Can't install from TestFlight
I'm trying to test an app on Testflight and having problems. I've uploaded my app to App store connect successfully and I've added my external testers to the new build. It's in the "waiting for review" stage. When I go to TestFlight, I see the new build, as expected (I'm an internal tester). When I tap "install" I get the following error: Could not install ______. The profile can't be installed. Try again. Is this a problem on my end or apple's? The same build of the app works fine when I hit the "run" button in XCode.

Retrieving Zip/Postal Code from Subscriptions and In-App Purchases
Hi, I'm currently working on a application on the server-side that is attempting to generate analytics from our application's user's subscription and in-app purchases. One of the pieces of information that we need is the purchaser's zip/postal code for financial reporting. I noticed Google provides this information in their monthly earnings reports, but Apple seems to omit this field. That being said, is possible to obtain a purchaser's postal/zip code through an api, server notifications, or anything?

Developer Team not showing up in Xcode 15.4
Hi there, I currently hold an Apple Developer account that has two teams associated with it. One is my personal team, for which I pay for the Apple Developer Program. The other is a corporate account for which I am working. Despite seeing both teams in the Apple Developer (web) portal, I am only able to see one of them in the Xcode account settings page. I have reached out to Apple Developer support over the phone, and have been advised to post this issue here to better access support.

Trouble downgrading to iOS 17 from 18 Developer Beta w/iCloud Save
Hey, I’m an iPhone user of nearly 4 months, and recently, I found out about the iOS 18 developer version. I wanted to try it, so I bought an iCloud subscription and backed up my phone. I downloaded the update overnight through the settings app, and when I woke, it prompted me to restart or along those lines, to which it showed the apple logo and a progress bar as per usual. I didn’t even notice a difference between 17 and 18 until I swiped down to get to the control panel, and instantly, I wanted to switch back. I could no longer see features like my over $300 AirPod’s volume decibel amount; something I use on a regular basis to make sure I’m not developing hearing loss. So, when I got home from school later that day, I looked at the official Apple guide to downgrading to a previous iCloud version. Following the featured steps, I factory reset the iPhone through the General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Erase all content and settings. I made sure to skip the automatic backup this process created. Then, after it was finished resetting, I followed the standard iPhone setup process until it asked me if I had a backup. I clicked it, signed in with my Apple ID, then clicked “Show All Versions” (as to not backup with an iPhone 18 beta backup) and clicked on my backup from the night prior. Then, it went to the black screen with the Apple logo and a progress bar again, and a few minutes later, the phone booted up. It all seemed normal, up until I saw the iOS 18 control center. I did this whole process again just to make sure I didn’t accidentally mess the procedure up, but I got the same result. Can anyone help me with this? Thanks in advance, Gray (posting this here because usual apple forums remove anything mentioning developer things)

Xcode 15 crashes when exporting interface builder storyboard package
I am attempting to create a launch screen story board and export it as a package. I built a story board by using the following video tutorial https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CIMbJ1WXMS8 When I finish I select the storyboard file in the project navigator view in Xcode and use menu file>export. On the popup menu I select my build folder for the location and I select File format as Interface Builder Story board package. I am using a Sonoma 14.5, I have tried using xcode 15.0 , 15.2 and 15.4 For some reason this is causing Xcode to crash. It was working in 15.2 and then it started crashing over and over. I can run it on my iPad and it works but then I export it and Xcode crashes and does not export anything. Any insights would be greatly appreciated.

Getting Logging Error: Failed to initialize logging system. when running app
Hello, For some reason since yesterday whenever I run an build and run an app on my Mac I get this issue: Logging Error: Failed to initialize logging system. Log messages may be missing. If this issue persists, try setting IDEPreferLogStreaming=YES in the active scheme actions environment variables. I tried to create an iOS app and this is the issue I get in the console when running it on simulator. This issue also appears on old projects I have. Setting IDEPreferLogStreaming=YES in environment variables does fix the issue and the error no longer appears but why is it appearing in the first place and how can I get rid of it? Here is a screenshot: Thanks in advance for your help.

