TestFlight - The requested app is not available
Hello- I'm new to this so I'm in need of some help. I've attempted to upload a number of versions of tiny apps I've been making to beta test with friends. However I am unable to install the app via TestFlight on my own phone and iPad. As I get the error message "The requested app is not available or does not exist." I've seen a lot of posts with the same problem but no fixes. I've been going through the Apple documentation and I can't figure out what I'm missing. Has anyone had this problem and solved it? I'm uploading to App Connect. I guess I'll try the straight to TestFlight option next. Any help is appreciated.

Tips from App Review
Here are some tips from App Review for a smooth review experience. We’ve split them into two categories: Before You Submit and After You Submit. We’ve also made an easy-to-follow Submission Guide you can save and reference at any point on your App Store journey. Before You Submit Tips Enable a complete review. Make sure you’ve provided demo accounts or implemented an account demonstration mode before you submit. We’ll need to review the entire app experience, both with and without an account. Provide up-to-date demo account login credentials in the App Review Information section on the app version page in App Store Connect. If your app has multiple account types (such as admin and general users), use the Notes field to provide additional demo account credentials for each account type. If your app requires an authentication code in addition to the login credentials, provide the code in advance in the Notes field. Otherwise, a call may be required to complete the review. Apps that handle sensitive user information, or operate in highly regulated industries, can implement demonstration modes that exhibit full features and functionality while using demonstration data. Use the Notes field in App Store Connect to provide information to App Review. The App Review Information section of App Store Connect includes a Notes field. Provide any information that could be relevant to your submission’s review: Submitting a new app? Tell us about your app's concept, business model, and if your app is designed to only operate in certain locations. Submitting an update? Tell us about what’s changed and where to locate significant new content or features. Connecting to hardware? Attach a video, not a screen recording, that shows both the hardware and the app running on a physical Apple device as they pair and interact. Test your app on physical devices before submitting for review. Use TestFlight to distribute your app for beta testing. App Review evaluates apps the way your users will use them: installed on real devices and connected to networks with real-world conditions. Make sure your pre-submission testing includes running the app on each device platform where it could be used. Users expect the app to function on all the devices where it’s available. TestFlight will help you do quality assurance and beta testing on real devices. Share your beta app with internal testers on your Apple Developer Program account or to external users via an email invite or public link. Configure In-App Purchases for review in the sandbox environment. App Review assesses In-App Purchases in the same sandbox environment Apple provides for testing them. The sandbox lets us use real product data and server-to-server transactions, without incurring any financial charges. Take these steps to prepare your In-App Purchases for review: Accept the Paid Applications Agreement in App Store Connect. Submit the In-App Purchases in App Store Connect that you’d like reviewed. Follow the steps in TN3186: Troubleshooting In-App Purchases availability in the sandbox if your app fails to display your In-App Purchases. Note: In-App Purchases don’t need prior approval from App Review to function in review. Join a Meet with Apple event if you need assistance before you submit for review. Request an App Review appointment through Meet with Apple to chat with an App Review expert about how to prepare for review, ask questions about specific guidelines, and discuss other topics related to the review process. Appointments are subject to availability during your local business hours on Tuesdays and Thursdays. After You Submit Tips Contact App Review if you need assistance with an ongoing submission. If your submission doesn’t pass review and you have questions, contact App Review directly by clicking Reply to App Review in App Store Connect. You’ll receive a reply from a review specialist who’s familiar with your app. You can also use the Reply to App Review message window to request a call with an Apple representative. Include your preferred time and language for the call and we’ll do our best to accommodate your requests. Use the Bug Fix Submissions process to quickly deliver bug fixes and resolve other issues on the next submission. If an update includes bug fixes and is rejected, you will be given the option to resolve the issues on your next submission, as long as there are no legal or safety concerns. App Review will let you know if your submission is eligible by including this note at the top of the rejection message: Bug Fix Submissions The issues we've identified below are eligible to be resolved on your next update. To accept this offer, simply reply to the rejection message in App Store Connect and let App Review know you’ll resolve the issues on the next submission. Share ideas with Apple about how to improve or clarify the App Review Guidelines by submitting guideline feedback. Just as the App Store is always changing and improving to keep up with the needs of customers, the App Review Guidelines may be revised to provide new and updated guidance. If you have ideas for improving or clarifying our requirements you can suggest guideline changes. If your submission was rejected but you believe it follows the App Review Guidelines, consider submitting an appeal to the App Review Board. If your submission didn’t pass review but you have reason to believe it follows the App Review Guidelines, you can submit an appeal to the App Review Board. You can also file an appeal if you think we misunderstood your app or the review was unfair. The App Review Board will contact you as soon as they complete their investigation.

