Apple Developer Program Enrollment Problem
I registered a DUNS number using example1.email, then signed up for a new Apple account using example2.email. After enrolling in the Apple Developer Program, I received an email: "We've withdrawn this enrollment because (COMPANY NAME) is already a member of the Apple Developer Program. Companies may hold only one membership in the Apple Developer Program." Does this mean I must use the same email address for both the DUNS registration and the Apple Developer Account?

They reject my version because of a Terms of Use link that they ask me to add and this has existed since several versions ago
I'm having trouble with this version as it's being rejected because they say it's missing a Terms of Use (EULA) link. This link was added since we integrated Apple Pay in version 1.6. We currently have version 2.6 available. I sent screenshots showing where this information is and it's still being rejected. They also comment that I can solve this in my next update, so I requested that they approve my version to solve other details that I have in other modules that have nothing to do with subscriptions but until now I have not had any type of response.

App Rejected
Can anyone with experience successfully launching an app on the App Store help me? My app was recently rejected by Apple. It says my app didn’t comply with “Guideline 4.2 - Design - Minimum Functionality: The usefulness of the app is still limited by the minimal functionality it currently provides. Specifically, the app primarily offers content for users to view or use, with limited interactive features. Apps should provide valuable utility or entertainment, draw people in by offering compelling capabilities or content, or enable people to do something they couldn't do before or in a way they couldn't do it before.” And ”Guideline 5.1.1(v) - Data Collection and Storage: The app supports account creation but does not include an option to initiate account deletion. Apps that support account creation must also offer account deletion to give users more control of the data they've shared while using an app. Follow these requirements when updating an app to support account deletion: Only offering to temporarily deactivate or disable an account is insufficient. If users need to visit a website to finish deleting their account, include a link directly to the website page where they can complete the process. Apps may include confirmation steps to prevent users from accidentally deleting their account. However, only apps in highly-regulated industries may require users to use customer service resources, such as making a phone call or sending an email, to complete account deletion.”

App review team, where is your professionalism and responsibility?
Recently, the App Review team made an unreasonable demand of us, requesting that we change our app icon—which we’ve been using for three years—when submitting an update. Their reason was that our app’s icon supposedly resembles that of a popular app that was only launched one or two months ago. We were utterly shocked and surprised by this irresponsible review that blatantly infringes on intellectual property rights. We quickly responded to them with our app’s history, various clarifications, and a clear statement that if the dispute couldn’t be resolved, we would pursue legal action. However, they continued to respond with robotic replies and even escalated their discriminatory auditing, accusing our app of having additional issues. We understand that developers have already faced too many similar problems. I believe many people question the professionalism, consistency, and fairness of the App Review team. How much longer must we developers endure such unjust reviews? Their appeal channels are often ineffective, and they refuse to respond via email. Should we developers form an alliance to collectively resist these unfair policies and file a group appeal to protect our rights?

about Guideline 3.2.1(viii) - Business - Other Business Model Issues - Acceptable
problem Guideline 3.2.1(viii) - Business - Other Business Model Issues - Acceptable The app provides loan services but the domains listed on the app's Product Pages are not clearly under your control or ownership. Since users may use these domains to contact you to request support, the domains used on the Product Page for loan apps must be under your control or ownership. Next Steps Update the Product Page metadata in App Store Connect to only include domains that are associated with Apple Accounts registered to your developer account. Please note that apps used for financial trading, investing, or money management should be submitted by the financial institution performing such services, as required by App Review Guideline 3.2.1(viii). Thank you for your hard answers 我的英语不是很好,具体需要如何解决,如果您知道,请告知我

