Hello, we are considering closing some subscription plans and we want to ask if it is possible to migrate users from old subscriptions to new subscriptions. If so, what is the easiest way to do it? Example: The user has purchased the old subscription for a period of 3 months. We want to delete this purchased subscription (informing the user beforehand) and transfer him to the new subscription. I would like to know if there is a way in iOS to get information on what app is on screen while screen sharing with ReplayKit. Does the iOS SDK provide a function to retrieve the name of the app on screen while screen sharing with ReplayKit? If yes, what class and method provide the function?

I have an audio video meeting website implemented in javascript. When i am connected to the meeting and while meeting is going on, If the user goes to background and speaks the end user will not be able to hear until chrome comes to foreground. This issue is not happening in safari. Any help would be helpful

Facing an issue with my webapp wherein the screen is freezing up on safari/chrome and edge if a user is switching to another app or keeping the phone idle. Browser works fine on other web pages. Its just that page has to be reloaded where my webapp is open. Doesn't happen in desktop browser or any android mobile device. My users are facing it, when I use the same Os version and device, it doesn't seem to happen. Also, not restricted to one screen. please suggest what this issue could be or how to reproduce... it has only started since a few months ago, since last iOs release I believe and now more users are facing it...

When I download either the iOS 13 beta 4 or the iPadOS 13 beta 4 profiles in the current Downloads area here on the developer site I get an iOS_iPadOS_13_Beta_Profile.mobileconfig. Is the iPadOS profile valid for iOS beta testing as well?-Doug

Updated to iOS 16 beta and watchOS 9. Ever since I did the update I can no longer unlock my phone with my watch when wearing a mask. Just thought I would mention it just in case (might have missed someone else’s post about it).

After testing iOS16, I've found a serious bug that make all apps with PencilKit (Prodrafts, InDraft, Pencil it in, Paint...) completely useless: If a canvasView is scrolled, all existing strokes will be shifted while writing with Apple Pencil. After writing, all strokes will be shifted back to its positions but it make users unable to write anything. This bug is also occurs in the example app of PencilKit: https://developer.apple.com/documentation/pencilkit/drawing_with_pencilkit It's easy to reprocedure: Run the example app, open a note, scroll down, then write something. You will see the bug (this bug only happens in iOS 16 and iPadOS 16). I have sent multiple bug reports since the first days of the beta, none of them are answered. It's been 2 beta versions and the bug has not been fixed yet. I'm an indie developer and I have worked with my app for 2 years - full time - 12 hours a day - no weekend. The main feature of my app is taking note with Apple Pencil and this bug made my app completely broken. I'm terrifying that 2 years of my work will be wasted. Please answer me, give me hope. Thank you :(

My iPhone 11 was working perfectly fine. It’s not been dropped. Never gotten wet. Never had any issues. I updated to iOS 15.5 and now suddenly the bottom section of my touch screen no longer works and intermittently the rest of my touch screen stops as well. I tried restarting my phone. That gets rid of the intermittent glitch on the rest of the screen but does not fix the bottom issue. I can’t swipe up to log in. I tried doing a hard restart (vol up, vol down, power button till apple logo comes up) still nothing. I tried resetting all my setting options (which is a total pain ) as someone suggested online and still nothing. I DO NOT want to factory reset my phone. I have far too much to lose. Another issue that’s now come up since the update is my screen glitching out, again intermittently, when trying to use it in landscape mode since I can’t use the normal way. How do I fix my phone? The cost of an apple phone is a lot of money for people to invest in. Why can’t you figure out how to put out these updates without messing peoples phones up? This isn’t the first time this has happened to me and I’m not going to go get a new phone or new screen for something I didn’t wreck. I never had these issues with my android phones. I switched to iPhones because they were supposed to be so much better but I’m seriously starting to think I made a huge mistake. If apples updates are the cause of peoples phones no longer working why should we have to pay to fix them? I use my phone for majority of things and now it takes me a ridiculous amount to time just to do the most basic functions. How do I fix this?