ITMS-90426: Invalid Swift Support - The SwiftSupport folder is missing. Rebuild your app using the current public (GM) version of Xcode and resubmit it
We are getting the above mentioned error while uploading to TestFlight. We have used a Swift Class to request for the Age Range via DeclaredAgeRange Framework. We have exposed Swift class and a helper function to be available in Objective-C layer. We have enabled the following build settings SWIFT_OBJC_INTERFACE_HEADER_NAME = "Common-Swift.h"; SWIFT_OBJC_BRIDGING_HEADER = "Common-Bridging-Header.h "; ALWAYS_EMBED_SWIFT_STANDARD_LIBRARIES = YES Also we are compiling the application using latest available Xcode release 17C52 Is there anything else we need to do to resolve the error?

Trouble setting up watches to use TestFlight that are AWFK configured
I am developing a simple watch app and I use my personal watch for development with Xcode. Personal watch is series 10 gps only. I have two other watches that I want to use for testing the app, but not needing them to be connected to Xcode. The test watches have cellular option, and I need a cell plan per watch because the watches need to be standalone, not counting initial setup. To get the standalone cell plan the watches need to be configured using AWFK. Here is what I have tried/current issues. I switch between all three watches on my phone using the watch app. Originally tried to put test watches in developer mode, thinking I would connect to Xcode, developer mode is not available when watch is setup using AWFK. Pushed the watch app to apple connect, setup TestFlight group, added the test users and my phone user, accepted invites TestFlight is installed on my phone, I see the testflight setup for the watch app I set a test watch using watch app on the phone, run install for the test app from TestFlight on the phone, spinner moves for awhile then goes back to Install. I am not able to get the watch app installed on the test watches from the phone. Is what I am attempting to do supported? I haven't found much specific documentation on this. If I pair the test watches as regular watches, set them to developer mode, can I pair them again as AWFK and will developer mode survive the switch? Or is there something really simple that I'm overlooking? Appreciate any help that can be extended.

I need help with my TestFlight crash report. I have already symbolicated my crash report but I don't see an error.
My application always crashes at the same position when I open it on my iPad Air. It doesn't crash in debug mode which makes it very difficult for me to find the issue. Facing 2 issues: Issue uploading for external testers, and issue in downloading the app for internal testers. Although the app work perfeclty when i build it directly locally to my phone.
Although the application functions correctly when deployed locally to a physical iPhone using Flutter (direct debug/development build via Xcode), we are encountering the following issues only within App Store Connect / TestFlight: 1- Internal Testing Issue: After completing all required steps in App Store Connect and adding internal testers, testers are unable to install the app. TestFlight displays the error: “Could not install app. The requested app is not available or doesn’t exist.” 2- External Testing Issue: When attempting to add a processed build to an External Testing group (Public Link), App Store Connect returns the following message: “There was an error processing your request. Please try again later.” The build has successfully uploaded and processed, and is marked as Ready to Submit in TestFlight. These issues do not occur during direct device deployment and appear to be isolated to TestFlight / App Store Connect. We would appreciate guidance on how to solve this issue which is preventing TestFlight distribution. *Note: we tried multible builds and upgraded the version 4 times, and we signed all agreements.

"Final reminder: Answer the updated age ratings questions." But there are no questions
I received the email from Apple entitled "Final reminder: Answer the updated age ratings questions." However if I login to App Connect, or click on the link in the email to go directly to App Connect, there are no questions. There are 6 tabs/sections in App Connect, flicking through them, there are no questions about age ratings. Even if I could find these questions, if there are no apps actually released to the App Store (and no plans to release any) is answering these questions necessary? The Apple email sounds quite threatening in its tone, hinting at consequences if you don't comply, but I can't comply because no questions in App Connect are being presented.

