App Store Connect Help
Submit a custom product page
Custom product pages, and their associated metadata like deep links, must be reviewed before they’re visible to users on the App Store.
If you want to submit a custom product page and your app hasn’t been approved yet, include the custom product page in the same submission as your first iOS app version. If your app is already approved, you can choose to submit a custom product page with or without an iOS app version. You can also add other items to a submission.
Learn how to submit using the App Store Connect API.
Required role: Account Holder, Admin, App Manager, or Marketing. View role permissions.
-
In Apps, select the app you want to view.
-
In the left sidebar, click Custom Product Pages.
-
Click the page you want to submit for review.
-
On the top right, click Add for Review and select whether to add the custom product page to an existing draft submission or create a new submission. Items in the submission will be reviewed together with your latest iOS version. The custom product page status changes to Ready for Review.
You may choose to add other items to the submission.
Note: Users with the marketing role can’t add app versions to a submission.
-
Click Submit For Review. The custom product page status changes to Waiting for Review. When the review process starts, the status changes to In Review. Learn more about item statuses.
You can’t modify a custom product page's screenshots, previews, promotional text, or keywords, while it's under review. Withdrawing the submission makes the page editable, so you can make changes and resubmit.
After an app submission is approved, users can access the custom product page URL.
