with a phone or email request. This has made it extremely difficult to escalate the issue through official channels. We are a verified business and have followed all instructions provided by support. We’re now seeking help through the forums in hopes of escalating this issue or connecting with someone who has resolved a similar problem. Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

I am needing to access the ABM API via C#. Searching has directed me to use BouncyCastle. I have downloaded the PEM file. There is a longstanding restriction payload for supervised iOS devices that disables "Erase All Content and Settings." We have been experimenting with supervised watches paired with supervised phones that have that payload applied, and yet "Erase All Content and Settings" remains available on the watch. Is this: – a) An error with our payload? Should we be sending something else? – b) A bug in watchOS supervision? – c) A deliberate design choice? If so, what is the rationale for preventing organizations from maintaining this very basic level of control over devices they may be configuring and dispatching into the field?

Apple iPad Air device failing to enroll through ABM with "failed to retrieve configuration" error. This error occurs while reaching Apple ABM for fetching MDM server enrollment details. Hi Apple team and community, We’re currently integrating with the Apps and Books for Organizations API as part of our device management solution and would like to highlight a few critical points we've encountered — including a reliability issue, an enhancement suggestion, and a request for clarification on API rate limits. 1. Issue: Intermittent 403 Errors with stoken-authenticated-apps Endpoint We are encountering intermittent 403 Forbidden responses from the stoken-authenticated-apps endpoint. Approximately 30–35% of the requests fail with a 403 status code. These failures are inconsistent — the same request (using the same Content Token and Storefront) may succeed upon retry. All requests are properly authenticated and include the required Cookie and other headers as specified in the API documentation. This issue is impacting our ability to reliably fetch app metadata at scale, particularly in workflows. We’d like to know: Is this a known issue? Could it be due to a rate limit or token misconfiguration? Are any changes required on our end to avoid these failures? 2. Enhancement Request: Include externalVersionId in versionHistory Response The versionHistory extension currently returns: versionString releaseNotes releaseDate However, for Declarative Device Management (DDM) workflows such as App Pinning, we need the externalVersionId as well. Without it, we can't reliably correlate version metadata with the specific version ID required for pinning. Adding externalVersionId would: Enable precise version targeting during App Pinning Improve reliability and automation in managed deployments We request that Apple consider including externalVersionId in the versionHistory response to better support DDM-based app lifecycle management. 3. Rate Limit Clarification We found the following note in the Apps and Books for Organizations API documentation: "The Apps and Books for Organizations API limits the number of requests your app can make using a developer token within a specific period of time. If you exceed this limit, you’ll temporarily receive 429 Too Many Requests error responses for requests that use the token. This error resolves itself shortly after the request rate has reduced." While this confirms that a rate limit is enforced, there is no detailed information about the thresholds — such as the number of allowed requests per minute, hour, or day per developer token. To help us implement proper throttling and retry strategies, we request clarification on the following: What is the exact rate limit threshold per developer token? Are there per-endpoint limits, or is it a global cap for all requests using the token? Does the API return a Retry-After header when the limit is exceeded? What is the recommended backoff strategy for clients to follow when receiving 429 errors? This information would help us implement efficient throttling and error handling logic. Any insights from the Apple team or other developers who’ve encountered these issues would be greatly appreciated!

I have an app on the App Store that includes in-app purchases (a subscription tier). An organization has expressed interest in deploying our app across their devices using Apple Business Manager (ABM) and Intune (MDM) as a VPP-managed app. They would like to purchase and distribute the subscription-based Pro features through Apple Business Manager, but as far as I understand, in-app purchases are not currently supported in VPP deployments. Hi Apple Community, At WWDC25, introduced a native device migration feature with iOS/macOS 26 and Apple Business Manager that promises seamless migration from one MDM to another without wiping devices or manual re-enrollment. That said, while testing this in iOS/macOS 26 beta, we ran into an issue: the Wi-Fi settings deployed by the old MDM aren’t retained during the migration. This means devices lose Wi-Fi connectivity partway through, and users have to manually reconnect before the migration to the new MDM can continue. This interrupts what should be a smooth, hands-off process. We wanted to ask if this is a known issue or limitation with the current beta? Are there any recommended ways to avoid losing Wi-Fi profiles during this migration window? Will this improve in future updates so that the Wi-Fi connection is preserved or seamlessly handed off to the new MDM? Any tips, workarounds, or official guidance Apple can share on best practices for handling Wi-Fi profiles during ABM-native device migrations would be hugely appreciated. Hello, I have an Apple Developer Enterprise account, and Apple Support has already enabled MDM for my account. I successfully downloaded and installed my MDM Vendor Certificate (it shows up in Keychain as MDM Vendor: [My Company Name] with its private key). Here’s what I’ve done so far: Exported the Vendor Certificate + private key as a .p12, then converted to .pem and .key using OpenSSL. Generated an unsigned CSR with CN=com.apple.mgmt.External. using OpenSSL. Attempted to sign the CSR using: my Vendor certificate the Vendor private key Apple Worldwide Developer Relations (WWDR) intermediate certificate OpenSSL smime -sign command with DER output Problem: Every time I try to upload the vendor-signed CSR to the Apple Push Certificates Portal, I get an error (CSR rejected). Sometimes OpenSSL even fails with “unable to load certificates” depending on how the WWDR certificate is included. My Questions: What is the correct OpenSSL command and certificate chain Apple expects for signing the CSR? Do I need to include any additional intermediates besides WWDR? Is there an official Apple reference example for generating the vendor-signed CSR that the Push Certificates Portal will accept?