ASWebAuthenticationSession: Form submit fails on TestFlight unless submitted through Keychain autofill
I'm experiencing a strange issue where ASWebAuthenticationSession works perfectly when running from Xcode (both Debug and Release), but fails on TestFlight builds. The setup: iOS app using ASWebAuthenticationSession for OIDC login (Keycloak) Custom URL scheme callback (myapp://) prefersEphemeralWebBrowserSession = false The issue: When using iOS Keychain autofill (with Face ID/Touch ID or normal iphone pw, that auto-submits the form) -> works perfectly When manually typing credentials and clicking the login button -> fails with white screen When it fails, the form POST from Keycloak back to my server (/signin-oidc) never reaches the server at all. The authentication session just shows a white screen. Reproduced on: Multiple devices (iPhone 15 Pro, etc.) iOS 18.x Xcode 16.x Multiple TestFlight testers confirmed same behavior What I've tried: Clearing Safari cookies/data prefersEphemeralWebBrowserSession = true and false Different SameSite cookie policies on server Verified custom URL scheme is registered and works (testing myapp://test in Safari opens the app) Why custom URL scheme instead of Universal Links: We couldn't get Universal Links to trigger from a js redirect (window.location.href) within ASWebAuthenticationSession. Only custom URL schemes seemed to be intercepted. If there's a way to make Universal Links work in this context, without a manual user-interaction we'd be happy to try. iOS Keychain autofill works The only working path is iOS Keychain autofill that requires iphone-authentication and auto-submits the form. Any manual form submission fails, but only on TestFlight - not Xcode builds. Has anyone encountered this or know a workaround?

Monthly subscriptions immediately fail with "purchase cancelled" while yearly subscriptions work fine
I'm experiencing an issue where monthly and family monthly subscriptions fail immediately with "purchase cancelled" in TestFlight, while yearly and family yearly subscriptions work correctly. Setup: All 4 products in same subscription group All show "Ready to Submit" status Using react-native-iap with StoreKit 2 Testing in TestFlight sandbox The Problem: Yearly subscriptions work fine Monthly subscriptions fail immediately with E_USER_CANCELLED (no dialog appears, user didn't cancel) What I've verified: No active subscriptions (getAvailablePurchases() returns empty) No pending transactions Same subscription group for all products Product IDs match App Store Connect Code is identical for all products Error: E_USER_CANCELLED fires immediately when calling requestPurchase() for monthly products, but yearly products proceed normally. Questions: Why would monthly fail while yearly works (same group, same config)? Could this be sandbox state corruption for monthly products? Should I delete/recreate the monthly products? Any insights would be appreciated!

TestFlight shows “could not install”.
Hello, My app (App ID: 1616628950) is already published on the App Store, but recently we’ve been unable to install the TestFlight build for testing. The TestFlight build shows the green “Testing” status, but whenever we try to install it, we get this message: “Could not install / The requested application is not available or does not exist.” The TestFlight version is the same as the one currently live on the App Store, and the App Store version installs without any issue. I wanted to share this here in case someone from the team could check whether the TestFlight build might be stuck or misconfigured on the backend. Thank you very much for your time and help!

ASC rejects ReplayKit Broadcast Upload appex: RPBroadcastProcessMode “not specified” (key present in IPA & swinfo)
Summary App Store Connect validation (Transporter) is rejecting a build that includes a ReplayKit Broadcast Upload extension. The validator reports that RPBroadcastProcessMode is “not specified”, but the shipped IPA’s Upload appex Info.plist has the key at the documented nested path, and Apple’s own analyser (swinfo) shows the same key/value. Error (Transporter 409) “Invalid Info.plist value. The value for the key 'RPBroadcastProcessMode' in bundle BeamRoomHost.app/PlugIns/BeamRoomUpload2.appex is invalid. RPBroadcastProcessMode value must be 'RPBroadcastProcessModeSampleBuffer' or 'RPBroadcastProcessModeMP4Clip'. Questions • Is there a current ingest/validator issue where RPBroadcastProcessMode is not read from the nested path in Upload appex Info.plist? • Are there any additional expectations for ReplayKit Upload appex in ASC validation beyond the documented nested key? • Any recommended workaround while this is investigated? How to Reserve an App Name in App Store Connect Before app's Release?
Hello Apple Dev Support, Our company is preparing to submit an iOS and iPadOS application. When development commenced nine months ago, the application name was available. However, during the submission process for internal and external testing via TestFlight, we discovered that the name is already in use. We are seeking a solution to secure our application name, ensuring its exclusive use for our purposes. We anticipate approximately four to five months of development before the application's release. If we submit our application for Apple review and receive approval but refrain from releasing it, would this action reserve or register the name for our exclusive use, preventing others from utilizing it? Thank you

