Posting a Crash Report
If you need help investigating a crash, please include a crash report in your post. To smooth things along, follow these guidelines: For information on how to get a crash report, see Acquiring crash reports and diagnostic logs. Include the whole crash report as a text attachment (click the paperclip icon and then choose Add File). This avoids clogging up the timeline while also preserving the wealth of information in the crash report. If you’re not able to post your crash report as an attachment, see Can’t Post Crash Report as Attachment below. If you want to highlight a section of the report, include it in the main body of your post. Put the snippet in a code block so that it renders nicely. To create a code block, add a delimiter line containing triple backquotes before and after the block, or just click the Code Block button. If possible, post an Apple crash report. Third-party crash reporters are often missing critical information and have general reliability problems (for an explanation as to why, see Implementing Your Own Crash Reporter). Symbolicate your crash report before posting it. For information on how to do this, see Adding identifiable symbol names to a crash report. If you need to redact the crash report, do so consistently. Imagine you’re building the WaffleVarnish app whose bundle ID is com.example.wafflevarnish but you want to keep your new waffle varnishing technology secret. Replace WaffleVarnish with WwwwwwVvvvvvv and com.example.wafflevarnish with com.eeeeeee.wwwwwwvvvvvvv. This keeps the text in the crash report aligned while making it possible to distinguish the human-readible name of the app (WaffleVarnish) from the bundle ID (com.example.wafflevarnish). Finally, for information on how to use a crash report to debug your own problems, see Diagnosing issues using crash reports and device logs. Can’t Post Crash Report as Attachment Crash reports have two common extensions: .crash and .ips. If you have an .ips file, please post that [1]. DevForums lets you attach a .crash file but not an .ips file (r. 117468172). To work around this, change the extension to .txt. If DevForums complains that your crash report “contains sensitive language”, leave it out of your initial post and attach it to a reply. That often avoids this roadblock. If you still can’t post your crash report, upload it to a file sharing service and include the URL in your post. Post the URL in the clear, per tip 14 in Quinn’s Top Ten DevForums Tips. Getting a Crash Report from the Xcode Organiser The Xcode organiser shows crash reports from customers. If you’re investigating such a crash and want to post a crash report: Navigate to the crash in the Xcode organiser. Note If you can’t see the right crash, check the filter popups at the top. In the list of crashes, secondary click on your crash and choose Show in Finder. That reveals the Xcode crashpoint document (.xccrashpoint) in the Finder. Secondary click on that and choose Show Package Contents. In the resulting Finder window, find a crash report (.crash) that accurately represents the crash you’re investigating and attach that to your forums post. I usually do this by choosing File > Quick Look in the Finder. For more info about these file formats, see this post. Revision History: 2025-08-29 Added the Getting a Crash Report from the Xcode Organiser section. 2024-11-21 Added a recommendation to post the .ips format if possible. 2024-05-21 Added some advice regarding the “contains sensitive language” message. 2023-10-25 Added the Can’t Post Crash Report as Attachment section. Made other minor editorial changes. 2021-08-26 First posted.

Debug Failed in Xcode Simulator
I can‘t use breakpoints on the simulator after updating Xcode and the simulator. I can use breakpoints on a physical iPhone. I tired to download other iOS simulator version, but still not working. Both SwiftUI and UIKit not working. Xcode version: 16.2 SDK version: 18.2 (22C146) Simulator version: 18.3.1 (22D8075) Mac OS version: 15.4 Beta Couldn't find the Objective-C runtime library in loaded images. Message from debugger: The LLDB RPC server has crashed. You may need to manually terminate your process. The crash log is located in ~/Library/Logs/DiagnosticReports and has a prefix 'lldb-rpc-server'. Please file a bug and attach the most recent crash log.

