TestFlight Public Links are a great way to share beta versions of your apps with other members of the Apple Developer Program. With this new channel, you can share your TestFlight Public Links with the developer community, to gather valuable feedback on crucial elements, like technical implementation, user experience, design, and more.
To maximize the benefits of posting TestFlight Public Links in the Developer Forums, here are some best practices to keep in mind:
Provide details: Give comprehensive information about your app, like new features and test cases, and note specific areas where you seek feedback. The more detailed your post is, the better equipped the community will be to provide insight.
Select platforms: Select the platforms that your beta app supports.
Enter categories: Enter the App category you’ve selected or plan to select for your app on the App Store. Categories are critical to ensuring your post can be easily found by interested users.
Stay connected with notifications: Enable web and push notifications so you’ll know when you receive feedback on your post.
Note: The TestFlight app is still the most comprehensive way to gather feedback. This space is meant as a helpful secondary channel.

Hello, I want to add an external test, but I encountered an error when creating the test information. The error message shows that the phone field needs to be filled with only numbers. The following is the error screen
This page has one or more errors.
Please make sure the contact phone number contains only numbers and try again.
Cannot save name because there are other invalid fields.

Has anyone else encountered the same situation?
Thanks.
Hi! Could you please clarify when and why the subscription auto-renewal rate in TestFlight was changed to a daily cycle? Now, the subscription lasts for 6 days! This is causing significant issues in testing. Previously, the 5-minute auto-renewal for weekly subscriptions was an excellent solution.
Is there a way to adjust the auto-renewal timing for an account in TestFlight?
Documentation link: https://developer.apple.com/help/app-store-connect/test-a-beta-version/subscription-renewal-rate-in-testflight.
Thank you for your clarification!
The endpoint /v1/betaAppReviewSubmissions supports post and get requests for creating and querying beta app store review submissions but I would like to be able to withdraw submissions by making a delete request like you can on the website and when using cookies authentication to the same endpoint with tools such as with Fastlane.
Is this API intentionally missing in the official API or is it something that could be added?

When I create new build for TestFlight, it could not install from Test Flight, and show any error/warning/tip, from device's console, I got this error:

After I remove watch app in this app, It could install successful, but this watch app still needed.
I count not find anything about [IconPlatform] in my code, and could not find it in the info.plist files in the .ipa file.
I only do some tiny code change for my app, and it could install in yesterday, but could not install for today. So how to resolve this issue?
I need submit my new build for a urgent company events.

I use Apple Business Manager to install apps on my office iPads and to track them. I am a beta tester for a company that pushes new versions of their software through TestFlight. These iPads are logged into managed apple accounts [apple IDs] under my Apple Business Manager account. When I attempt to open TestFlight, I receive a message "TestFlight is currently unavailable, try again later." If I logout and sign in an iPad under a consumer Apple Account, TestFlight works properly. I however, want to use these iPads under my apple business account.
I'm using App Store Connect API to automate onboarding/off-boarding user invitations for my team members when they start working on my app.
Once devs join the team, I'd like to invite them to the specific app's beta test group. This requires some additional work after the user has joined the team because unlike visibleApps, there's no way to initially indicate the beta test groups that a user should have access to.
One challenge I'm finding is that people don't immediately join the team on time so polling feels a bit excessive/wasteful.
Is there some recommended mechanism for adding users to the internal test flight group, or is there a way to trigger a webhook when the list of users is updated. I noticed that there's a new /v1/marketplaceWebhooks API so I imagine this is the recommended format for registering callbacks.
Any assistance here would be greatly appreciated.

Hello,
i can not instal app from testflight from today. Could you help me with this? It shows: that testflight is not connected to Appstore Conect.
Hi, I have deployed my app on Test Flight, I have two subscriptions, monthly and yearly. User can have one of them at a time and upgrade, downgrade to the other. Upgrade, downgrade, cancel from the Apple Settings worked fine in the sandbox environment when testing locally. Now when I have deployed the app on TestFlight, I was able to purchase the subscription successfully from my app. Now when I want to cancel my subscription from the Apple Settings it gives me the following error after confirming cancellation, 'Your request is temporarily unable to be processed. Please try again later.' Also the other subscription offer (yearly) is also not shown to which I could upgrade, even though in the sandbox I was able to upgrade downgrade from the settings. Another thing I have noticed is that the app Icon or name is not shown anywhere in settings with the subscription. Instead of app icon only empty square is shown. Even though app icon shows fine everywhere else.
Can someone please help me figure out this issue?

