Help with Guideline 2.5.10 - Performance - Software Requirements
I created an app for fine art for iOS and for the screenshots, I originally had art by actual artist so it was denied by Apple: under the guideline 2.5.10 – performance – software requirements. "To resolve this issue, please revise your app to complete remove or fully configure any partially implemented features. Please ensure your screenshots do not include any images of demo, test, or any incomplete content. To resolve this issue, please revise your app to complete, remove, or fully configure any partially implemented features. Please ensure your screenshots do not include any images of demo, test, or other incomplete content." This is what Apple reviewer said, so I removed the screenshots of the actual artwork and replace them with the app's logo and I am still getting denied. I don’t know what to do, complete removal of any images would hinder showing off the app features. I asked them to clarify and they repeated the statement above.

Unable to Fetch In-App Purchase Products in Release Environment on First App Submission
Hello everyone, I’m submitting my app for the first time, and I’m running into an issue with fetching my in-app purchase products in the release environment. In the sandbox environment, everything works perfectly: my app can fetch and display the products from StoreKit without any issues. However, when I switch to the release environment, my app is unable to retrieve the in-app purchase products from App Store Connect. Because the app can’t fetch the products, this results in an error when either a user or the App Review team attempts to make a purchase, effectively blocking the purchase process. Has anyone encountered this before? Any guidance on troubleshooting or common mistakes to watch out for would be much appreciated. Thanks!

[Technical Issue] BDK Native: Unexpected UI element (notch) appearing only in iPad environment
Hi, my name is Yuki. I'm developing an application with generative AI for junior and high school students based on the Nocode tool "bubble" (BDK Native). I want to upload this app to the App Store, however, a notch-like interface element is appearing only in the iPad environment, which is causing my app to fail App Store review. I've reached out to the BDK Native support team about this issue, but they were unable to identify the cause and only offered a refund as a solution. This is particularly frustrating as I'm unable to proceed with the App Store publication, and time is passing without a resolution. Technical details: The notch appears only on iPad devices The issue is not present on iPhone versions The app was built using bubble/BDK Native Multiple App Store submissions have been rejected due to this UI issue Has anyone encountered a similar issue or knows how to resolve this iPad-specific interface problem? Any guidance or suggestions would be greatly appreciated, as this is blocking our app's release. Thank you in advance for your help!

Notice of Termination. Will Apple restore my account and apps? I'm wondering if anyone here has resolved these issues.
After I received this email, my account was suspended and the app was taken down from the store. I've reached out to Apple but haven't heard back, so I'm wondering if anyone here has resolved these issues. It's a company app so it's urgent. Please help. In accordance with DPLA 3.2(f), you have agreed that you "will not engage in any act of interfering with Apple Software or Services, the intent of this Agreement, or Apple's business practices." This includes, but is not limited to, the App Store, custom app deployment, TestFlight, Xcode Cloud, Ad Hoc deployment, or taking actions that may interfere with the performance or intended use of the program. Apple has every reason to believe that you have violated this provision due to written indications of fraud related to your account. As previously advised, App Store Review Guidelines 5.6.4 (App Quality) states, "[Customers expect the best quality in the App Store, and maintaining high-quality content, service, and experience increases customer confidence. Signs that this expectation is not being met include excessive customer reporting and excessive refund requests for concerns about apps such as negative customer reviews. The inability to maintain high quality can be a factor in determining whether developers comply with the developer code of conduct," it states. You have not done enough to tailor your Apple Developer Program account to the Developer Code of Product. Therefore, Apple is exercising its right to terminate your status as an Apple developer under the DPLA. As an Apple developer, I would like to remind you of your obligations under DPLA regarding all software and other confidential information obtained from Apple. You must immediately cease and desist from any use of these materials and comply with all other termination obligations set forth in Section 11.3 of DPLA and Section 10 of ADA. If applicable, no additional payment will be made in accordance with Section 7.1 of the Paid Application Agreement (DPLA Schedule 2 and 3). This letter is not a complete description of the facts in this matter, and nothing in this letter should be construed as waiving any rights or remedies Apple may have. All such rights or remedies are hereby protected. Should I just create a new developer account and release the app anew rather than wait for a promising answer?

