Couldn't redeem TestFlight invitation code
Same scenario described here: https://forums.developer.apple.com/forums/thread/738942 User clicked accept for an internal tester invitation sent to their work apple id on their personal device which was signed in with their personal apple id. This seems to have redeemed the code to the users personal account. However, the user has removed themselves from testing the app and we're trying to get their work apple id registered but the invite code that keeps being sent is coming back saying invalid. Things we've tried: We located the last build the user installed on their device and expired the builds deleted / readded the work apple id to internal testing group It's still sending the same invitation code from TestFlight and saying that the code cannot be redeemed.

Could not install [App] The requested app is not available or doesn't exist. In TestFlight
I uploaded a build to testflight and released it to Internal testers, however when the testers tried downloading the app a alert dialog shows the following: Could not install [App] The requested app is not available or doesn't exist. Also tried to submit it via external testers but getting another error.

App Review Delay – Stuck in “Waiting for Review” for Several Days
Hello Apple Developer Support / Community, I’m currently experiencing an unusually long delay with the review process for my app. I submitted a new build several days ago, but the status has remained "Waiting for Review" with no progress or updates. App ID: 6670308720 Normally, my TestFlight or App Store submissions are reviewed within 24–48 hours. This time, however, no builds are moving forward, and it’s causing concern. I'm wondering: Is there a known issue with the review system lately? Should I remove the current build and submit a new one to reset the review queue? Has anyone else experienced the same issue recently? Thank you!

"WilderDEX!" - Wildlife Collector App - NOW TESTING
Hi there everyone! ELB owner of VIBERELIC here. NOTE: I tried posting this a couple times now but it keeps getting taken down - I am not too sure why. I haven't received any explanation and I am pretty certain that I am posting in the correct place for TestFlight Apps. Anyways, let's try this again! ✦ I am really excited and proud to finally share with you all what I have been working on for the past month! My flagship app "WilderDEX!" is finally at the point where it can be tested by the public. I hope you guys have pets because this is the perfect app to document their personalities! It's basically a real-life Pokemon PokeDEX! With WilderDEX!, you have the ability to collect animals using unoccupied "LIFE-CUBES". You get 1 LIFE-CUBE each day that you successfully collect an animal. From there, you can trade your occupied LIFE-CUBE with others users, generate unique digital cards + share them on social media straight from the app, see where in the world and by whom different wildlife was discovered, unlock a plethora of achievements, and participate in the leaderboard ranking system! Please help test the app and provide any feedback you possibly can. It is incredibly valuable for the improvement of the app before it's official launch. Report any glitches you encounter, performance issues, and ideas you may have that could improve the app from it's current state! I have a lot more ideas that I am planning on implementing once everything is certified working and stable. Please let me know if you have any questions! Thank you for your interest, and HAPPY COLLECTING! Test here : https://testflight.apple.com/join/8vmVfRrb all rights reserved © 2026 viberelic ✦ ventures ✦ Above : A Uniquely Generated WIlderDEX! Validation error, when I try to upload a game to Testflight
Hello everyone and thank you for you're time! I got an issue with uploading several icons to testflight. I'm using Game Maker Studio as my engine for the game. This is the error that I'm getting, even when I try to use the old icons for the game, that worked in the past. I tried to transform the icons, using this site "https://makeappicon.com/", but I still got the same validation error. Can you help me fixing the issue - thank you so much!

How can I cancel my TestFlight build subscription purchase?
I built a TestFlight version of my unpublished app. While using it, I wanted to test out the subscription purchase and when I did, I used my real production Apple ID and not a Sandbox test account to purchase the subscription. I was surprised to see that it worked and I was able to use the test subscription in the app. However, I now have no way of canceling it. It has renewed every day at the same time due to the accelerated TestFlight subscription rate (it's a monthly sub). I read that it should stop auto-renewing after the 6th time, but I believe it's been over a week now and it still hasn't cancelled. I understand that it's not a real purchase, but I would still like to cancel it so I can try it without the purchase again using this account and also use it with a different Sandbox account. Can someone help me with canceling it? Since the account I used was not a Sandbox account, I can't just clear the purchase history in App Store Connect. Also, I can't go into my personal account settings to remove the subscription since it's not a production one.