Urgent Help Needed: Apple Developer Account Deleted Due to App Name Similarity Issue
Hello everyone, I'm a developer who has been facing a significant issue with my Apple Developer account and the app submission process. I hope to get some guidance or assistance from the community or Apple support. Timeline of Events Four months ago: I prepared an app and submitted it to TestFlight for review. Initial rejection: The app was rejected due to technical issues such as screenshots, app description, and insufficient permission explanations for features like location, camera, and microphone. Resubmission after fixes: I carefully addressed all the issues mentioned by the Apple review team and resubmitted the app. Second rejection: This time, the app was rejected citing general policy violations related to copyright issues. The rejection was vague, and I couldn’t understand the exact problem. Further attempts: To resolve the issue, I removed all video, photo, and media content from the app and resubmitted it. However, it was still rejected for the same reason. I went through this process about 7-8 times, each time getting rejected without clarity on the root cause. Account deletion notice: Eventually, I received an email stating that my account was set to be deleted in 30 days. This was alarming because I had been diligently trying to comply with Apple’s policies for months. Deleting the app: To prevent any harm to my account, I decided to delete the app from my account within the 30-day period, effectively abandoning the project. Account still deleted: Despite deleting the app, my account was still deleted after 30 days. Discovery of similar app name: Later, I noticed that there was another app on the App Store with a name very similar to mine. For example, my app was named "ABcdefgh," and the existing app was "AB.cdefgh," with the only difference being the "." I believe this name similarity might have been the cause of the copyright issue, but it was too late as my account had already been deleted. Contact with Apple Turkey: I reached out to Apple Turkey, and they were very attentive, spending about 40 minutes trying to help me. However, they ultimately informed me that they couldn’t intervene and that the issue could only be resolved through Apple America. Attempts to contact Apple America: I tried filling out forms multiple times to contact Apple, but since I had deleted the app, I couldn’t see the responses from the team. Impact of the Issue This situation has been very distressing as I’ve lost my developer account and the ability to publish apps. My users are constantly inquiring about the iOS versions of my apps, and I’m unable to provide them due to this issue. Request for Assistance I’m seeking advice on how to resolve this issue. Specifically: Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with app name similarity leading to account deletion? Are there any specific steps I can take to appeal the account deletion? Is there a direct way to contact Apple America for developer account issues? Any guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you for taking the time to read my post. I appreciate any help or suggestions you can provide. Best regards.

Waiting for review
I'm having trouble with the app review process. My app has been in "Pending Review" status for almost 30 days, when normally it would be completed within 12 hours. We have a big launch event coming up, and this delay is significantly impacting our plans. I recently deleted my old review request and resubmitted it and it's still in Waiting for review status I need help Has anyone else experienced similar delays recently? Any advice on how to speed up the process or report the issue to Apple would be appreciated.