Xcode debugger doesn't pause on breakpoints (simulator SDK < iOS 17)
Hello. I'm seeing an inconsistent behavior where breakpoints I set in my (Swift) iOS app behave normally when I'm debugging on a device or on a simulator running iOS 17.x, but when I try using simulators of iOS 16 or 15 the breakpoints get ignored completely. I also observe that the breakpoints remain solid blue and do NOT adopt the dotted blue outline, as experienced by other users. I've seen a few posts on here and on SO about the general issue of ignored breakpoints (with no conclusive answer AFAIK), but I haven't seen any where the behavior varies with the SDK being used. The behavior is repeatable and predictable (within the same app at least). I am not adding the breakpoints after building/running, and I'm sure the logic reaches the lines with the breakpoints (and again, whenever I switch to an iOS 17 simulator, execution does pause as expected with the exact same breakpoints). Things I've tried and looked into: Clean up project build folder Delete and re-install simulators (iOS 16.4 and 15.5) Deleted the entire derived data directory, as well as the CoreSimulator one. Confirm the build configuration is Debug, and the "Debug executable" option is checked. inspect various build flags mentioned in other posts: {Swift compiler - Code generation - Optimization level - Debug: -0none; Debug information format: DWARF (I also tried DWARF with dSYM with no impact)}. Most of my settings are on the plain vanilla/out of the box side, with only a couple of SPM dependencies, and I've been maintaining the same app for about 5 years and don't think I've come across this behavior before. Currently using Xcode 15.1. Deployment target is 14.0. Thank you.

Crash in iOS 18 regarding [AVPlayerController _observeValueForKeyPath:oldValue:newValue:]
There are significant crash reports coming from iOS 18 users regarding AVKit framework that starts from this line [AVPlayerController _observeValueForKeyPath:oldValue:newValue:] which seems to be coming from iOS internal SDK. There are 2 kinds of crash we found: UI modification on background thread From the stack trace it seems like when AVPictureInPictureController is being deallocated and its view is being removed from superview somehow the code is being executed in background thread because there is this line there _AssertAutoLayoutOnAllowedThreadsOnly highlighted before the crash. But I’ve checked our code that plays around AVPictureInPictureController, in the locations where we would deallocate the object it will always be called on main thread which are insideviewDidLoad and deinit inside UIViewController class. From the log, it seems like the crash happened when user try to open another content when PIP player is active resulting in the current PIP instance will be replaced with a new one. My suspect is the observation logic inside AVPlayerController could be the hint to this issue, probably something broken over there since this issue happened across our app versions on iOS 18 users only. Unfortunately, I was unable to reproduce this issue yet but one of my colleagues reproduced it once but haven’t been able to do it again since. The reports keep raising each day up to 1.3k events in the last 30 days now. Over release object This one has lower reports than the first one but I decided to include it since it might have relevant information regarding the first crash since the starting stack trace is similar. The crash timing seems to be similar to the first one, where we deallocate existing AVPictureInPictureController and later replace it with a new one and also found only in iOS 18 users which also refers to [AVPlayerController _observeValueForKeyPath:oldValue:newValue:]. I also was unable to reproduce this issue so far. Oh, and both of the issues happened on both iPhone and iPad. We’d appreciate any advice on what we can do to avoid this in the future and probably any hint on why it could happened. I have reported this issue with bug number: FB15620734 I also attached one sample crash report for each of the crashes here. non ui thread access.crash over release.crash

Problem loading our login attempt indefinitely
Hi, I have an application published in the Marketplace. I made certain updates to the app. I did my tests. No problem. I did my tests via Testflight. There is no problem I encountered. But my app update request was returned by app review. The answer i got from them ;  "Specifically, our login attempt displayed loading indefinitely; we were unable to access the app features and functionality." Here are the ways that I tried and the app worked successfully. Connect from America using VPN.No problem, it works. I connected from using IPV6.No problem, it works. I tried with simulator. No problem, it works. I tried real device. No problem , it works. I tried testflight. No problem, it works. I tired version 15.2 and earlier. No problem , it works. I have no idea why apple staff are getting this error. Has anyone encountered such a problem before? What solutions would you suggest? I'm waiting for your help.