ITMS-90429: Invalid Swift Support
Build the archive, validating and uploading it to App Store Connect - TestFlight is successful from Xcode (16.0, macOS 15.1.1). Although after that the build is rejected stating : ITMS-90429: Invalid Swift Support - The files libswiftCoreFoundation.dylib, libswiftCoreData.dylib, libswiftCore.dylib, libswiftFoundation.dylib, libswift_Concurrency.dylib, libswiftObjectiveC.dylib aren’t at the expected location /Payload/Runner.app/Frameworks. Move the file to the expected location, rebuild your app using the current public (GM) version of Xcode, and resubmit it. Cross checked the Archive and .ipa file, where we found that the mentioned .dylib files are actually present inside the "/Payload/Runner.app/Frameworks" folder, and all the ".dylib" files are also present in the "SwiftSupport/iphoneos" folder. Scenario : using tdLib compilation "libtdjson.xcframework" (embedded & signed) for ios arm64 placed under "Framworks", in my Flutter application, calling methods via "Method Channels", interacting with AppDelegate.swift file where the tdLib methods are being called from the compiled library. All "swift support settings" are enabled in Xcode while archiving and building the application.

No response for an appeal
My application "SplitPay" was deleted from App Store without preliminary notification. I submitted two requests to the support team February 16th (CASE ID: 102535933556, 102535936924), but didn't get any response. Also I submitted an appeal and also didn't get any response. Apple support team (technical) doesn't provide a phone number of the Apple developer support team. Please, provide me a concrete reason (detailed), why my application was deleted from App Store and why my account was pending for termination. Thank you.

ITMS-90426: Invalid Swift Support - The SwiftSupport folder is missing. Rebuild your app using the current public (GM) version of Xcode and resubmit it.
I'm trying to use Transporter to upload my .ipa file to the Apple Store and make it available on TestFlight. I'm generating the .ipa with the command eas build -p ios --profile production. However, I'm receiving the "ITMS-90426" error in my email. I've seen many suggested solutions for this issue, but most of them involve using Xcode. The problem is, I don't use Xcode. I only use Transporter on my Mac to upload the app, and I develop on a Windows environment. Could you please guide me on how to generate the required files using Expo/EAS to avoid this issue?

Getting "Invalid binary" when trying to submit app to review
I'm trying a release a new version to one of my Apps. Last success was January 25, but now I'm keep getting "Invalid binary" error no matter what I'm doing, with no further info about the source of the problem. I clarified all settings are correct and tried different ways (direct upload from xCode, using Transporter). I even rollback my project to the same version I used when I was able to release a new version (Jan 25), and with the same project content - same code, same settings, only changed version - I also got the same error response. Any idea?

📢 My Application Was Rejected Due to Minimal Functionality - But I Believe It is Functional!
Hello, My application was developed as a promotion and discovery platform for the city of Kars. Users can explore businesses, events, job postings, hotel and accommodation services in the city and communicate directly with businesses. They can get directions, are directed to event tickets and benefit from special student discounts. However, I received a red from the App Store on the grounds of Guideline 4.2 - Minimum Functionality. I think that the application has not been reviewed enough and actually offers real value to users. 📌 Featured Features: ✅ push notifications for all current content or campaigns etc. ✅ Business and event discovery (Categories: Cafes, hairdressers, hotels, job ads, etc.) ✅ communicating directly with the business. To make a Decryption call with a button. ✅ Directions that lead directly to maps. ✅ Directions for purchasing tickets for events ✅ Adding to favorites and personal content management ✅ Special discounts and opportunities for students ✅ Special announcements with push notifications ✅ Floating banner contents... and much more In my opinion, my application does not work just like a website, but rather creates an interactive value by providing a region-specific exploration experience. I want a real person from the Apple Review team to evaluate the app and the job. As a result of the agreements I have made, I have thousands of users waiting for my application to be released in the Appstore. Please have a human examine this application. Because I sent dozens of messages and didn't get any feedback. After reviewing this application, you will understand that it is unique and functional. I'm just waiting for support and a realistic approach from you. I do not want my labor to be wasted in addition to applications that do not have any content and do not work in the Appstore.