Local Network Discovery Works in Debug but Not in TestFlight (Wi-Fi Speaker Connection Issue)
Hi team, I’m having an issue with my iOS app related to local network communication and connecting to a Wi-Fi speaker. My app works similar to the “4Stream” application. The speaker and the mobile device must be on the same Wi-Fi network so the app can discover and connect to the speaker. What’s happening: When I run the app directly from Xcode in debug mode, everything works perfectly. The speaker gets discovered. The speaker gets connected successfully. The connection flow completes without any problem. But when I upload the same build to TestFlight, the behaviour changes completely. The app gets stuck on the “Connecting…” screen. The speaker is not discovered. But the same code is working fine on Android It never moves forward from that state. So basically: Debug Mode: Speaker is detected and connected properly TestFlight: Stuck at “Connecting…”, speaker does NOT get connected This makes me believe something related to local network access, multicast, Wi-Fi info permissions, or Bonjour discovery is not being applied correctly in the release/TestFlight environment. Below is my current Info.plist and Entitlements file, which already include Local Network Usage, Bonjour services, Location usage for SSID, multicast entitlements, wifi-info, etc. My Info.plist <key>CADisableMinimumFrameDurationOnPhone</key> <true/> <key>CFBundleDevelopmentRegion</key> <string>en</string> <key>CFBundleDisplayName</key> <string>Wanwun</string> <key>CFBundleExecutable</key> <string>$(EXECUTABLE_NAME)</string> <key>CFBundleIdentifier</key> <string>$(PRODUCT_BUNDLE_IDENTIFIER)</string> <key>CFBundleInfoDictionaryVersion</key> <string>6.0</string> <key>CFBundleName</key> <string>$(PRODUCT_NAME)</string> <key>CFBundlePackageType</key> <string>APPL</string> <key>CFBundleShortVersionString</key> <string>$(MARKETING_VERSION)</string> <key>CFBundleSignature</key> <string>????</string> <key>CFBundleVersion</key> <string>$(CURRENT_PROJECT_VERSION)</string> <key>LSRequiresIPhoneOS</key> <true/> <!-- Allow HTTP to devices on LAN --> <key>NSAppTransportSecurity</key> <dict> <key>NSAllowsArbitraryLoads</key> <true/> <key>NSExceptionDomains</key> <dict> <key>local</key> <dict> <key>NSExceptionAllowsInsecureHTTPLoads</key> <true/> <key>NSIncludesSubdomains</key> <true/> </dict> <key>localhost</key> <dict> <key>NSExceptionAllowsInsecureHTTPLoads</key> <true/> <key>NSIncludesSubdomains</key> <true/> </dict> </dict> </dict> <!-- Local Network Usage --> <key>NSLocalNetworkUsageDescription</key> <string>This app needs local network access to discover and control your sound system device over Wi-Fi.</string> <!-- Bonjour services for discovery --> <key>NSBonjourServices</key> <array> <string>_http._tcp.</string> <string>_wrtn._tcp.</string> <string>_services._dns-sd._udp.</string> </array> <!-- Location for SSID Permission --> <key>NSLocationWhenInUseUsageDescription</key> <string>This app requires location access to read the connected Wi-Fi information.</string> <!-- Camera / Photos --> <key>NSCameraUsageDescription</key> <string>This app needs camera access to capture attendance photos.</string> <key>NSPhotoLibraryAddUsageDescription</key> <string>This app saves captured photos to your gallery.</string> <key>NSPhotoLibraryUsageDescription</key> <string>This app needs access to your gallery to upload existing images.</string> <!-- Bluetooth --> <key>NSBluetoothAlwaysUsageDescription</key> <string>This app uses Bluetooth to discover nearby sound system devices.</string> <key>NSBluetoothPeripheralUsageDescription</key> <string>This app uses Bluetooth to connect with your sound system.</string> <!-- Launch screen --> <key>UILaunchStoryboardName</key> <string>LaunchScreen</string> <!-- Device Capabilities --> <key>UIRequiredDeviceCapabilities</key> <array> <string>arm64</string> </array> <!-- Orientation --> <key>UISupportedInterfaceOrientations</key> <array> <string>UIInterfaceOrientationPortrait</string> <string>UIInterfaceOrientationLandscapeLeft</string> <string>UIInterfaceOrientationLandscapeRight</string> </array> <key>UIViewControllerBasedStatusBarAppearance</key> <false/> My Entitlements What I need help with: I want to understand why the app behaves correctly in debug mode (where the speaker connects without issues), but the same functionality fails in TestFlight. Is there something additional required for: Local network discovery on TestFlight? Multicast networking? Reading the Wi-Fi SSID? Bonjour, service scanning? Release build / TestFlight network permissions? If any extra entitlement approval, configuration, or specific service type is needed for TestFlight builds, please guide me. Thank you for your help.