MPMediaItemPropertyArtwork crashes on Swift 6
Hey all! in my personal quest to make future proof apps moving to Swift 6, one of my app has a problem when setting an artwork image in MPNowPlayingInfoCenter Here's what I'm using to set the metadata func setMetadata(title: String? = nil, artist: String? = nil, artwork: String? = nil) async throws { let defaultArtwork = UIImage(named: "logo")! var nowPlayingInfo = [ MPMediaItemPropertyTitle: title ?? "***", MPMediaItemPropertyArtist: artist ?? "***", MPMediaItemPropertyArtwork: MPMediaItemArtwork(boundsSize: defaultArtwork.size) { _ in defaultArtwork } ] as [String: Any] if let artwork = artwork { guard let url = URL(string: artwork) else { return } let (data, response) = try await URLSession.shared.data(from: url) guard (response as? HTTPURLResponse)?.statusCode == 200 else { return } guard let image = UIImage(data: data) else { return } nowPlayingInfo[MPMediaItemPropertyArtwork] = MPMediaItemArtwork(boundsSize: image.size) { _ in image } } MPNowPlayingInfoCenter.default().nowPlayingInfo = nowPlayingInfo } the app crashes when hitting MPMediaItemPropertyArtwork: MPMediaItemArtwork(boundsSize: defaultArtwork.size) { _ in defaultArtwork } or nowPlayingInfo[MPMediaItemPropertyArtwork] = MPMediaItemArtwork(boundsSize: image.size) { _ in image } commenting out these two make the app work again. Again, no clue on why. Thanks in advance

CIContext sporadically crashes on macOS 15.4/15.5, iOS 18.4/18.5
We have some rather old code that worked for many years, but recently started to crash sporadically here: The crash looks like this: or Our code is called from many threads concurrently, but as said it worked without any issues until recently. I've found the apparently same crash on iOS at this Reddit post: https://www.reddit.com/r/iOSProgramming/comments/1kle4h4/ios_185_doesnt_fix_cicontext_rendering_crash/ Recap: we believe it started on macOS 18.4 and is still on macOS 18.5. But maybe it was already on macOS 18.3. This matches the observation in the Reddit post well. Should we create a feedback with sysdiagnose? Thanks! :)

playSoundFileNamed not working on Tahoe?
I have published a number of games that use SpriteKit for everything important. Since the release of macOS Tahoe, I've had a lot of end user reports saying that sound effects have stopped working in many (but not all) of my titles. I'm not doing anything unusual here – typical code is: sndGameOver = [SKAction playSoundFileNamed:@"Audio/GameOver.wav" waitForCompletion:YES]; Then at the appropriate time: [self runAction:sndGameOver]; Has anyone else encountered this? The code still works fine on previous operating systems, and appears to be fine on iOS too. Has something changed in macOS Tahoe? I'm at a bit of a loss. There's nothing obviously different between the titles that do work and the titles that don't. Suggestions welcomed! Thanks

Issue with multiple touches with "Defer System Gestures" on, with iOS
I'm developing a rhythm game for iOS which has four buttons spanning the width of the screen in portrait. I noticed that my testers were having some missed inputs on the buttons on the left and right due to the fact that iOS, by default, tries to ignore accidental touches on the edges of the screen. So I enabled "Defer System Gestures" on the left and right edges, but then quickly started to notice a new, very specific, issue. Description of the issue If you have finger #1 touching and holding anywhere in the middle of the screen, and finger #2 touches on the far right or left edge of the screen just below the horizontal position of finger #1, those touches are inconsistently not recognized. If finger #1 is not present, this issue does not occur. If finger #2 is above or well below finger #1, this issue also does not occur. A dead zone is created on the right and left edges of the screen just below the horizontal position of the first touch. Here is a rough representative example of where touches #1 and #2 need to be for this issue to manifest, in case the text above is not clear. |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9; 1&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9; 2| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| It just so happens that this issue is causing major usability problems with my game, as it results in what the user sees as sporadic and inconsistent response when the game calls for two notes to be played at the same time. Steps to recreate the issue Here are the steps if you want to recreate the problem yourself using the "Create New Gesture" pane in "Assistive Touch" (Note that this problem is not specific to the Settings app, but rather is an issue across the system—however this panel defers system gestures and shows where touches are being read, so it is a great place to demonstrate): (1) Go to Settings &gt; Accessibility &gt; Touch &gt; Assistive Touch &gt; Create New Gesture...; (2) With one finger, touch the middle of the screen and hold it through step 3; (3) With a second finger, tap 4 times along the right (or left) edge of the screen in the following places: (a) well above the vertical position of the first touch, (b) just above the vertical position of the first touch, (c) just below the vertical position of the first touch, and (d) well below the vertical position of the first touch; (4) Notice how, more than half the time, touch (c) does not register. I have found that this problem is more replicatable when the first touch is on the lower half of the screen, but I have been able to replicate it when the finger is higher as well, just not as consistently. Here are the four positions described in the steps above: Position a: both touches register |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9; 2| |&amp;#9; 1&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| Position b: both touches usually register |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9; 1&amp;#9; 2| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| Position c: only touch 1 registers |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9; 1&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9; 2| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| Position d: both touches register |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9; 1&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9;| |&amp;#9;&amp;#9;&amp;#9; 2| Is there anything I can do to resolve this behavior? My app requires gesture deferment to be on for the expected experience by the user, and this bug is causing other issues for my testers that kind of need to be resolved before I can confidently release the game.