Subscriptions rejected
I got this message when my subscriptions were rejected: We have begun the review of your in-app purchases but aren't able to continue because your submitted in-app purchases indicate a change of business model for your app. Therefore, we need to verify the implementation of your submitted in-app purchases in the app to ensure your app, and its in-app purchases, are in compliance with the App Review Guidelines. I already submitted the new build with the revised pricing(new business model). But they dont seem to review the new build. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Review Rejected Due to Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed
My first review for my application has been rejected stating Guideline 2.1 - Information Needed- We were unable to sign in with the following demo account credentials you provided in App Store Connect. However, we were able to actively sign in and navigate through the entire application without any issues. How can I find out what is the exact problem the review team is facing and how do I fix it to ensure a smooth release?

Subscriptions rejected
Hi there, My subscriptions have been rejected. I get this message: We have begun the review of your in-app purchases but aren't able to continue because your submitted in-app purchases indicate a change of business model for your app. Therefore, we need to verify the implementation of your submitted in-app purchases in the app to ensure your app, and its in-app purchases, are in compliance with the App Review Guidelines. This has been going on for the last 1 week. I am still not sure how to fix this issue and get my app approved. I dont see an option to include subscriptions/IAP when submitting the app for review. Any idea what is going on and how to fix it. Any help is greatly appreciated. Best, Guna

How to remove Subscription from Review
The guidance provided only explains how to remove the entire app from review, but not how to remove a single subscription. Currently, I have one incorrect subscription that has been rejected due to localisation issues, and it is stuck in the "In Review" status. Unfortunately, I am unable to make changes to it. The correct subscription is in the "Waiting for Review" status, and while I am able to remove it, there is no need to do so. What I would like to do is remove the previous, incorrect subscription.

Can I use AppTransaction to verify purchase of a paid macOS app?
I've tried to use AppTransaction.shared / AppTransaction.refresh() to verify that my app has been purchased from the Mac App Store. It works when testing a release build on my Mac, using a Sandbox Apple ID. But when I submit the app for review, the reviewer says it doesn't work. The error message returned by AppTransaction is "Unable to Complete Request", which is pretty vague. I get the same error when I try to use a real Apple ID for testing on my machine, so I have been wondering if maybe the problem is that App Review is testing a build that doesn't accept Sandbox Apple IDs? My app doesn't have a provisioning profile, could it be that this is the problem? As a Mac app developer, I'm not sure what provisioning profiles are good for, I thought they were only useful for iOS. Has anybody successfully submitted a Mac app that uses AppTransaction?

External Link Account Entitlement Status
It seems as though requesting External Link Account Entitlement via the form is a bit of a black box. Is there a way to check on the status of our request? The app review team has informed me that they don't have any connection to the Account Entitlement teams so they unfortunately cannot help. Is there a way to check on our apps status or what we might need to change to have External Link Account Entitlement granted? Thanks

App Review Rejection Under Guideline 4.1
Hey, I submitted my game for review several times over the last two weeks, and I keep getting rejeted under the 4.1 Design Copycat guidelines. Guideline 4.1 - Design - Copycats This app or its metadata appears to be misrepresenting itself as another popular app or game already available on the App Store, from a developer's website or distribution source, or from a third-party platform. Apps should be unique and should not attempt to deceive users into thinking they are downloading something they are not. I have tried contacting and writing to the support team several times but I get absolutely no response. The game is completely built from scratch and I own all rights to it which is clearly mentioned as well. There hasn't been a single thing that I have used in the game that is not owned by me and the game in general is completely original and novel with its design, and not trying to compete or derive its design from any other game in the app store. All I just is more clarity and information or someone to respond and help me out with this, since I am a sole developer and I intend to release this game very soon. Thanks, and please help!

App stuck "in review" since 8th of Oct (17 days)
Hi Community Unfortunately, my app has been stuck in review since October 8th (17 days), and I’m unsure if there’s anything else I can do besides waiting. It's a new app called AuctionShack (https://www.auctionshack.io/home-en.html) and so far, I’ve tried the following: Contacting via email – I was told 7 days ago that they expedited the review, confirmed they have everything they need, and advised me to wait. Requesting a 1-on-1 session via web call – I was told 3 days ago that they would check in with the team again, confirmed they have everything they need, and advised me to wait. Is there any other avenue I can take besides waiting? I feel like, I did a mistake along the way, but am not sure what it is :( Thanks and best regards Julius

ScreenTimeAPI Access
"Hi everyone! We've encountered an issue with uploading our app to the App Store. We received the Family Controls Distribution permission, updated the certificates and profiles, submitted it for review, but received feedback that the request simply doesn't appear for the moderators. Does anyone know what the problem might be? Our request is: try await center.requestAuthorization(for: .individual). We also confirmed that the device must have TouchID or FaceID installed."