Trapped in a "Black Box": Almost 3 weeks of App Review silence and ignored support tickets. Is this normal?
Hi everyone, I am writing this out of pure desperation because I honestly don't know what else to do or where to turn. My app has been stuck in the review process since February 9th (almost 3 weeks now), and I feel like I am completely trapped in a black box. I have tried every official channel available to get at least some information: I submitted requests for an expedited review. I opened 3 separate tickets with Developer Support, but received absolutely zero response. Just complete, deafening silence. I finally called the developer hotline. The representative was polite but completely unhelpful. I was basically told that "everything is fine, this timeline is normal, we can't do anything to help you, just keep waiting." Just to put this wait time into perspective, while sitting in this Apple "black box" waiting for a single message, I have managed to do the following: Registered a Google Play Developer account and fully verified my identity. Almost completely rewrote my entire app from scratch, translating it from Swift to Kotlin. Uploaded the Android version, got it approved, and I am already on Day 8 of closed testing in Google Play! Meanwhile, in App Store Connect, absolutely nothing has changed. No status updates, no rejections, no questions from the reviewers, no replies to my tickets. Just an absolute void. Has anyone else experienced this kind of extreme delay and complete lack of communication recently? For context, here are my details: Submission ID: db1ffb72-8f0f-49bc-b215-179e1e179b7d Apple ID: 6756239914 Any advice or shared experiences would be deeply appreciated. Thank you.

Mac App Store TestFlight not available when using non-Xcode developer tools
@Quinn, The application which is not made with Xcode, has a provision profile, but App Store Connect says "Not Available for Testing". My Googlefu appears weak as I can't seem to figure out why this is, except that it mentions you need to be using Xcode 13 or newer. Am guessing Xcode is adding some meta data to the Info.plist file which TestFlight requires. Is it possible to know which keys and values are required to satisfy TestFlight? If it's not plist keys, is there something else that's needed, that can be shared? We can do this privately if desired.

ASC rejects ReplayKit Broadcast Upload appex: RPBroadcastProcessMode “not specified” (key present in IPA & swinfo)
Summary App Store Connect validation (Transporter) is rejecting a build that includes a ReplayKit Broadcast Upload extension. The validator reports that RPBroadcastProcessMode is “not specified”, but the shipped IPA’s Upload appex Info.plist has the key at the documented nested path, and Apple’s own analyser (swinfo) shows the same key/value. Error (Transporter 409) “Invalid Info.plist value. The value for the key 'RPBroadcastProcessMode' in bundle BeamRoomHost.app/PlugIns/BeamRoomUpload2.appex is invalid. RPBroadcastProcessMode value must be 'RPBroadcastProcessModeSampleBuffer' or 'RPBroadcastProcessModeMP4Clip'. The key was not specified.” Example error ID seen: 94ec8b42-ef1b-44e8-9d70-2c76458e1bb3 Environment • Xcode 26.0.1 (17A400) • macOS 15.6 (24G84) • Transporter 1.3.4 (13410) • App Apple ID: 6752822011 • Host bundle: com.conornolan.BeamRoomHost • Upload appex bundle: com.conornolan.BeamRoomHost.BeamRoomUpload2 • Version/Build: 0.9.4 (14) Most recent reproduction: 2025-10-02 ~09:00 GMT+1 Proof the key exists (from the IPA) Inside the IPA at: Payload/BeamRoomHost.app/PlugIns/BeamRoomUpload2.appex/Info.plist NSExtension.NSExtensionPointIdentifier = com.apple.broadcast-services-upload NSExtension.NSExtensionAttributes.RPBroadcastProcessMode = RPBroadcastProcessModeSampleBuffer Proof from Apple’s analyser (swinfo) for the same IPA asset-description.plist contains: … RPBroadcastProcessMode = RPBroadcastProcessModeSampleBuffer … Minimal plist shape used (Upload appex Info.plist) CFBundleDevelopmentRegionen-GB CFBundleExecutable$(EXECUTABLE_NAME) CFBundleIdentifier$(PRODUCT_BUNDLE_IDENTIFIER) CFBundleInfoDictionaryVersion6.0 CFBundleName$(PRODUCT_NAME) CFBundlePackageTypeXPC! In every case the IPA and swinfo show the key/value, yet ASC reports “not specified”. Questions • Is there a current ingest/validator issue where RPBroadcastProcessMode is not read from the nested path in Upload appex Info.plist? • Are there any additional expectations for ReplayKit Upload appex in ASC validation beyond the documented nested key? • Any recommended workaround while this is investigated? Cross-references • Feedback Assistant ID: FB20412340 (contains full IPA, asset-description.plist, screenshots, and a short Transporter screen recording). • Developer Support case: 102707552863. • Recent x-apple-request-uuid example: 30aa2221-3df3-10a2-b161-b59df37f080c. • SHA-256 for the ZIP of artefacts attached in Feedback: f7397c13e85d4ef0f5722ea75821ad04d51fe5f103ed03dbac646d3902e91227. Happy to provide a minimal repro project if helpful. Thanks in advance for any guidance or confirmation from the ASC/build-processing side.