iOS Safari Web Extension MV3 - How to debug service workers?
I'm developing a web extension for Safari on iOS using MV3. The extension is working fine in Chrome, but in Safari I experience some seemingly random issues. I would like to debug it, but here is my problem. I have my iPhone connected via cable to Mac, and it works fine with XCode, so I assume this part is OK. I open Safari or Safari Tech Preview (doesn't matter) on my Mac, developers options are enabled, and in the Develop menu, under my iPhone section, there are things I can debug. There is an entry "[Ext name] - Extension Service Worker" but when I click it, it's empty. Web inspector pops up, but there are no network requests, no logs, nothing. I know the extension is working, because I can stream log to my HTTP server, but I don't see them here at all. I can use console to trigger commands like chrome.storage.local.get(null, console.log) and it shows my local store, so why I don't see any logs? Also, the background script is not visible in the Sources tab, just one weird request: navigator.serviceWorker.register('safari-web-extension://E3449EA7-EC25-4696-8E6C-[ID HERE]/background.js'); </script> Any ideas what went wrong? The entire team of 4 people has the same issue and we can't move forward because of that. Also, the Develop => Service workers or any other menu section doesn't show my service worker. Logs for websites running on my phone are visible and in general web inspector for them works fine.

CarPlay app not receiving data updates when iPhone screen is locked
We are building a CarPlay app and have run into an issue with data updates. When the app is running on the CarPlay display and the iPhone screen is locked, no data updates are shown on the CarPlay screen. As soon as the phone is unlocked, the data updates appear instantly on the CarPlay display. Has anyone encountered this behavior before? Is there a specific setting, entitlement, or background mode we need to enable in order to ensure the CarPlay app continues to receive and display data while the iPhone is locked? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.

iOS App Crashes after install but not when running from Xcode
I have an odd issue I'm trying to troubleshoot. I have an app that is deployed to our enterprise and works on almost all of our devices. Lately, I have devices (very small number) where the app installs from our MDM and it crashes upon launch, it does not get past the launch screen. If I remove and reinstall the app from the MDM it still crashes. I decided to put the devices in developer mode and if I run the App from Xcode on the device it works fine. If I stop it and run it right from the device it also works. If I do a final build of the app and install it using "Devices and Simulators", the app crashes upon launch. Using "Devices and Simulators" I check for crash log for the app and no file. I am stumped as to whats going on.

Unable to test my apps, crashing with provisioning profile validation
Since around September (iOS 26 release), i'm unable to test my app normally. It says "internet connection is required to verify [my certificate id]", or just crashing. All terms and conditions accepted, everything is valid, certificates are OK. Reinstallation via xcode does not help. Removal of provisioning profile, generating new does not help. Revoking of certificate and generating new does for around week, then it happens again, but do i need to do it every week now? In logs i see the following: default amfid validation failed because of missing trust and/or authorization (0xe8008026) error amfid not valid: 0xe8008026: The provisioning profile requires online authorization. error amfid Unexpected MISError (0xe8008026): The provisioning profile requires online authorization. default +0300 amfid /private/var/containers/Bundle/Application/5B8E560E-75B2-46EF-8606-02072D99E9CF//Frameworks/oss.dylib not valid: Error Domain=AppleMobileFileIntegrityError Code=-400 "An unknown error was encountered" UserInfo={NSURL=file:///private/var/containers/Bundle/Application/5B8E560E-75B2-46EF-8606-02072D99E9CF//Frameworks/oss.dylib, NSLocalizedDescription=An unknown error was encountered} default kernel AMFI: code signature validation failed. It looks like apple validation servers are not working, or is it iOS bug? All provisioning profiles are showing like "valid" in apple developer center. My network is not behind a proxy, connection is direct. If use EXACTLY the same app, signed with the same provisioning, same signature, on another test device, it works! When i reset current device to default settings and installing the EXACTLY same app after it, it works as well. Looking for a help from apple developer support

