We contacted Apple Support, and while they pointed us to the App Store terms and conditions—indicating that Apple has discretion over review removal—we’re trying to determine if there might be a technical reason behind this behavior. Here are some specifics: It has been a while since we’ve seen any new ratings or reviews, even though users have confirmed submitting them. Some reviews that were previously approved and visible have disappeared without explanation. We’ve ensured—to the extent possible—that our app complies with all guidelines and policies, so we’re ruling out violations as the cause for now. Since the app is still new, even a few ratings or reviews missing is quite impactful. Has anyone else experienced similar issues? Could this be related to a known bug or technical limitation? For example, could regional settings, delays in processing reviews, or other factors be affecting visibility? I've noticed that despite Apple stating Xcode 16's minimum deployment target is iOS 13, I was able to set my app's minimum target to iOS 12, build it, and successfully upload it to TestFlight. I've tested the app on iOS 12 devices, and it functions normally. Given that updating to Xcode 16 will be mandatory after April 24th, I have a few questions: Is it intentional that Xcode 16 still allows targeting iOS 12? Will Apple continue to support this capability for iOS 12 devices in the future? Are there any plans to restrict or block apps targeting iOS 12 in upcoming Xcode updates? I'm seeking clarification on whether it's safe to continue supporting iOS 12 in our apps or if we should prepare for potential changes. Hello, I have submitted my app for review. There is some issues with screenshots contents so I updated the screenshots and reply to apple review team. I got a response from review team again that they are not able to see the latest screenshots. Although, I can see the latest updated screenshots in my portal also the save button is disabled and add for review is enabled. Hello, I'm trying to publish my app, but I'm constantly getting rejected by Apple. They're telling me I'm having issues with tracking user data. This item has been rejected for the following reasons: 5.1.2 Legal: Privacy - Data Use and Sharing I've indicated that I don't use this data for ads, that it's only used for personalization and to understand who saves items. I added the NSUserTrackingUsageDescription property to the info.plist. I run AppTrackingTransparency.requestTrackingAuthorization() when the user logs into the app, displaying a warning message. I'd say I meet all the requirements they've set for me, but they still haven't approved my app. What do you recommend? How can I speak to a physical person who can help me? My audio and MIDI sequencer application consumes about 600 % of CPU power with 10 different instruments during playback. While idle approximately 100%. What is the maximum of CPU power that an application can consume? Are there any limits and could they be modified? Since macOS 15.4 Beta 2, my App Store has been unable to install or download any new applications; it can only download applications I have previously purchased. It appears as follows: when I click 'Get,' the system spins to load and then returns to the initial state. Upon checking system error reports, it seems there's an issue with AMSUIPaymentViewService_macOS [2113]. This problem persists despite changing credit cards or even removing all credit cards. macOS 15.4 Beta 3 has not fixed this error.

Hello, I've submitted my game to app store review and got rejected, I sent an appeal on Mar 2, but I didn't receive any confirmation email that the appeal has been sent, which was weird thing since Apple always send confirmation emails! and I didn't receive any response yet! My game is still in rejected state I didn't upload any new version as I wait for the appeal response. M questions are, do Apple usually sends a confirmation emails after submitting an appeal? and should I wait more for the response? (it has been 10 days). Issue: I'm trying to enable In-App Purchases (IAP) in my app, but my provisioning profile does not include the com.apple.developer.in-app-purchase entitlement. When I attempt to build in Xcode, I see the following error: Provisioning profile "iOS Team Provisioning Profile: org.thewhiteowl.mindflow" doesn't include the com.apple.developer.in-app-purchase entitlement. I've already verified my Apple Developer account, and Apple Support confirmed that everything looks correct from their end. Steps Taken So Far: Verified In-App Purchases is Enabled in the Apple Developer Portal under Certificates, Identifiers & Profiles → Identifiers. Accepted All Agreements in App Store Connect → Agreements, Tax, and Banking (everything is marked Active). Created a New Provisioning Profile Manually: . Go to developer.apple.com . We are transferring ownership of an app from one org to another. Most things seem to be transferring as expected thus far according to this page, with the exception of our Xcode Cloud configuration and workflows. I understand that they are connected to source code (Github in this case), so those would probably need to be reconnected, but is there any way to get some of the configuration/workflows transferred?