Should deleted testers be counted in maximum number of testers calculation?
I've reached maximum number of testers for my app. That's why I've deleted all testers from TestFlight to clean testers list and invite new and old testers again by public link. But deleted testers are still count in "All testers", but in "Deleted testers" filter. And the error "You’ve added the maximum number of external testers for this app" still occurs. Is this how it's supposed to work or is this a bug?

Family Controls entitlement not working on TestFlight (works fine on Xcode build)
I’m developing an app that uses Family Controls to block other apps. I’ve already received approval from Apple for the entitlement, and everything works perfectly when I run the app from Xcode on a physical device. However, when I upload the same build to TestFlight, the app installs and runs, but the Family Controls functionality doesn’t work — it seems like the entitlement isn’t being applied in the TestFlight version. So I’d like to ask: 👉 Do Family Controls entitlements work automatically on TestFlight builds, or is there any additional step required to enable them?

TestFlight builds for macOS stuck processing for days without finishing
Hello! I'm encountering a weird issue on TestFlight/AppStoreConnect. I've builds that are in the "Processing" state since the 19th (that's 5 days ago from the date of this post). I've tried to generate new builds to see if it was just a fluke during those days, but new builds generated today also get stuck at processing. It's starting to become an issue because everybody on our team that's not a developer can't test the latest changes... Is there any way that I can get them unstuck? Thanks!

App review stuck, since 12th Feb
Hi, I know many of us are stuck right now it seems - I'm in the 12th Feb club (had another app that was since 5th, I've since pulled that and resubmitted Monday this week, to see if things might have unstuck themselves, but no luck) I can't even get a build approved for TestFlight on anything. This is getting silly now, total lack of communication - emails go unanswered. I will give the lovely team in Ireland their dues though, as always helpful on the phone, but they also seem to have no information and their expedited review requests go no where. App ID is 6758779640

Strange warning after transporting app
Hi guys, I have an app ready for testing/distribution. But when I used Transporter to send the app to Apple Store Connect, I got the following warning. ITMS-90885: 'Cannot be used with TestFlight because the executable “${executable}” in bundle “${bundle}” is missing a provisioning profile but has an application identifier in its signature. Nested executables are expected to have provisioning profiles with application identifiers matching the identifier in the signature in order to be eligible for TestFlight.' The executable and bundle values were missing from this warning message, which does not help find the warning cause. Could someone give me some advice to resolve this issue? Thanks!

Cannot submit any app for External TestFlight review – account-level error
Hello, I am unable to submit ANY of my apps for External TestFlight review. Every time I try to add a build to an external group and press "Submit for Review", I immediately get this error: "There was an error processing your request. Please try again later." This happens on multiple apps in the same account: LM Mobile (Apple ID: 6755979316) TPM Mobile (newly created app) All of the following have been verified and are active: Paid & Free App Agreements Banking & Tax forms App Privacy (Published) Test Information is fully completed Multiple clean builds uploaded (1.0.0 build 1 and 2) Correct distribution via App Store Connect selected in Xcode Admin + Account Holder role This clearly confirms that the problem is ACCOUNT-LEVEL on the backend. Case Number: 102766190091 Could an Apple engineer please check and reset the stuck External TestFlight submission state on the server side? Thank you.

symbolicate crashlog using .symbols files instead of dSYMs
Hi, Some crashes downloaded from TestFlight aren't symbolicated by Xcode and I don't know why, here's an example: Although all uploaded builds contain debug symbols (Symbols directory with .symbols files) and other crashlogs in the same version are symbolicated just fine (also visible on the above SS). I have access only to the .symbols files but not to the original dSYMs and I wonder how to perform symbolication manually. I tried pointing atos and symbolicatecrash utilities to respective .symbols file, but they are unable to work with it. I'm sure it's possible as TestFlight symbolicates crashlogs using only .symbols files somehow. Could you give a hint?

Thanks!

ITMS-90426: Invalid Swift Support - The SwiftSupport folder is missing. Rebuild your app using the current public (GM) version of Xcode and resubmit it
We are getting the above mentioned error while uploading to TestFlight. We have used a Swift Class to request for the Age Range via DeclaredAgeRange Framework. We have exposed Swift class and a helper function to be available in Objective-C layer. We have enabled the following build settings SWIFT_OBJC_INTERFACE_HEADER_NAME = "Common-Swift.h"; SWIFT_OBJC_BRIDGING_HEADER = "Common-Bridging-Header.h "; ALWAYS_EMBED_SWIFT_STANDARD_LIBRARIES = YES Also we are compiling the application using latest available Xcode release 17C52 Is there anything else we need to do to resolve the error?