As soon as I run the app in debug the breakpoints are disabled
After updating my system to macOS Tahoe 26.1 and Xcode 26.1, all breakpoints in my project fail to work. When I run the application in Debug mode, any enabled breakpoint (blue) immediately becomes disabled (grayed out) the moment the app launches. The application runs, but the debugger never stops. This issue occurs in any location, including in the application's init() method, which should always be hit. This behavior suggests that the LLDB debugger is failing to attach to the process at launch or is being instructed not to enable breakpoints. System Configuration: Mac Model: MacBook Pro 14" (2021), Apple M1 Pro macOS Version: Tahoe 26.1 Xcode Version: 26.1 Project Type: SwiftUI App for macOS Troubleshooting Steps Performed (All Unsuccessful): We have performed an extensive series of troubleshooting steps to resolve the issue, none of which have worked. These steps include: Basic Project Cleaning: Cleaned the build folder (Product > Clean Build Folder). Deleted the entire DerivedData directory. Deleted the project's xcuserdata folder. Xcode & System Procedures: Restarted Xcode multiple times. Rebooted the Mac multiple times. Reinstalled Xcode Command Line Tools using xcode-select --install. Reset the Xcode path using sudo xcode-select --reset and sudo xcode-select -s /Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer. Forced an update of the system's shared cache with xcrun simctl runtime dyld_shared_cache update --all. Project Build Settings Verification (for Debug configuration): Build Configuration: Verified that the "Run" scheme is set to Debug. Optimization Level: Confirmed it is set to No Optimization [-O0]. Debug Information Format: Confirmed it is set to DWARF with dSYM File. Strip Swift Symbols: Confirmed it is set to No. (This was a new setting noticed after the Xcode update). Enable Hardened Runtime: Attempted setting this to both Yes and No. The issue persists in both cases. Validate Workspace: Confirmed it is set to Yes. Code Signing: Verified that "Automatically manage signing" is enabled with a valid team. Manually deleted and re-created the "Apple Development" certificates via Xcode's Accounts settings. Direct LLDB Testing: Created a ~/.lldbinit file. Using breakpoint list, confirmed that LLDB starts with "No breakpoints currently set," indicating that Xcode is likely not passing the breakpoints to the debugger. Using settings set target.process.stop-on-entry true, confirmed that the app still does not stop on entry, suggesting the debugger is failing to attach to the process at all. Conclusion: Given that all standard and advanced troubleshooting steps have failed, and the issue started immediately after updating both macOS and Xcode to a non-public release (Tahoe 26.1 / Xcode 26.1), this appears to be a regression or a bug in the new development environment. The failure of stop-on-entry strongly suggests a fundamental issue with the debugger attachment process on this specific OS and Xcode combination.

Based on the stack trace, the issue was likely detected while layout was in progress. Our analytics show this happens generally on app launch and occasionally during normal use. I may be overlooking something — any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

On Log Noise - Debugging
I came across several "errors" being reported when I run my app, however my app seems to function correctly. I believe they fall in the category listed on this ( now locked ) thread https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/115461 However, I wanted to post the ones I found to clarify ( close to submission) just in case any of these end up being more than just log noise later.
Share and Enjoy — Quinn “The Eskimo!” @ Developer Technical Support @ Apple let myEmail = "eskimo" + "1" + "@" + "apple.com" [1] Because it’s easy to go from an .ips file to a .crash file.

Duplicate apps launched when debugging in Xcode?
I’ve noticed a strange bug in Xcode 16 and Swift. When a preview is rendering and hasn’t finished yet and you run an app to debug, Xcode is launching two instances of the app. Has anyone else noticed this issue? If you let the preview finish rendering before running the app, this doesn’t happen. Very odd.