Since 1st of September archives uploaded via Xcode 26 beta 7 or builds distributed via CD (fastlane deliver) don't appear in App Store Connect. No errors reported during/after upload process, no e-mails with errors received.
Xcode reports successful upload (with a few warnings regarding dSYM)
I'm not getting any e-mails with ITMS errors
Builds don't appear at in App Store Connect in TestFlight section (not even in "Processing" or "Failed" states).
For me it seems like App Store Connect outage but all statuses in https://www.apple.com/support/systemstatus/ are green.
I try adding people as Sandbox Testers to my App, but Apple keeps saying that they already exist on the team, even though they're not.
It always show "A user with this email address already exists on the team"
It keeps happening with every address I try.
Hello,
I uploaded a new iOS build (1.0.1 - Build 180) to App Store Connect for my app "Benimle Konus". The build has been processed successfully and is marked as "Ready to Test". However, when I try to assign this build to any internal TestFlight group, the group checkboxes are greyed out and cannot be selected.
I’ve made sure that:
All required metadata is filled out.
What’s New and compliance information is complete.
Previous builds worked with the same TestFlight groups.
To fix this, I have uploaded 3 separate builds, but the issue still persists with all of them.
There are no error messages, but I can't continue testing because I can't assign the build to testers.
App ID: 6742759002
Bundle ID: com.benimlekonus.app
Build Version: 1.0.1 (180)
Is this a known issue or something I'm missing? Any help would be appreciated.

Testing
I'm using TestFlight to test an app with payment/subscription functionality. I created sandbox accounts in AppStore Connect accordingly to be able to test the subscriptions. I'm logged in with the sandbox account.
When I try to subscribe in the App the wrong account (this is my actual real AppleID) is used for the subscription although it is recognized that this is just a sandbox subscription.
I tried:
logging off/on into the sandbox account
creating a totally new sandbox account
trying to trigger the payment with no logged in sandbox account
The result is always: in the payment popup it is stated that the purchase account will be my original AppleID and not a sandbox account.
How can I switch the accounts? Is this a bug at Apple's side somehow?

Hi everyone,
we are currently facing an issue with one of our apps regarding the new icon requirements in iOS 26.
• We created the app icon using Apple’s Icon Composer.
• On the device, everything works perfectly: the app icon is shown on the home screen, and it can also be customized with the new iOS 26 features (colors, transparency, etc.).
• However, in TestFlight the app icon is not displayed at all (in the TestFlight app on the device).
• In App Store Connect, the icon is also not shown in the overview for the app. Interestingly, within the list of TestFlight builds in App Store Connect the icon is visible.
What we have tried so far:
• Created an archive and manually uploaded it to App Store Connect → no icon in TestFlight.
• Took the working Icon Composer asset from another app target where everything works correctly, deleted the old one in this project, and copied the working asset into the problematic target. → Same behavior: visible on the device, but still missing in TestFlight and App Store Connect overview.
In contrast, in another app (using the same workflow and also Icon Composer), everything works perfectly: the icon shows up on the device, in TestFlight, and in App Store Connect.
Has anyone experienced a similar situation? Is there something specific that needs to be set in App Store Connect (e.g. Marketing Icon / Branding section), or could this be related to the new iOS 26 icon handling?
Any help or hints would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance!

Hi,
I have an application published in the Marketplace.
I made certain updates to the app.
I did my tests.No problem.
I did my tests via Testflight.
There is no problem I encountered.
But my app update request was returned by app review.
The answer i got from them ;
"Specifically, our login attempt displayed loading indefinitely; we were unable to access the app features and functionality."
Here are the ways that I tried and the app worked successfully.
Connect from America using VPN.No problem, it works.
I connected from using IPV6.No problem, it works.
I tried with simulator. No problem, it works.
I tried real device. No problem , it works.
I tried testflight. No problem, it works.
I tired version 15.2 and earlier. No problem , it works.
I have no idea why apple staff are getting this error.
Has anyone encountered such a problem before? What solutions would you suggest? I'm waiting for your help.

Hi,
I run a midsize business. Apple recommends for company owned devices and for other reasons to use Apple Business managed Apple IDs for the employees. After that, you have to use a MDM System for e.g. deploying apps and licenses.
Testflight is an app that can be deployed too. But....Testflight can not more than to say "Hello" on a managed device. The use of Testflight and to test our developed apps is not possible with a managed ID.
Can anyone explain to me this thinking or what is recommended than. Setting up a private Apple ID for that purpose...which on the other hand, Apple do not want or does not recommend.

Me and my team can not open the Testflight app on iOS 15/16/17 Devices, all the time a ErrorMessage appears:
App can not be loaded, Testflight is not available at the moment.
On iOS 18 all works as expected!
@apple any idears for all of the testers?
Hello,
I uploaded a new build to TestFlight, and it has been about an hour since the processing was completed.
However, the update is still not showing up in the TestFlight app.
From my experience, the update usually appears within 10 to 30 minutes, but this time it is taking unusually long.
I’m wondering if anyone else has experienced a similar issue and found a solution.
Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated.
Thank you!