Regarding "Overview of app transfer"
My iPhone VoIP app, which I'm developing, uses Apple Push Notification service (APNs). I have a question regarding the following statement found in "[Overview of app transfer > Apps using push notifications]" Overview of app transfer You must manually reestablish push notification services if transferring an app that uses the Apple Push Notifications service (APNs). The recipient must create a new client SSL certificate using their developer account, as associated client SSL certificates, TLS certificates, and authentication tokens aren’t transferred. Question Let's say the recipient of the app transfer creates a "new SSL certificates, TLS certificates, and authentication tokens." Afterward, we need to verify that the Apple Push Notification service (APNs) works correctly when combining the transferred app with this "new SSL certificates, TLS certificates, and authentication tokens." However, until the recipient finishes verifying that it works correctly, the transferor want to keep the app available for download as before and be able to use the Apple Push Notification service. Is this possible? More specifically, can the recipient test the app to be transferred on TestFlight "before the transfer is completed"? I want to combine it with the "new SSL certificates, TLS certificates, and authentication tokens." and test it on TestFlight. Reading "[Initiate an app transfer]," it mentions the existence of a "Pending App Transfer" status. During this "Pending App Transfer" status, can the recipient test the app on TestFlight? Initiate an app transfer After you initiate the transfer, the app stays in its previous status, with the Pending App Transfer status added, until the recipient accepts it or the transfer expires after 60 days. Also, if there are any documents describing these procedures, I would appreciate it if you could share them. Thank you very much.

Age Ratings Responses - Required for TestFlight also?
I have a Apple Developer accounts for development purposes only and that is also used for testing builds via TestFlight. Is the Age Ratings Responses updates due by the end of January 2026 still required even to send builds to TestFlight?

The key was not specified.” Example error ID seen: 94ec8b42-ef1b-44e8-9d70-2c76458e1bb3 Environment • Xcode 26.0.1 (17A400) • macOS 15.6 (24G84) • Transporter 1.3.4 (13410) • App Apple ID: 6752822011 • Host bundle: com.conornolan.BeamRoomHost • Upload appex bundle: com.conornolan.BeamRoomHost.BeamRoomUpload2 • Version/Build: 0.9.4 (14) Most recent reproduction: 2025-10-02 ~09:00 GMT+1 Proof the key exists (from the IPA) Inside the IPA at: Payload/BeamRoomHost.app/PlugIns/BeamRoomUpload2.appex/Info.plist NSExtension.NSExtensionPointIdentifier = com.apple.broadcast-services-upload NSExtension.NSExtensionAttributes.RPBroadcastProcessMode = RPBroadcastProcessModeSampleBuffer Proof from Apple’s analyser (swinfo) for the same IPA asset-description.plist contains: … RPBroadcastProcessMode = RPBroadcastProcessModeSampleBuffer … Minimal plist shape used (Upload appex Info.plist) CFBundleDevelopmentRegionen-GB CFBundleExecutable$(EXECUTABLE_NAME) CFBundleIdentifier$(PRODUCT_BUNDLE_IDENTIFIER) CFBundleInfoDictionaryVersion6.0 CFBundleName$(PRODUCT_NAME) CFBundlePackageTypeXPC! In every case the IPA and swinfo show the key/value, yet ASC reports “not specified”. Cross-references • Feedback Assistant ID: FB20412340 (contains full IPA, asset-description.plist, screenshots, and a short Transporter screen recording). • Developer Support case: 102707552863. • Recent x-apple-request-uuid example: 30aa2221-3df3-10a2-b161-b59df37f080c. • SHA-256 for the ZIP of artefacts attached in Feedback: f7397c13e85d4ef0f5722ea75821ad04d51fe5f103ed03dbac646d3902e91227.
Thank you

Application Review Process
Hello, I submitted my application for review and it's not being processed. Each time, I wait months for a response. This is incredibly frustrating because I'm already too late to announce my project. I've repeatedly requested an expedited review, but it doesn't work. Is anyone else experiencing the same issue?