EXC_BAD_ACCESS issue need advice
Could you help me with resolving this issue, please. I've got following trace: ksmemory_notifyUnhandledFatalSignal EXC_BAD_ACCESS (KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS) Crashed: com.apple.main-thread EXC_BAD_ACCESS KERN_INVALID_ADDRESS 0x000000000000002b Crashed: com.apple.main-thread 0 KSCrash 0xbff8 ksmemory_notifyUnhandledFatalSignal + 12 1 KSCrash 0xcd6c handleSignal + 100 2 libsystem_platform.dylib 0x4178 _sigtramp + 56 3 libsystem_kernel.dylib 0x42f8 mach_msg2_internal + 76 4 libsystem_kernel.dylib 0x4214 mach_msg_overwrite + 428 5 libsystem_kernel.dylib 0x405c mach_msg + 24 6 CoreFoundation 0x46868 __CFRunLoopServiceMachPort + 160 7 CoreFoundation 0x1d848 __CFRunLoopRun + 1188 8 CoreFoundation 0x1ca6c _CFRunLoopRunSpecificWithOptions + 532 9 GraphicsServices 0x1498 GSEventRunModal + 120 10 UIKitCore 0x9ddf8 -[UIApplication _run] + 792 11 UIKitCore 0x46e54 UIApplicationMain + 336 12 UIKitCore 0x172938 -[UIScrollView contentInset] + 588 13 AppName 0xed9440 main + 4386804800 (AppDelegate.swift:4386804800) 14 ??? 0x189f76e28 (Missing) It appears that a variable or object is attempting to access another object that has already been deallocated. Based on the stack trace, the issue was likely detected while layout was in progress. Our analytics show this happens generally on app launch and occasionally during normal use. Unfortunately, I couldn't gather additional diagnostic data. I tried to reproduce the issue using the Leaks tool and enabled runtime diagnostics (Address Sanitizer, Malloc Scribble, Zombies), but without success. I may be overlooking something — any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance

FamilyActivityPicker Crash on selecting some items
Both view and modifier versions of the FamilyActivityPicker crash randomly when selecting some items (usually the other option) throwing these in the console: [com.apple.FamilyControls.ActivityPickerExtension(1150.1)] Connection to plugin invalidated while in use AX Lookup problem - errorCode:1100 error:Permission denied portName:'com.apple.iphone.axserver' PID:22091 ( 0 AXRuntime 0x00000001c603b0fc _AXGetPortFromCache + 800 1 AXRuntime 0x00000001c603cce0 AXUIElementPerformFencedActionWithValue + 700 2 UIKit 0x0000000230de3ec8 DDE6E0C5-2AC3-3C73-8CFE-BC88DE35BB5F + 1453768 3 libdispatch.dylib 0x0000000103ef0b98 _dispatch_call_block_and_release + 32 4 libdispatch.dylib 0x0000000103ef27bc _dispatch_client_callout + 20 5 libdispatch.dylib 0x0000000103efa66c _dispatch_lane_serial_drain + 832 6 libdispatch.dylib 0x0000000103efb408 _dispatch_lane_invoke + 408 7 libdispatch.dylib 0x0000000103f08404 _dispatch_root_queue_drain_deferred_wlh + 328 8 libdispatch.dylib 0x0000000103f07a38 _dispatch_workloop_worker_thread + 444 9 libsystem_pthread.dylib 0x00000001f0824f20 _pthread_wqthread + 288 10 libsystem_pthread.dylib 0x00000001f0824fc0 start_wqthread + 8 ) This also happens in production apps like the Opal. The questions are: At least how to detect it to be able to manually reload the sheet (like what Opal does and shows an alert when this happens) How to prevent it in the first place? I really appreciate any help you can provide.

PLEASE let me know if you've come across these before and whether they impacted anything or if you can confirm they are just log noise. Thanks in advance! -[RTIInputSystemClient remoteTextInputSessionWithID:performInputOperation:] perform input operation requires a valid sessionID. inputModality = Keyboard, inputOperation = , customInfoType = UIEmojiSearchOperations AVAudioSession_iOS.mm:2,223 Server returned an error from destroySession:. Cannot add page fields because none are specified by the metrics fields context. Did you forget to add an PageMetricsPresenter to the object graph used for actions?
