App Store Connect Help
Overview of accounts and roles
You can manage users, add Sandbox testers, manage API keys, and manage access to the source code for Xcode Cloud in the Users and Access section of App Store Connect.
User roles determine access to App Store Connect and Apple Developer website sections, as well as privileges for performing tasks. In most cases, a role can be assigned to multiple users, and users can hold multiple roles. The Account Holder signs legal agreements, renews membership, and creates developer ID certificates. Only one person can be the Account Holder.
Individuals enrolled in the Apple Developer Program can give up to 50 additional users access to their content in App Store Connect. These users receive access to App Store Connect but aren’t part of the Apple Developer Program team. They won't receive access to other membership resources or benefits.
Organizations enrolled in the Apple Developer Program can add an unlimited number of members to their team. All users receive access to App Store Connect and all other membership resources and benefits.
Note: You must enable two-step verification or two-factor authentication to sign into App Store Connect. Visit the Sign-In and Security section of your Apple Account or Two-factor authentication for Apple Account to enable two-step verification or two-factor authentication for the Apple Account associated with your account.
