I’ve been trying to make a purchase in the sandbox environment for the past two days, but I keep encountering this error. It was working fine before, but the issue started occurring two days ago. Any idea what might be wrong?

Enroll Developer Program Error
Hello Friends, I am trying to Join Developer Program, Apple have charged my Yearly FEE, but after that when i try to enroll program by visiting this link. https://developer.apple.com/enroll/ On First screen i Individual Then On second page i agreed with legal agreement and Press Continue. Then i received an error. We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. I also try to contact on apple support, There is no response from a long time, I have sent many emails. That's why am an posting here to get suggestion. Note: Apple already charge me for yearly program and i have successfully setup My Card and PayPal for Payment method. Any suggestion?

Developer Account Approval
Hello everyone, I’m posting here to see if anyone has experienced a similar issue or can advise on next steps. I applied to the developer program under sole proprieter and received this notice: We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. I submitted two support requests to Apple Developer Support over a week ago and received the automated confirmation, but I haven’t received any follow-up or response yet. I tried calling various numbers at Apple, but am unable to get in contact with the department whatsoever. Case ID: 20000105546663 At this point, I’m just looking for a status update or guidance on what to do next. If anyone has suggestions on how to get a response from Apple Developer Support, or get in contact with them in any way, let me know.. Thanks in advance for any help.

Can't enroll in developer program - no reason given
Hi, I have been trying to enroll in the developer program for 3 weeks now, to no avail. Everytime, I accept the legal agreement and press Continue, I simply get We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. I have tried reaching out several times to the support, but got only 1 reply telling me “For one or more reasons, your enrollment in the Apple Developer Program could not be completed. We are unable to continue with your enrollment at this time. “. I am a young entrepreneur, with funds and time already engaged in this. All information is correct and filled in in my profile. I'm older than 18 years old. I see this seems to be a common issue for many people. Please advise. Best regards, Sofia

Agreements & Spinning Wheel of Death?
Hey All,I'm just starting out with iOS development and I'm in the process of setting up my account. My first app has IAP involved, so I am attempting to work through the agreements section. I managed to setup a contact fine, but when I try to add either a bank account or my W-9, no luck.For the banking section I get an actual error message We are currently unable to process your request. Please try again later. However, for the tax form all I receive is an infinitely spinning wheel after hitting submit. Are issues like this pretty common on the backend of the App Store? If so, I'll just wait a few days and come back. If not, any advice?Thanks

Developer program enrollment totally broken
I just created an Apple ID so I could enroll in the developer program. I can log in with no problem, but if I try to go to developer.apple.com/account or attempt to enroll, I just get a message: We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. I've tried multiple browsers - same result on all I also the Apple Developer app on MacOS. It dies with a slightly more informative message: The operation couldn't be completed. Agreement text not found. Any attempt to get to a support page with actual contact info for an Apple Human fails with the same message. Is anyone else having the same problem? Can someone give me a way to talk to someone from Apple support? Thanks for any help/insights/info

Cannot enroll into Apple developer program, Unknown Error
I've been trying for weeks to enroll into the Apple developer program as an individual. I'm over 18, added both credit card information and shipping information to my appleid. After entering all my information and then accepting the terms agreement I am met with this error message 👇 We are unable to process your request. An unknown error occurred. I've reached out to Apple support which, unfortunately, was very unhelpful. (Even though I got a response from a Senior Advisor) They are basically just saying tough luck, but you can go and play with Xcode if you want. Which is weird since I already developed an app that I want to launch having spent 100s of hours. Any way... Anyone who has a similar problem? I'm out of ideas here.

Unable to renew Apple Developer Program License Agreement
Hi all, The last four days have been an absolute disaster. Without warning, or ability to renew my user agreement, my application was locked. I am posting here because it is essential that I get my application back online and there is no customer support. 2023-05-22: Purchased apple developer program for 1 year $99, email says it expires 2024-05-22. 2023-06-23: I am locked out of my application 2023-06-25: I receive an email notifying me that my user agreement expired on 2023-06-24 and I will have to accept the new agreement After reading this email I visit the Agreements Tax and Banking link to see if there is a new agreement to be signed. There is no agreement available, only one line item for my current expired document. I call Apple customer support. After a conversation I am advised the Apple Dev Support team cannot be contacted and I must send an email. I fill out the form and see that Apple may take two business days to get back to me. 2023-06-26: I make a second attempt at everything. I now see two li

Request processing queue in Network
Hello. Could you please let me know if there is any restriction on processing requests in Devtools - Network? Such as conditional 100 requests, which are processed all at the same time, or for example, 50 requests are processed, and another 50 are in a queue and attempts to process them are periodically repeated, until a space is available?

Unable to re-enable Xcode Cloud — “opt-out request is being processed” message
Hi everyone, After opting out of Xcode Cloud, I tried to set it up again for my product. However, I’m getting the following message when attempting to reconnect to my source control provider: Connecting Xcode Cloud with your source control provider was incomplete. Products cannot be configured to use Xcode Cloud while your team’s opt-out request is being processed. It’s been 7 days since I opted out, and I still haven’t been able to re-enable Xcode Cloud. I’ve tried reconnecting both GitHub and Bitbucket, but the same message appears in both cases. I’d like to know: How long does the opt-out (deregistration) process usually take to complete? Is there any way to check the current status or expedite the reactivation process? Team Type: Organization Region: Japan Any insights or similar experiences would be greatly appreciated. 2fa authentication codes fail
I have enabled 2-FA on my apple developer account. The 2-FA calls the designated phone number and I get a code. This has worked in the past. However, for the past few weeks, when I enter the code I get the error, We are unable to process your request. Please try again later. So, I get the code, but it doesn't work. I have also tried to get codes via email, cell number and cell phone texts. Historically have signed in on my Dell PC, though I have tried on various devices (macbook pro, iphone, etc.). So, I am locked out of both the apple itunes connect and our developer account, since they use the same login information. Our apps have been suspended from the app store for weeks and customers are complaining. After much effort, I would like to resolve the 2-FA issue, or just remove it completely.

"Unable to Complete Request" error
Hi everyone, I’m facing an issue with my app version (changed Subscription from weekly to monthly) being rejected due to a Loading Subscription first time, then Unable to Complete Request error in the SubscriptionStoreView. I noticed on the screenshot that the review team was using a VPN, and since my app isn’t available in the EU, I believe this may be related to the problem. I cannot replicate the issue on my end in UK. Does anyone have advice on how to address this? Thanks in advance!

Unable to approve Ask to Buy requests.
My son sent me a request to download an app, however despite receiving the notification, I am unable to click it to approve it. The only thing that has changed since the last approved request is the newest BETA (iOS 16.2 (20C5043e) update. I have restarted my phone and retried sending the request from my son’s phone multiple times. The notification appears, but there is no resulting action when tapping it.