Hi folks, I'm working on a project where I am updating the UIMenu I have configured from a button's menu with showsMenuAsPrimaryAction. However, the updateVisibleMenu API doesn't seem to actually update the visible menu as it should. Does anyone know of a workaround or existing radar issue surrounding this API? I ran Apple's demo code of UpdateMenuViewController that should showcase this feature and that also does not appear to work! Nothing in the displayed menu changes when their timer hits and the visible menu stays the same. They configure their menu differently, but irregardless of this, neither work with this API. When I debug the menu, in one call I get through and return the menu with updated state/attributes for the elements, but nothing has changed in it. When I break into it a second time while it's still visible the menu I receive is still the original one before the first update that I made changes to.

Hi, im here to have a little chat about iphone 13 pro max . Im a streamer using iphone 13 pro max i bought the device when it first comes to play pubg mobile on 90 fps then problems started to happen from both pubg company and apple company updates making the game lagging on 90 fps and put the phone only on 40 fps recently i have been using apple 15.4.1 update and everything was fine until 2 days ago pubg have lunched a new season update and the 90 fps problem came again making the phone operating only on 40 fps i tried to update to the newest ios update which is 15.5 but the problem still there after contacting pubg mobile they said that the problem is from apple company they’re trying to save battery life . So how can a company lunching a new feature which is the 120 hertz screen which enables people to play 90 fps on games and then they limiting this feature due to battery saving plans ? Like people is paying $1200 buying the phone to enjoy the smoothness of the fps and then apple limit this feature there are too many people who is damaged from this problem and looking for a solution so can you please let me know what’s going on? You might be only an advisor but can you like connect me to a developer or something . It is just lagging to much like is it literally 40 fps i have connected my phone to the computer using an app to measure the fps so when i use guided access it is only 40 fps so much lag cant even play when i disable guided access it is a steady 78 fps with fake damage which means fake fps but before everything was nice and clean can you fix the problem

in ios 16, branded live wallpapers and special ones for the iphone xs max model have completely disappeared, which is very sad, I hope that Apple developers will return live wallpapers from live photo and exclusive for that model live wallpapers and that I have already tried to put several live photos as wallpaper, but they are just like a static picture and more than one tip from apple care support did not help

Hello: About a week ago I noticed that the "Health & Fitness" folder I created to hold all of my health apps on my home screen entirely disappeared. I keep all of my apps nicely organized into folders on my home screen based on category. All of my other folders remained. The health apps that were in the folder ARE NOT visible anywhere on my home screens, however, THEY ARE able to be found and used by swiping left to my app library search screen. I can search for the apps there and use them. This is bizarre to me as I would think that if the apps were still downloaded onto my phone, then they would appear somewhere on a home screen even if the folder they were in somehow got deleted. Is there a way to get this folder back or at least have the apps populate back on my home screen so that I can create another folder and not have to search for them every time? I have an iPhone 13 Pro running iOS 15.5 Thanks!

I was developing an app which contains an 'virtual' touchpad. It controls the position of the cursor by calculating the position of the finger on its view. (The icon in front of the dividing line on the toolbar) However, it works differently on the iPhone running iOS 16 between Xcode14's iOS 16 Stimulator. It work properly on real iPhone, but it doesn't work on stimulator. When finger start sliding from the icon, and was about to sliding on the keyboard, it seems the touchpad view lost the touch information of the finger, and it doesn't work. I think it may because the keyboard view hierarchy is higher than the app, thus the touch event was passed to the keyboard, and the app can't receive the touch event.

Hello, I'm a Flutter developer and I'm trying to deploy my first IOS app (I don't know anything about the Apple world). I managed to submit the app on the appstore via codeMagic, but I couldn't test it before not having an iPhone or a mac! Apple sent me 2 crashlogs telling me that they tried to launch the app, but it crashed. I understood that I had to symbolic logs to get more info, but I'm reaching the limits of what I can do with the CodeMagic VM (20mn sessions, and I don't know anything about macOS...) I tried symbolizing with macSymbolicator but it doesn't work, it says it doesn't understand crashlogs (unknown format) Could someone do it for me please and tell me what crashes?? I can provide the artifacts and the 2 crashlogs from Apple Thank you in advance ! Sebastian, Nantes

This documentation: Documentation/Bundle/Resources/Information Property List/Data and storage/NSSupportsPurgeableLocalStorage says: Property List Key NSSupportsPurgeableLocalStorage A Boolean value indicating whether the app continues working if the system purges the local storage. Under what conditions does the system "[purge] the local storage", and does this mean the entire local storage for the app? I can see how when a user deletes an app the local storage would be deleted, but then the app would not continue working, since it's no longer on the device.