TestFlight not working with In-app purchases
Environment react-native-iap: 12.12.2. react-native: 0.72.12. Platforms (physical & simulator): iPhone 11 - OS version 17.4 /// iOS Simulator iPhone 15 Pro Max - OS version 17.4 Description Hello, I am trying to test the purchase of a subscription and an in-app product within my react native app. I have setup the necessary Sandbox account in App Store Connect, created a Store kit file in Xcode that I also synced with the products I created in the App Store Connect dashboard. If I use Xcode to run the app on a physical device (after logging into the sandbox account), I am able to purchase a subscription/in-app product without any issues. If I purchased a subscription on the physical phone I can go into Settings > App Store > Sandbox Account Management and see the purchased subscription, change renewal rate, clear purchase history etc.. If I use the TestFlight build with a physical phone (logging in with the sandbox account) the in app purchases stop working correctly. After purchasing a subscription it is not shown in the Sandbox Account Management, so I am unable to cancel it. Upon trying to purchase another subscription the apple service keeps returning the same exact subscription that I "originally" purchased. How am I supposed to cancel that subscription if it not shown in the sandbox account subscription list? Adding a different sandbox account does not help either, trying to purchase another subscription returns the same subscription that I am unable to cancel. Is there a step in the TestFlight environment that I am missing on setup? Expected Behavior Upon purchasing a subscription in the TestFlight environment on a physical device I should be able to cancel that subscription. Here's an example of what function I am calling on purchasing a subscription: const product = { productId: 'example_monthly_subscription' }; subscribe(product.productId); Any help would be appreciated.

Uploading iOS app for a customer who isn't an organisation
I developed an iOS app for a customer and would like to upload it to his store page. I was given admin permissions , however I failed to upload the iOS build to his AppStore page. My account isn't being recognized as part of his developer team. After some googling, it appears that in order to upload an iOS build for someone else, that someone must enroll as an organisation to give me the proper certificates. My customer tried to enroll as an organisation, however he was rejected by Apple due to "Your legal structure is a Proprietorship. Apple states “If you are a Sole Proprietorship/Single Person Company, enroll as an individual.” Is there a way for me to upload the app to his Appstore page?

How to take back the control of our application ?
Good afternoon, I'm not used to the Apple tools and programms. We encountering the following issue : We have a zip file with an ipa file. According to our service provider, the Zip file contains the ios application which is presently already running on IOS (iphone, Ipad), only on the iphones and ipads of our team. The application is linked to the apple developer account of our service provider. Presently, this is the process we use to add the application on an IOS tools : We send the UDID of the tool to our service provider who generate an ipa file from the application. We put the ipa file in the following website : https://www.diawi.com/features-services The website give us an QRCode which we need to scan with the IOS tool, then, we have a pop-up on the tool for installing the application. It seems to be the process describing there : https://support.apple.com/fr-fr/guide/deployment/depce7cefc4d/web. As we won't work with our service provider anymore, we need to take back the control of the management of this application. We need to open the files in the .zip and we may have to modify them. I need some help to understand how to open them. I've tried on Xcode unsuccessfully. Could you please help to understand how to open and modify the application, linked it to our Apple developer account and distribute it to our employees or put it in the apple store ? Best regards.

Xcode Targeting Non-Apple Platform like Arduino or Bare Metal Embedded System
Looking for anyone that has some experience in getting Xcode to work with external compiler/linkers in what is tantamount to a foreign tool chain to build non-apple platform executables. For example, I want to ultimately use Xcode to edit, build, and push bare metal firmware (read "no operating system at external device"). Think of it as in how to use Xcode to develop the firmware in the processor in the ThunderBolt 4 cable (TPS65994AD) which runs a variant of the ARM Cortex-M machine code. Suppose I don't want to use TI's "Code Composer Studio (CCS)" but instead want to use Xcode which might drive some part of Code Composer Studio. Xcode supports external / foreign tool chains (or did) but the question is "have you done it successfully for any foreign platform?" and if so what was your approach? I'm trying to not waste a bunch of time with horrendous make file scripting only to find out that I did not have to do it or it headed down the wrong directions. I have a hard time believing that someone hasn't done this before for something even more monolithic like Arduino.

Unable to see sticker pack in simulator
Hello, I am trying to update my 3 sticker packs. I updated them a few years ago with no problem. I have uploaded my new stickers and when I try to test with simulator, they are not showing up.