Extremely Negative App Review Experience – Urgent Help Needed (3 Weeks Stuck)
Hi everyone, I’m reaching out here as my last resort because my experience with Apple’s App Review has become genuinely unbearable, and it's severely damaging my business plans. For over three weeks, I've been going back and forth with the App Review team on the same two issues: Sign in with Apple: They repeatedly claim my app requires users to re-enter their email/name after using Sign in with Apple, which is absolutely not true. I have provided clear video proof and screenshots at least five times demonstrating the correct behavior. In-App Purchases: Reviewers initially couldn't find the in-app purchases, so I provided multiple detailed explanations. They eventually found them and pointed out some issues, which I immediately fixed. Despite that, they later reverted, once again stating they cannot find the exact same purchases they previously reviewed. Throughout this process, I've received nothing but generic, automated responses, continuously ignoring the detailed explanations, screenshots, and videos I've provided. I've repeatedly requested a direct phone call to clarify these issues quickly, and every call request was denied or ignored. This ongoing situation is now completely destroying my marketing timeline. I have printed flyers with a QR code scheduled to be distributed by a fixed date. Due to these repeated delays and generic responses from the App Review team, my entire marketing strategy for the past six months is about to collapse. I have never experienced worse customer support and communication than this. The App Review team seems entirely disconnected from the reality of my situation, repeatedly sending me generic responses without acknowledging the provided proof or explanations. Can someone from Apple please urgently help me connect with a real reviewer or support person to resolve this immediately? Any advice or escalation would be hugely appreciated. Thanks for your attention. Best regards, Hedi Feki

Design-Copycats Rejection
Hi, Since last week, I’ve been trying to publish the new version of my Voxel game, which aims to fix many bugs and significantly optimize the game. This update is very important for improving the overall quality of the game. Unfortunately, this version is not being accepted on the App Store due to a Design - Copycats issue related to guideline 4.1. I’ve tried everything to resolve the problem by changing the screenshots, app preview, description, game name, icons, and even all metadata that could cause issues in the build. But nothing seems to work. I keep receiving the same rejection just a few minutes after submitting my build for review. Here is the full warning message: —————— “Guideline 4.1 - Design - Copycats This app or its metadata appears to be misrepresenting itself as another popular app or game already available on the App Store, from a developer's website or distribution source, or from a third-party platform. Apps should be unique and should not attempt to deceive users into thinking they are downloading something they are not.” Next Steps Learn more about requirements to prevent apps from impersonating other apps or services in guideline 4.1. Revise the app to comply with these requirements. Once the app is fully compliant, resubmit the app for review. —————— Also I've already tried contaction the Apple Developer team but I got no answer. I don't know what to do. Thanks

stuck with out-of-date version of the application
Subject: Issue with Submitting the Latest App Version in App Store Connect Hello, App Store Connect Team! I am experiencing an issue with submitting an update for my app BTC-X PRO (Bundle ID: PRO.BTCX). Currently, in App Store Connect: Version 1.2.5 is published and available to users. Version 1.3.0 is in the "Prepare for Submission" status, but it is no longer relevant, and I cannot delete it. Version 1.3.1 has also been uploaded, but it is outdated and was never submitted for review. Version 1.4.0 has been uploaded and is ready for submission, but I am unable to submit it for review because App Store Connect only allows me to submit 1.3.0. Since versions 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 are no longer relevant, I kindly request that you either: Remove versions 1.3.0 and 1.3.1 so I can submit 1.4.0 for review. Or manually enable the ability to submit 1.4.0 for review. I would appreciate your assistance in resolving this issue as soon as possible, as version 1.4.0 includes important updates for users. Thank you in advance for your help! Best regards, CEO Ihor Khrysiuk BTC-X, LLC

ONE_TIME_CHARGE notification type in Production
Hello, We've integrated App Store Server Notifications V2 in our system. We are heavily relying on the ONE_TIME_CHARGE notification type to handle Consumable purchases, but this notification type is available only for Sandbox. And this is for a while now - starting with June 10th 2024 ( https://developer.apple.com/documentation/appstoreservernotifications/app-store-server-notifications-changelog#June-10-2024 ). Can you please provide a timeline for when the ONE_TIME_CHARGE notification type will be available in Production ? Thank you!
